“Alexa is an angel! We have two dogs whom are used to being with my husband and I 24/7 because we both work remotely. We are very selective in who we have watch our boys while we are gone (typically family or friends would come to our home and stay with them)… but we moved from Southern to Northern California so need to figure out an alternative. After searching Rover I came across Alexa’s profile and read each review and she stood out as someone that could be a good fit for my boys. About: I grew up with dogs and had my own in early adulthood, but circumstances have been such that I can't have one of my own right now. That doesn't stop me from loving on dogs! I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including those with special diets. I have a lot of flexibility at the moment and can be sure your dog gets walked early in the morning or in the evening to avoid the heat. I love to walk and will be happy to ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise. I have a fenced yard and no pets of my own. I have a doggy doorbell at the back door that many dogs learn to use when they want to go in or out.

Her house is on a large property that's fully enclosed and in a beautiful gated community in the hills. Whether you have a big dog that loves to run around and interact with other friendly animals or a small dog that prefers to spend time inside close to people, Michelle's house is an awesome place for pets! My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! I could tell from Michelle's updates and photos that Oakley was really enjoying his time there and felt comfortable he would be well taken care of if he needed to stay even longer in the future. About: Although we are new dog parents, we recently dog sat two dachshunds and it went great! We love dogs and would like to continue helping fellow dog parents. My husband and I currently both work from home. I work the night shift and he works during the day so there is usually someone always awake with the dogs. We have a fenced backyard, not too big but they can still run in it. My dogs love to play with other dogs and are friendly! We also have two crates if they need to be crated. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including those with special diets. I have a lot of flexibility at the moment and can be sure your dog gets walked early in the morning or in the evening to avoid the heat. While I do have some weekend commitments and can't do late nights, I have an otherwise open schedule. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive the attention they need. When caring for puppies, I'm especially attentive to potty breaks, supervision, and maintaining any training routines. I'll also make keep the owners updated throughout the day.
