About: Hi there! I’m Barr, a wife and mother with a lifelong love for animals. We have a sweet 15-year-old Jack Russell named Indie, and I honestly can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t have a pet. Animals have always been a huge part of our family, and our compassion for them is one of the reasons we chose a vegan lifestyle. I also worked as a veterinary assistant for two years, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets and supporting their health and well-being. As a mom, I’m now looking to earn a little extra income while doing something that truly matters to me—spending time with and caring for animals. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. About: I have loved and cared for animals my entire life, starting from a very young age. Today I share my home with 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 pet rat. I completely understand the worry that comes with leaving your pet in someone else's hands, which is why I treat every animal as if they were my own. Responsible, patient, and gentle by nature, I have a deep love for all animals Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available for drop-in visits and walks Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm, and I also offer evening availability throughout the week. I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so that every pet I care for gets the time and attention they deserve. During every drop-in visit I make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I will take dogs out for a walk, spend quality playtime with both your dogs and/or cats, refresh their food and water, and clean up any messes they may have made while you were away. About: Dogs are a valued part of my life, and I love nothing more than my own dog. I know many other people feel this way, which makes it extra hard to leave them. When you can’t be there for your dog, I’d love to help bring security and peace of mind to your time away from them. I bring my dog on as many adventures as possible, biking, skiing, hiking, running- and I’d love to bring yours along too, or at least harness that adventurous spirit in your backyard, neighborhood, or local walking trail. I'm working part-time from home and away from home. Reach out! My schedule is always changing it is likely that we can make it work! I prefer to care for your dog in your home, where it’s most comfortable for them. I provide on leashed, or very long leed, activities unless there’s a good deal of confidence from the owner and myself that your dog’s recall is conducive to creating a safe environment around other dogs and hazards.

I have experience with all kinds of cats and dogs, including those with unique personalities, from both friendly and anxious, and I adore them all equally. I have cared for puppies that need training and almost constant attention, as well as senior dogs that need special care. I am very in tune with and attentive to the needs and emotions of animals. Reading facial expressions and animal body language is a skill I have acquired. :) I have a tall fenced backyard as well as a large fenced dog run. I have two friendly dogs that your fur baby can play with. Your fur baby will have separate sleeping quarters (from my dogs) which have A/C, heat, a big bed, water bowls, and a sound machine. Potty Breaks and Outdoor time are as often as you prefer and as much as the weather permits. If your doggo is more comfortable relaxing inside, that's okay too!
