About: I have always had a love of all animals from small to big. I love to be around dogs and play as much as I can. While in my care, I will take the dogs for an active walk and then let them run around the dog park for an hour. Sometimes longer if they are having a lot of fun. It's a solo walk right now but I have walked two at a time in the past. There are other times where I will just take them to the park and run them around and then walk back home. While in the home they will be showered in love and fun play time. Followed by more love and any snacks that you leave for your furry kids.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10, which started with dog sitting my neighbors Doberman, and led to me dog sitting a cute pair of girls! I own 3 dogs and 1 cat I currently live with my boyfriend with our 3 dogs and 1 cat in Lucerne. I work from 7:30-5:30 and usually I am able to come home on my lunch break, 12-1, to let the dogs out. The dogs enjoy a fenced backyard most of the day unless there is a reason they can’t be outside. I am only available for housesitting on weekend nights. Weekdays I can do drop ins! I have dealt with dogs being scared over fireworks, which consisted of playing soft music, finding the quietest room in the house, and hugging her until the fireworks stopped. I work on whatever schedule you and your pets need!
About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. About: I am a pet sitter full time. I have been certified as a professional pet sitter thru Pet Sitters International. We have a doggie door and a fenced in secure yard. Our house is air conditioned for those hot summer days. I provide walks and baths if needed. There are numerous wineries in the area if you'd like to enjoy a day of tasting or try one of our great restaurants and leave your pets with me. I can also feed and care for your dog or cat at your home if preferred (Hopland to Healdsburg and surrounding area. I have 2 small dogs of my own. Please make sure your pup is up to date in all vaccinations before any overnights or daycare. Overnights at your house or mine. Your pup will be very well cared for and may not want to go home. I can provide drop in visits at hotels for those visiting in the area. I can also chaperone your pet during your wedding and provide transportation. A long walk after breakfast is always a must. We come home for a little rest. And then around midday we go out back for some ball playing and fetching followed by a little sunbathing. Pets safety is always the number one priority. Pets will always be on leash while outside the home. Back yard is securely fenced. I have a dog gate up by front door so I dog can not run out if front door is opened.

Normal occasional barking, excitement, or a reasonable adjustment period in a new environment will not result in an additional fee. This fee applies when barking is ongoing or excessive enough to require additional supervision, intervention, or management. Not Crate Trained — $10 per day An additional $10 per day may be charged for dogs who are not crate trained or have significant difficulty safely and calmly settling in a crate when needed for short periods of time (30 minutes or less). While dogs spend the majority of their day out and about, crates are used for feeding when necessary, brief periods of separation, and anytime I need to leave the home. Normal whining or a short adjustment period will not result in an additional fee; this fee is intended for dogs who require substantially more supervision or management due to difficulty being crated. Frequent Indoor Accidents — $10/day An additional $10 per day will apply if a dog has three or more indoor potty accidents during their stay, regardless of whether the accidents are due to house-training, marking, illness, stomach upset, or another cause. All large-breed dogs are taken outside for potty breaks at least once every hour, and all small-breed dogs are taken outside at least once every 30 minutes. Additional potty breaks are provided whenever needed. The first two accidents will not result in an additional charge. Once a dog has had three indoor accidents, the $10 daily fee will apply due to the additional cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, and care required. An occasional or isolated accident is understandable and will not result in an additional fee. This policy is specifically intended for recurring accidents that require a significant amount of additional cleaning during your dog’s stay. Individual Separation Required — $10/day An additional $10 per day may apply if your dog must be individually separated from other dogs or members of the household for a significant portion of their stay due to behavioral, management, or safety concerns. Individual separation may be necessary if your dog: - Does not safely get along with another dog in the household - Displays aggression, attempted biting, snapping, or other threatening behavior toward people or animals - Displays resource guarding involving food, treats, toys, beds, spaces, people, or other items - Shows excessive or persistent reactivity toward other animals - Engages in persistent bullying, mounting, or other behaviors that create ongoing conflict between dogs - Cannot safely participate in normal group activities or shared spaces - Repeatedly attempts to escape, climb or jump fencing, bolt through doors, or otherwise requires additional individual management for their safety - Requires ongoing one-on-one supervision or management to prevent conflicts or unsafe situations - Displays another unexpected behavior that makes individual separation necessary for the safety or well-being of your dog, other animals, or members of the household This fee covers the additional time and care involved in maintaining separate spaces, rotating dogs between areas, coordinating individual potty breaks and activities, and providing appropriate attention and care while your dog is separated. A dog simply choosing to spend time alone, being shy, or voluntarily seeking a quiet space will not result in a separation fee. This fee only applies when I must actively maintain and manage the dog's separation for behavioral or safety reasons. Safety is always my priority. Requiring separation does not mean your dog will receive less attention, exercise, affection, or care. It simply allows me to safely accommodate dogs who require more individualized management during their stay. ***** 🛁🐩 In addition to boarding and daycare, I also offer professional grooming services! Normal occasional barking, excitement, or a reasonable adjustment period in a new environment will not result in an additional fee. This fee applies when barking is ongoing or excessive enough to require additional supervision, intervention, or management. Not Crate Trained — $10 per day An additional $10 per day may be charged for dogs who are not crate trained or have significant difficulty safely and calmly settling in a crate when needed for short periods of time (30 minutes or less). While dogs spend the majority of their day out and about, crates are used for feeding when necessary, brief periods of separation, and anytime I need to leave the home. Normal whining or a short adjustment period will not result in an additional fee; this fee is intended for dogs who require substantially more supervision or management due to difficulty being crated. Frequent Indoor Accidents — $10/day An additional $10 per day will apply if a dog has three or more indoor potty accidents during their stay, regardless of whether the accidents are due to house-training, marking, illness, stomach upset, or another cause. All large-breed dogs are taken outside for potty breaks at least once every hour, and all small-breed dogs are taken outside at least once every 30 minutes. Additional potty breaks are provided whenever needed. The first two accidents will not result in an additional charge. Once a dog has had three indoor accidents, the $10 daily fee will apply due to the additional cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, and care required. An occasional or isolated accident is understandable and will not result in an additional fee. This policy is specifically intended for recurring accidents that require a significant amount of additional cleaning during your dog’s stay. Individual Separation Required — $10/day An additional $10 per day may apply if your dog must be individually separated from other dogs or members of the household for a significant portion of their stay due to behavioral, management, or safety concerns. Individual separation may be necessary if your dog: - Does not safely get along with another dog in the household - Displays aggression, attempted biting, snapping, or other threatening behavior toward people or animals - Displays resource guarding involving food, treats, toys, beds, spaces, people, or other items - Shows excessive or persistent reactivity toward other animals - Engages in persistent bullying, mounting, or other behaviors that create ongoing conflict between dogs - Cannot safely participate in normal group activities or shared spaces - Repeatedly attempts to escape, climb or jump fencing, bolt through doors, or otherwise requires additional individual management for their safety - Requires ongoing one-on-one supervision or management to prevent conflicts or unsafe situations - Displays another unexpected behavior that makes individual separation necessary for the safety or well-being of your dog, other animals, or members of the household This fee covers the additional time and care involved in maintaining separate spaces, rotating dogs between areas, coordinating individual potty breaks and activities, and providing appropriate attention and care while your dog is separated. A dog simply choosing to spend time alone, being shy, or voluntarily seeking a quiet space will not result in a separation fee. This fee only applies when I must actively maintain and manage the dog's separation for behavioral or safety reasons. Safety is always my priority. Requiring separation does not mean your dog will receive less attention, exercise, affection, or care. About: Hi, I'm Tommy, my family and recently moved to Clearlake from Santa Rosa. I work nights and am home during the days, but my wife is here when I'm not and can help out if needed. We are all animal lovers here and enjoy having dogs. Unfortunately our own doggies have passed away recently. We aren't looking to get our own again just yet but would love to watch yours for a bit. :) I usually work from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. so I get home around 6:30 at which point I will let the dogs out for some yard time. My wife and son will be up around 7:00 and I know my son will be excited to go for a walk. My wife will be the caregiver until I wake up around 1:00 p.m. so one of us will be around at all times. We have a fenced fully fenced in yard and no other animals on the property, and there will always be someone here to take care of your pet.

While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. While flexible, I imagine at least initially the primary offering will be to host and care for your dog at our place but am open to house sitting if there's a great fit, I work from home. I can host your dog weekdays and weekends but know on weekends we may have friends (and sometimes friends with dogs) stop by. We have a fenced in deck otherwise for excercise we take leashed walks. About: I have always had a love of all animals from small to big. I love to be around dogs and play as much as I can. While in my care, I will take the dogs for an active walk and then let them run around the dog park for an hour. Sometimes longer if they are having a lot of fun. It's a solo walk right now but I have walked two at a time in the past. There are other times where I will just take them to the park and run them around and then walk back home. While in the home they will be showered in love and fun play time. Followed by more love and any snacks that you leave for your furry kids.

I own 3 dogs and 1 cat I currently live with my boyfriend with our 3 dogs and 1 cat in Lucerne. I work from 7:30-5:30 and usually I am able to come home on my lunch break, 12-1, to let the dogs out. The dogs enjoy a fenced backyard most of the day unless there is a reason they can’t be outside. I am only available for housesitting on weekend nights. Weekdays I can do drop ins! I have dealt with dogs being scared over fireworks, which consisted of playing soft music, finding the quietest room in the house, and hugging her until the fireworks stopped.
