Personalized care for your dog or cat - Inglenook

“Alanna was a wonderful choice for taking care of my dogs. She sent me great updates and clearly took excellent care of them. I was very nervous leaving them, so I’m glad I made a good choice of caregivers. Thank you!”

“Prin is the best! She provided me with daily reports of how my pup was doing. I thoroughly appreciated her attentiveness, kindness, and compassion as this was my first time leaving my puppy with a sitter overnight.”

“Michele was absolutely fantastic! She agreed to watch our 13 year old medium sized pup (Wisco) on short notice and took such great care of her while we were in Mendocino for a wedding. She took her on several beautiful walks, to the beach, along for lunch with a friend, etc. We were confident our dog was in great hands having a vacation of her own. If we lived closer to Michele, she would be my go-to sitter every time!!! Really so happy we found her and so was our pup :)”

Taylor & Julian D.

“Beau had a great time! He was happy and very worn out when we got home. Alexis even sent me pictures and a video while I was gone to show me how happy he was. Thank you!”

About: I’ve had animals growing up my whole life. From dogs, cats, rabbits, horses and even rats, I have learned to care for animals at a young age. I love fury friends and promise to treat them like family. I stay home with my son, so I am always available to help with any fury pets! I am available to stop by for potty breaks, feedings and walks! I currently don’t have any fury friends at my house, due to landlord rules. But I absolutely love animals and always care for them. The care I provide for others will determine on the pet! But always with love and compassion.

“Caitlin was timely with responses and check ins, we will definitely have Caitlin watch our cats again in the future!”

Abbey C.

“Michele responded quickly to my initial request. She came to my house to meet the cats and talk to me, which made me feel comfortable that they would be well taken care of. She sent me frequent pictures and videos, showing the cats playing and having a good time. I suspect they enjoyed their time with her more than the day to day they spend with me. She even informed me that one of my cats likes to participate in yoga. After 9 years, this was new information. When I came home the house was clean and cats were happy. I would highly recommend Michele.Hopefully she is available the next time I go out of town.”

“Alanna was so nice! She was incredibly accommodating and professional. We appreciated her fast response time and the attention/care she provided for our dogs. Butterball and Zachy were very happy after spending time with her and her dog :)”

Rachel C.

“Prin and Max are such sweet and caring people! Chelsea stayed with them for the day until after dinnertime while we celebrated my birthday. She was calm and happy when we picked her up. Chelsea has separation anxiety and is an older chihuahua so we don't generally leave her alone. It is really great to find some kind & caring local people to take care of her when we can't be with her. Highly recommend them & so glad to have them on our team! We will definitely be using them again.”

Cynthia S.

“We were so grateful to have Alexis available to watch our dogs while we were visiting from out of town. She is incredibly flexible and our dogs clearly liked her. Would absolutely use her services again!”

Jessica D.

“Jenni was very responsive and kind. Our 1yr old boxer had a BLAST and came back to us tired and happy. Definitely would recommend, and will be rebooking when/if we are in the area!”

Anita T.

“Great stay with Barbara and her two kids. They were loving and kind and took great care of Romeo while I was at work each day. Thanks for the awesome week.”

Tammy R.

“Kat was an excellent dog walker (handling two large and one small dog): competent, reliable, caring, and professional. Billie, my skittish one rescued from a hoarding situation, warmed up to Kat quickly. She has good energy/a good vibe. I would not hesitate to use her again for dog walking or pet sitting in future. Highly recommend!”

About: I am an animal lover...have had pets my whole life. I currently live with one cat. I will take good care of your babies and they will have fun. I can do short & multiple daily visits closer to my home, longer ones/overnights farther away, or they can stay with me. Discounts for longer housesitting stays. Further away areas may require covering transportation costs. I currently work part time, so I have lots of time to spend with your pet. Play time and cuddle time are essential. Let me know what activities your pet enjoys. I will be directly with your pet most of the time. Depending on what you request, our activities will vary. Will do my best to stick to your pets' schedule and routine. I will stick to pet routines as close as possible. Dog will be involved in my routine as well. If I go to the office, and its appropriate, they can come with me. We will spend as much time outside as we can. Lots of walks. May come to work with me if appropriate. We will take lots of pictures.

“Caitlin was so easy to work with. And my dog loved her. I would use her again.”
