“Sasha dropped in on my dog Willow a few times this week and I could not have asked for a better person to take care of her. Willow is very nervous around strangers, generally very distrustful and defensive, but she seemed to connect with Sasha from the start at the meet and greet. Sasha was so sweet and understanding with her, never pushing Willow to interact more than she wanted to. When she dropped in, Sasha took Willow outside and played with her (sent me the most adorable video!!), refilled her water, gave her some treats, and cuddled with her on the couch. Before she left on the last day she even cleaned up some of Willow's toys, which I am always terrible about doing. About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have a very friendly dog. She has both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I work from home 90% of the days so I can provide full time oversight and care. I also work a job where I can take the dogs with me if you approve! I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

About: Having animals ranging in all ages since I was 5 has definitely helped but also helping friends and family since the age of 13 has been the best experience. I am available 24/7, our animals are just as important as us so I believe in having time for them whenever you or them may need it. About: Ive been taking care of dogs for over 10 years. I love going on walks and just hanging out with them. I also enjoy giving dogs baths! My schedule is pretty flexible! I am usually free on weekends. I do not take spontaneous trips. All my trips are planned in advance so I can work things around it. I will follow the rules of your house when I am there. If you say "No dogs on the furniture.", then I will make sure no dogs on the furniture. I will adhere to any strict routine you have in place for feeding or walking. I will also send daily pictures of all animals while I care for them.

About: Our family of two is pet-friendly. Dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals were guests in our house—all the way from small puppies to giant heavy mastiffs. Safe house for your pets. No neighbor dogs, only squirrels. The yard is protected around with fences and trees. My husband is a military medic trained to help dogs if needed. Can take care of oral medication, IV, pills. My husband is at home 99% since he is in Air Force Online Program right now, and I am at home most of the time. About: I have taken care of dogs on my own since I got my dog Mr. Buddy who is an Australian Shepard. I raised him from a puppy when I got him in Alaska when I was in the air force. I also watch my sister's dogs all the time, and I've decided to turn my love of dogs into a profession. Let me add your pet to our adventures. I just started a new job. I work Monday-Friday half days. Usually unavailable on weekends unless I have plenty of notice. If the request if for house sitting your dog needs to get along with mine I want to take your dog on walks/hikes. I already have my own dog so she needs to come with me if I am house sitting and ideally she would join in on all walks. Please no pets that are aggressive towards other dogs or people.

“Sara was my first-ever Rover experience. Sara is amazing. I have now gone to Sara twice, and I am scheduled to have Millie go to her again. I was initially hesitant to use Rover because, like many animal parents, they are your babies and you feel you can only care for them best yourself. I chose Sara because she has vet tech experience, and it helped put my mind at ease. Sara happily follows my plan for Millie, and even gave Millie her medication with no complaints. Sara gave me lots of updates, especially my first time leaving Millie with her. I love that she has property and focuses on getting the dogs exercise.
