About: I've had cats since I was 5. My grandparents also has a farm so I have lots of experience with farm cats and feral cats. I've also worked for 10+ years with a local rescue, raising kittens only days or weeks old until they are old enough to be fixed and adopted - feeding them milk on a regular schedule and then weaning them onto wet food, then dry food, also teaching them how to be a cat by interacting with my cats. During the course of my volunteering I have also been taught various first aid treatments as well as how to administer medications and injections.

About: I worked at Mountain View Animal Hospital starting as a receptionist the. Transferring to a kennel assistant. As a receptionist I had to communicate information to the client regarding their pets care and meds. Which helped me learn the medical aspect of the hospital. I'm extremely protective of my pups and was worried about leaving them, but once I met Lynn and saw how she was with my little guys and with her own "babies", and how secure her yard was, I felt completely at ease and comfortable leaving them in her care. I didn't bring their food with me because we weren't leaving them overnight and they won't eat when we're not there. She made them chicken! which of course they ate right up. This woman LOVES dogs. I feed the pets twice a day.I walk the dogs every 2 to 3 hours. I bathe them once a week depending on how dirty they get. About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Sadly, I lost all my clients and contacts save one in the Camp Fire as my client base was in Paradise and Magalia. Since then, I have taken care of my own little furbabies and ever so often cared for the Chihuahua/Pug/Terrier mix of the one remaining client from Paradise. Within the years that I was actively pet sitting, I took care of dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Whippets. About: I worked at Mountain View Animal Hospital starting as a receptionist the. Transferring to a kennel assistant. As a receptionist I had to communicate information to the client regarding their pets care and meds. Which helped me learn the medical aspect of the hospital. I then realized I wanted to spend more time with the animals so I transferred to be kennel assist. I was feeding, bathing and playing with the boarding dogs and cats. Following all instructions on meds, meals, and restrictions a client request to take care of their furry friends.
