About: Hey there! I have lived my entire 30 years with dogs. From growing up with two golden retrievers to getting my own dog louie at 17- and seeing him through his senior years all the way up until his passing this past February. We still have his sweet loving sister Nala who is 5, a tender gentle girl who lives for fetch! She may be timid at first meet but is just a submissive gentle girl who eventually opens up for fun loving play if the other dog will have her :) I have dog and cat sat for family and friends since I can remember. I absolutely love animals and take care of them with immense responsibility and care as I know from my own experience they are often some of the most important beings in our life. My husband Louie (my dog Louie came first they just happened to have the same name! lol) is also an animal lover and instantly adopted my babies upon meeting and has always treated them with tender and diligent care. We are responsible loving and caring pet parents who take the responsibility of looking after your loved one very seriously! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. If your dog is an inside dog, we will keep him inside with us and he will be warm and cozy at bedtime.

About: I’ve grown up taking care of dogs, fish, and especially cats! I have training from the SPCA on dog walking, cat care, and some skill/behavioral training for both cats and dogs. I have 3 years of fish keeping experience. I currently have my own cat (he’s orange!) and I am fostering a mother and her kitten for the time being. I am willing to help clean around the house as well! I have indoor/outdoor plants and I can take care of your plants while you are away - I have a green thumb :) I’ve helped friends and clients with farm animals, including feeding and cleaning their spaces. If directed I can help with other farm projects. I am looking to take on as many hours as possible! I am currently in college, but only have classes Monday and Wednesday and can work around my school schedule. I am unable to bring pets home due to having my own cat and living in an apartment with a single pet deposit! But I am just fine coming to you! I offer dog walking, some behavioral training while pet sitting/walking, in home pet sitting, and I can do small cleaning projects for a minimal extra charge. I am gentle with the animals and can do grooming such as brushing and can try nail clipping if your pets allow it!
About: I grew up in a home filled with animals, so caring for furry family members has always come naturally to me. During the 7+ years I lived in Philadelphia, I taught at a large charter school and began house and pet sitting on the side for fellow teachers and staff. Over the years, I had the privilege of caring for so many sweet furry babies, including pets who needed extra attention, medication, and around-the-clock care. I truly grew attached to many of them and missed them dearly when my Philly chapter came to a close in 2024. About: I'm Rachel, a writer with a flexible schedule and a love of all things canine. I live with my husband, and my chocolate Labrador retriever, Ellie, in our West Shore cabin near Homewood. I signed up for Rover because dog sitting helps me get my fix for having a doggy harem. I would love to shower your dog with attention and affection. I volunteer at the local humane society, so I'm very adept at adapting to your dog's needs. I particularly love active dogs, and I'm happy to take your pup on hikes and swims in the lake. I'm also happy to hang out and have a more relaxing day with older, less active pups. Ellie (13) is very well-socialized, and she gets along well with dogs of all sizes. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I’m always happy to go out for a walk or a hike. Ellie, my 13-year-old Lab, is always up for meeting a new dog friend. Daycare Rates & Information: Daycare is up to 8 hours of care. Anything longer than that time, please book a boarding stay. Drop-offs anytime after 8 a.m. Pickups before 8 p.m. Although there is a nice buffer of woods near my house, the yard is not fenced (hopefully soon). I’ll be sure to keep your pup on a leash just in case! There’s an enclosed deck for sunbathing and watching chipmunks.
