I’m currently home for the summer working a part-time job and looking to fill the gaps with pet care. I already take care of my energetic Duck Tolling Retriever, so I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding, and general care. Attention to your pet, routines, and instructions are my top priority! About: I’ve had pets my whole life and have done Rover for a year prior as well but I lost that account. I live in a condo community that has lots of grass, walking distance to back bay, wildlife preserves, and two dog praks. I work a block away as well so if they are very good they can come in my office too! I wake up at 5 am and exercise, dog can go potty before and come on run if ok. I give dog breakfast. I walk to my office 2 blocks away. I come home for lunch at 12 pm, doggy go potty and play. Come home at 5 pm doggy go potty and play. One more potty before bed. I would only need to leave for short errands and to feed my own pets if my partner is unable to do so, but majority of time is dedicated to your Pets in your home. I’ve worked with animals of all ages and personalities and can accommodate any special needs your pet may have. If they are shy and need time to warm up, I will do all I can to gain their trust. If they need specialty food or medication, I have my own cats on a strict medication schedule so I’m more than used to it. If they are high energy and need lots of exercise I will make sure to get them up and running around as much as they need. I just want to make sure their lives are just as comfortable as when you are home with them.
About: We've had dogs all of our lives. We'll love yours like our own! Experienced with diabetic dogs, intact dogs, and pups with unique needs. Families continually ask us back because their dogs feel at home with us. We are attentive and provide warm, consistent care, and a bunch of pictures because we know the feeling of being apart from our dog family when we go on vacation. Home care opportunities are welcomed, and we keep your place super tidy as how you left it! We are currently just a one-dog owner as we lose our Rachel in January and are trying to keep our Sunny active/involved with another dog even if only for walks. We walk our dog 4x/day some shorter and some longer, but based on your dogs needs, we'll adjust accordingly. We live in a condo building so we have to take your dog out to relieve themselves. Depending on their needs, we'll go out at least 4x day or less if desired. We'll work with you to understand your dog's needs and we'll meet them. They will always be leashed and guided along your neighborhood or ours.
