Laura communicates very well and at the right frequency to give updates on your babies and sends pictures to help when you are missing their sweet faces. Our babies, Coco and Kwame, can be a bit shy, especially Kwame, but he warmed up to Danielle so fast in the first meeting, which brought us a lot of relief and comfort. We loved and appreciated the check-ins she would send of our babies, and to see them open up to her really let us know that they were being genuinely taken care of and engaged with. She was so flexible about adding an extra check-in we needed to add at the last minute. She was so attentive with the details of emergency contacts, key drop-offs, and vet information. We really appreciated this, since we had so many things in mind for our trip. She also followed instructions, especially during feeding time, because Kwame is a thief, and Coco will let him.
