About: I’ve had family dogs my entire life (usually Great Danes or labs), I fostered a litter of puppies in college (that was a learning experience for sure), and then got my own dog, Chewy, 3 years ago. I have always loved having a furry friend around and am constantly taking chewy on walks to get him some fresh air and exercise. I think it’s important for animals to have a satisfying level of mental and physical stimulation in their day to day. If your schedule doesn’t allow for this and I can help you achieve it, i would LOVE to meet you and your fur baby! I work full time Monday-Friday from 8-5 pm in Chico. I take my dog out for walks after work everyday and would love to have yours join! I have weekends off and am available for sitting those days. If you are looking for drop ins, I can do that locally during the week on my lunch breaks or anytime on the weekends :) I can adhere to any guidelines you have for your fur baby in your house. I would require you provide the leash for your dogs walks and food to match their normal diet for sitting and drop ins. Other than that, I hav plenty of toys I can bring and if you would like, I have my own dog that I can bring for a play date or walks to keep you pup extra entertained and Comfortable!

About: All my life growing up we had dogs of different kinds. I was always the one that mainly fed and watered the dogs and made sure they had potty breaks and walked them things of that nature. Even friends and neighbors asked me to walk their dogs. 15 years ago I got my boy cujo and he's been my son ever since. He is my world. He saved my life and I owe him the world. Now I have a second dog and I wouldn't change it for anything. I have trained both of my dogs. Cujo can sit, lay down, shake, speak, roll over, and stay. Daisy is still a work in progress being a pup. I currently work part-time maybe one or two days a week so I have plenty of time to spend and play with your pets and help train them and walk them and bathe them and whatever they need. Dogs love unconditionally and I love dogs the same I do have a fenced-in yard and two of my own dogs plus two other dogs at the house that would love to play with other dogs. I can also create your dogs if need be but I prefer to let them run and play as they wish

About: I have taken care of cats since I was very young. Growing up our cats were only out doors but I always made sure they were OK. 4 while growing up, 3 i fostered in high school, a mom and her 2 babies, 1 when I came to college, and then an additional 7 when I was older, I rescued a liter of 6 and a separate 2 yr old! Then a little one who didn't make it long, another rescue, and I now have yet another rescue from my uncle's orchard and my wife's cat so that is a total of 18 cats!!! I know how to shave them, administer medicine, clean them, all the steps!

About: I’ve taken care of cats for the past 10+ years. One cat had leukemia so special meds had to be administered carefully every day.

I am retired for the past 7 years, so I have a lot of flexibility in my days to fit pet care into my daily or weekly routine. Where I’ve been living for the past 6 years, fur babies were not allowed. So my taking care of others pets in their homes fulfilled that void. We are now located in Magalia since June and settling into our new home.

“I cannot more highly recommend Elana for watching your doggo. She walked my golden retriever Thurman 3 times a week, every week, for a little over a year until we moved away in December, 2022. She is responsible, communicates very clearly, sent picture updates and went out of her way to make sure Thurman had a great time. About: Currently have a dogs and a cat. Was up to 8 cats and 2 dogs after rescuing a litter of and an single orphane. I also rescued my own dog as well after she was abandoned by a friends roommate. I have had animals all my life as well. Even farm animals due to participating in FFA I can help continue house, crate, leash, etc. train while i care for them. I am not a certified trainer but I've gone through training with my own and feel comfortable implementing your routine while watching your pet. I can also bathe animals if needed I work randomly at Kay Jewelers and have a son I have about 75% of the time. I am available during most of the work week and weekend. I have been given mostly closing shifts so evenings are busier for me than mornings. My life is work and home, and when I'm home I'm always looking for a reason to be out of the house. I believe any proper teaching, training, caring or interacting is done through positive reinforcement. Following your house rules and understanding the needs of your pup is important
