We actually showed up at 2 AM to drop him off because the weather was so bad driving up for our ski weekend, and she was beyond accommodating and kind about it. That alone meant so much to us. Rio can be anxious and is dog reactive, so leaving him with someone new is not something we take lightly. We specifically wanted someone who would truly take great care of him, and Raluca exceeded every expectation. She was extremely communicative the entire weekend, sending frequent updates, photos, and videos, which gave us total peace of mind. He sometimes hesitates to eat in new environments, and she handled it perfectly by giving him time, taking him on extra walks, and keeping me updated. By the end, he was eating normally and clearly comfortable. She made sure he got plenty of walks, even extra ones because the weather was nice, playtime in the snow, cozy couch time, and tons of attention. She also went above and beyond administering his pill and kept me informed every step of the way. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious he felt safe with her. I would absolutely book with Raluca again and highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you have an anxious or reactive dog and want someone patient, attentive, and genuinely loving ❤️”

About: I've had cats all my life. Growing up we lived on seven acres and had 14 cats at one time. I got my first cat that wasn't a family car cat when I was around 8 years old and when I got older and moved out Shelbe, my older cat, and Alice, my younger one, were always with me.

I have a dog of my own, a long hair-dachshund, that loves to play with all dogs. I make sure the dogs I watch get to play outside each day as I know how important it is for their health and happiness. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I often watch dogs at my house but can drive to check on dogs if it’s nearby. Most weekends I’m outside either hiking or playing the snow and love to take the dogs with me. During the day I often take a morning walk and evening walk in my backyard ranging from 30 minutes to an hour depending on my work schedule that day. I now travel too much for work to consider getting another pet myself, but would love to borrow some to get my four legged furry fix. I am self employed professional photographer with a flexible weekly schedule and I work from home, except when I am out photographing clients. I would love to be a trusted fill-in for your standards of interaction with your pal if our schedules align. Please note that I am NOT a good fit for pandemic animals that cannot be left unattended or have separation anxiety. We came to Lake Tahoe to visit and when We got here we found out that our Rental home was not pets allowed ?I starting looking for a dog sitter for our two dogs , and the first person that contacted me was Diane, I was so nervous because it was the first time that we used this application. About: We have had dogs in our home our entire life. They are always a family member and treated with the best of love and care. I come from a family of breeders and a hunting and show dogs. Our seniors are loved and cared for savoring every last day. We have a ranch with plenty of room for your fur baby to run and explore as well as a huge dog run. We offer different places to keep them safe if running off leash is not the best for your baby. I am a self-employed realtor, who works from home. My husband is a rancher and contractor so one of us is typically home there are times of course when we leave but everybody is locked up safe and sound and they are also welcome to take the car ride with us should we need to run some errands. if it’s important that nobody ever leaves your baby, we can make that accommodation as well. We have a 12 x 24 kennel with multiple dog houses we have kennels of different sizes. We also have a barn with 12 x 12 stalls. We have a fenced in deck that is 30 x 50 so there are many opportunities for your baby to be outside in the fresh air And still be safe. If your dog is an inside dog, we will keep him inside with us and he will be warm and cozy at bedtime.

About: Growing up with animals gave me a special appreciation and gratitude for all fur babies. I’ve cared for many animals throughout my life. I even lived on an animal sanctuary for a year and half tending to rescued farm animals. At home we have a three friendly and happy cheweenies, all the more to guarantee your pup will be worn out and feel at home ◡̈ Currently I work remotely full time from home, therefore I have an open schedule. I’m an earlier riser 6:30am and hit the pillow around 9:30/10pm. I’m available and happily willing to take care of your fur babies within the comforts of their own home. Whether they’re just needing a few pets, feedings, plays, cuddles, beach visits or hikes I’m your guy.

About: As a lover of animals, I find working with dogs to have purpose and meaning. I love witnessing the spirit and personalities of each individual dog and getting to know them and their needs. I have cared for English Springer Spaniels, German Shepherds, Huskies, Vizslas, Basset Hounds, and Mixed Breeds. Presently, I live in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a variety of trails and a dog park. Typically I like to take dogs for long walks (2-6 miles), however I also take into consideration their personal abilities (age, size, health, energy levels etc). I do have my own border collie mix named Stevie Nicks! She is 7 years old and my running buddy! I do have a full time job but also have flexibility with my schedule. I am very easily able to meet the requests of pet owners. I care for pets in their home as I would in my own home. For house sitting, I do aim to leave your home in better condition than when I arrived. I frequently launder linens, wash dishes, sweep, vacuum and mop before leaving a care site.
About: I’ve taken care of all dogs including seniors and puppies throughout my whole life. Many family members have trusted me with their dogs while they are out of town and I always love getting to spend quality time with their pets and comforting them while they’re missing their humans. About: Sorry, no cats. My whole life I have owned a dog! My lab Groovy recently passed. It’s too soon for me to take on another dog, so rover seemed like the perfect fit for me! “Raluca was absolutely incredible with Rio. We actually showed up at 2 AM to drop him off because the weather was so bad driving up for our ski weekend, and she was beyond accommodating and kind about it. That alone meant so much to us. Rio can be anxious and is dog reactive, so leaving him with someone new is not something we take lightly. We specifically wanted someone who would truly take great care of him, and Raluca exceeded every expectation. She was extremely communicative the entire weekend, sending frequent updates, photos, and videos, which gave us total peace of mind. He sometimes hesitates to eat in new environments, and she handled it perfectly by giving him time, taking him on extra walks, and keeping me updated. By the end, he was eating normally and clearly comfortable. She made sure he got plenty of walks, even extra ones because the weather was nice, playtime in the snow, cozy couch time, and tons of attention. She also went above and beyond administering his pill and kept me informed every step of the way. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious he felt safe with her. I would absolutely book with Raluca again and highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you have an anxious or reactive dog and want someone patient, attentive, and genuinely loving ❤️”
About: Been around dogs my whole life. Fast forward to when I went off to college, since 2014 I’ve been dog sitting whether it’s daily walks or overnight stays with all types of dogs. Through my own dog’s experience , I’ve cultivated a caring, dependable, attentive way with animals that my friends have put full trust in and know their pets are taken care of worry free when they’re with me.
