“Sylvia was just perfect! She is obviously an old hand at caring for dogs and I felt very comfortable leaving my Beagle/Jack Russel mix with her for eight nights while I was out of the country on business. We did a meet and greet a few days before my trip and I instantly saw that it was going to work. Her location in central Phoenix near the Phoenix Country Club area is probably on the way to or from the airport for many. Very convenient... The one thing that impressed me the most when I dropped my little guy off at the start was how Sylvia reviewed my printed instruction sheet on feeding and meds very carefully. She asked questions and confirmed details. She also sent a nicely worded report after the first night that helped me relax about leaving him and then another report on how he was doing near the end of the trip. It was just enough to keep me informed and happy that he was doing ok. When I picked up Harvey at the end of his eight night stay, he was glad to see me, but not too glad. He seemed happy and content. And... that is the most you can ask of a sitter like Sylvia... to take care of your little loved one like he was her own... Sylvia certainly did with flying colors! I have a fenced large yard with two separate deck areas, I am open to bringing the pets over and housing them or going to a clients house and pet sitting, walking or even bathing if needed in a comfortable and familiar place for the pet.

About: I have grown up around pets my whole life. I have had many dogs with different personalities and preferences. One of my dogs requires special care so I am very patient and understanding! My cat is also the most spoiled guy you will ever meet so trust me I understand all the little important details that these guys and girls need! I work part time and my schedule varies. I also have weekends off. It is very flexible and can adjust days and times based on what is needed from me. I have a big fenced backyard and my own room as well. If you pet prefers to sleep in a crate we have plenty of space, but I would love to share my bed. Unless the temperature doesn’t allow my dogs personally prefer to be outside but are welcome in but can be in a separate space if needed. Everything is very flexible
“Mercedes was so amazing with our Bumper! This was the first time we booked with her for boarding. We were very nervous looking for a trusting and reliable person for our incontinent baby. He comes with special care and Mercedes exceeded our expectations! Once we performed and explained how to manually express him, she got it down quick! He also has his wheelies to run around and he had such a blast with her fur babies! She was also very responsive and made us feel at ease while I was out of town for the week. Since my schedule is so flexible, I am able to go on as many walks as you wish with your dog,either alone of with my own dog. I have a fenced yard and one male dog who is neutered and very friendly. Because my dog is a husky, I am used to staying out in the yard and supervising him so your dog won’t be left out in the yard alone.I also have a crate that can be used to crate my dog or yours if need be. I’m very flexible and open to whatever sleeping arrangements you are most comfortable with for your pet.
About: My own dog, Zeus, who was a German Shepard, had developed hip dysplasia in his elder years. He passed in 2024 but in his last years of life I learned to properly administer his two medications, and was able to trick him into taking them when he was stubborn, which was all of the time. I cleaned up after him while my parents were away and sat with him when he was anxious, which again, was all of the time. I took him on walks when he was younger and was able to handle his strength. I adore dogs and understand the stress of leaving a special needs dog by themselves. If you need a calm energy for your senior dog, or playfulness for your puppy, I'm your guy. At the moment I am still looking for a full or part time job, so my days and nights are completely open for those who need a sitter. I will care for your dog by first making sure they have their nessecities, food, water, medication, and a bathroom break. If we go on a walk I will make sure their harness and leash are secure, and am willing to walk however long your dog wishes to walk. When we come back to your home I will make sure he is uninjured, no issues with the feet or body if we go to a dog park. I am willing to do anything and everything to ensure the safety and health of a dog.

About: I grew up on a ranch, so I have extensive experience with all types of birds, horses, goats, cats, and dogs. I’ve house/pet sit for family and friends over the years. I have one fur baby of my own that stays with my parents when I’m not home. Dogs are the sweetest animals to walk this earth, change my mind.
