My last dog was a special girl and didn't get along with other dogs so when I went to work I hired someone to visit and hang out with her and I called that person her "friend for hire". About: I’ve have taken care of dogs ever since I was a teenager. I love taking care of dogs they bring me such a joy. I know that each dog has their own personality and I love seeing them shine in there own ways. I have taken care of dogs as young as 6 months old to dogs that are 9 years old. I know that senior dogs definitely need more attention when it comes to potty breaks. I also have changed dog diapers. I also grown up with large dog breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers and Huskies. I have also taken care of small dogs such as toy poodles, schnauzer and pekingese. I currently work as a property manager for an Airbnb that runs within my home. We go to the dog park every single day to play with all the other loving dogs. I’m currently working from home and am very flexible. By booking with me, you acknowledge that if your puppo damages property, you are responsible for any cost of repairs or replacement. My policy on dog breeds and sizes is in place because of two separate incidents. First, I lost a beloved pet to a boarded Rover doggo on Christmas morning, 2020. Having to put my little pig Minnie in the freezer after being attacked on Christmas morning was a horribly traumatic experience. In June 2023 I was attacked by a 110lb Rover dog at a meet and greet and had to go to the hospital. If the owner had not been present, I would have been killed. These are incidents that I will not risk repeating. Thank you so much for understanding!
About: I have helped professionals in the veterinary field groom and train animals. I have also been pet sitting for family and have had many pets throughout my life! I am currently a part-time student at Copper Mountain College, and work weekends at Hi-Desert Tails. I have a bit of free time as I have online classes! I will have to schedule pet care around my work, but I’m very flexible outside of that! I will be able to play with and take care of any dogs or cats, no matter the size or energy level! About: I have had larger dogs my entire life and have pet sat for family for about 4 years. I love animals and am willing to work with dogs who may need extra help! I am currently a full time student at SUU and a part time employee. I’m willing to work with your schedule as long as your willing to work with mine! About: I've grown up with dogs, raised my 3 adult children around dogs. Just welcomed a dachshund into our home. He's sleep / crate trained and fully potty trained. His current schedule is sleeping through the night 7pm to 6am and is in his crate for 3 90min to 2 hour naps a day. When he's awake he's home with us. I'm hoping to offer overnight and Wknd per care for 1 other small / medium dog where my dachshund can accompany me. This gives me time away from my busy household to earn extra money for my family.
