“Sylvia was just perfect! She is obviously an old hand at caring for dogs and I felt very comfortable leaving my Beagle/Jack Russel mix with her for eight nights while I was out of the country on business. We did a meet and greet a few days before my trip and I instantly saw that it was going to work. Her location in central Phoenix near the Phoenix Country Club area is probably on the way to or from the airport for many. Very convenient... The one thing that impressed me the most when I dropped my little guy off at the start was how Sylvia reviewed my printed instruction sheet on feeding and meds very carefully. She asked questions and confirmed details. She also sent a nicely worded report after the first night that helped me relax about leaving him and then another report on how he was doing near the end of the trip. It was just enough to keep me informed and happy that he was doing ok. When I picked up Harvey at the end of his eight night stay, he was glad to see me, but not too glad. He seemed happy and content. And... that is the most you can ask of a sitter like Sylvia... to take care of your little loved one like he was her own... Sylvia certainly did with flying colors! About: I have many years of volunteering at an animal shelter and my main job was to train, and social many of the new dogs they would be in. As well as my entire life my family has always had pets growing up. I am currently working full time at a dental office however I have a set schedule. About: I’ve had dogs as pets since I was a baby. I have two chihuahuas that are 10 and 11 years old. I’ve had them since they were 8 weeks old and they are my babies. They are so spoiled and loved and my whole world. I’m currently taking a break from my full time job. My day depends on what I have scheduled, it’s very fluid and open. I start my day by scooping the cat litter box, letting my dogs outside to potty, taking care of and feeding my beta fish, opening windows and watering plants, and then making meals for my two cats and two dogs. I am at home majority of my day and spend a lot of time with my animals. I walk my two dogs everyday and make them meals. I brush my two cats everyday and give them enrichment activities. I spend the day cuddling with my dogs too. At my clients home, I would follow the directions provided to me as well as using my own discretion when necessary to provide the ultimate care. About: I've always had dogs and crate trained my dogs. I know how to train basic commands but nothing really beyond that. I do love playing with dogs and also relaxing with them as well. I do work full time but I do work from home most of the week. So my schedule is pretty flexible for the most part. I have a fenced yard, and 4 friendly dogs. We do have 2 cats but they stay outside as they don't like our dogs. I make sure the the pet I babysit is comfortable and listen to instructions on the owners requests.

They will also be able to roam in my home comfortably and freely as if in their own home. I’m home 23 hours out of the day at home. I have plenty of time on my hands to be the best pet sitter for your pet. I give my pets full access to my house and let them choose where they feel most comfortable. Of course I make sure to make my home very safe for them because they can be very curious about everything like a small toddler. There’s never a need to worry about their safety and we’ll being. I also have surveillance indoor and out just so I don’t miss anything.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 13! I am currently on a Pre-Vet track while attending UC Merced. I have experience handling both cats and dogs in a veterinary clinic setting. I’ve worked with plenty of shelters where I would ensure the animals were well fed, socialized, and was able to create a clean/safe environment for them to the best of my abilities. I have 2 golden retriever dogs back in my hometown that I personally trained and raised since they were puppies when I lived with my parents. I am a full time student at UC Merced, however my classes are pretty condensed so I have a good amount of free time each day and all my evenings are 100% free. When I am entrusted with your furry friend I will always be sure to make time for their walks and keep to their feeding schedule! Weekends would be my most availability as it’s the days I don’t have classes. My house has a fenced backyard, and my housemates do have dogs and cats of their own and they are friendly towards other animals! If needed I’ll limit their interaction as I do have my own space in the house which is where your pet would be staying!
