“Mel & Co. are magic. My dogs came home happy, joyful, and clearly celebrated—not just cared for. Her home brings out the very best in them. They’re now completely conked out, the satisfied kind of tired that only comes after a true Disneyland-level stay. I’d book with Mel for a fourth time without hesitation. Highest recommendation.”

“Thank you so much to Sandra and her family for the wonderful care and love they gave to our boy, Dodger. She was wonderful at communicating with me and keeping me updated. It truly gave me comfort and peace of mind that he was in great hands. We look forward to booking with Sandra again on our next family trip out of town. We know Dodger had the best time under her care. Thank you again Sandra and family! 💙💙💙💙”

She made sure to send us photos and videos of him which assured us he was safe and in good hands. Thanks so much Laurel we are grateful for you. until next time 😊”

“Arianna took wonderful care of our pup on short notice. She sent us adorable pictures and kept us in the loop (: we are so grateful for her help and will absolutely be reaching out to her in the future!”

“Definitely would recommend Carola, she has so much love for dogs and you can tell she enjoys taking care of them. She treated our 5 month old puppy as it was her own, she kept us updated throughout the boarding with pictures and videos. I can tell that our dog enjoyed spending time with her and playing with his new furry friends.”

About: I have taken care of pets, cats and dogs, from a young age. I grew up a cat and dog owner and have always loved my pets. I have experience training young dogs for sit, stay, fetch, lay down, roll over, wait, and go. I also regularly pet sit for family members. I am currently not working due to summer break, so I have full open availability. When school starts in August, I will be available evening after 5 and all day weekends. I am hoping to find pet sitting for weekends and dog walks for week days. I currently have a 3 bedroom apartment that is pet friendly. I can take care of small dogs/ cats at my own home and able to take them for walks around my neighborhood. I am willing and comfortable to pet sit in the client’s home and to go to the client’s home to take pups for walks.
“Patty and her family were very receptive to Ivy and they offered a warm and inviting environment. Ivy, who is a companion animal is excitable in new environments but this did not seem to be a problem for Patty and her family. We are very happy and will not hesitate to book her again.”

“Brittany cared for our pup Millie for several nights. We got daily updates and pictures which was greatly appreciated. Millie seemed happy and relaxed when we picked her up. I would definitely rebook with Brittany!”

“Absolutely satisfied with the care and how elizabeth always made sure to keep me updated while caring for my dog. I highly recommend her and will definitely be asking for her service again.”

“Cassidy was amazing! I received pictures of Cloud every day and updates. They even allowed him on furniture, which was important for my cuddle bug. Their other dogs and Cloud had a really fun time, and even met their cat. Surprisingly Cloud was reportedly great with the cat. Now that I have him home he is just chilling right next to me fighting a nap because he had so much fun”

About: I have been a dog mom most of my life. More recently I’ve worked with a rescue and have experience fostering dogs . All 3 of my dogs are rescues and they are all very different so I’ve learned that they all their own individualized plan I currently work full time so I am available most weekends for boarding. Sometimes I’m off over the summer so my availability opens up then I have a really big fenced yard and a cozy pet friendly home. I have 3 small dogs who I love very much. My heeler mix is a bit fear aggressive towards new people and large dogs but he is obedient and I am working on socializing him more and I know exactly to manage. I’ve fostered a variety of dogs the last year and he just needs time to warm up to new dogs and people. My other 2 are terrier mixes and have been socialized since they were pups.

“Guadalupe was a lifesaver!!! I was in NYC for the holidays and completely stuck in terms of finding a sitter for Rikki, as my boyfriend works full time in Long Beach and all my friends were also gone for the season. I found Guadalupe and I was impressed by her creditals, and even more impressed by her prices. I was able to book the whole thing online from across the country! My boyfriend dropped Rikki off, and every day I got several updates as to how ridiculously happy my dog was while I was away. We're talking long walks, off-leash frolicking in (gated) parks, she even bought him a toy for Christmas! Guadalupe goes above and beyond for her clients, and outside of family- I wouldn't trust Rikki with anyone else!”

Is great at communicating and sending updates with photos. Thank you Patty for making Ash feel at home so she could have an enjoyable experience! Would like to book again if there is another opportunity. Take care!”

“This was our fist time using Rover, and I didn’t really know what to expect, but Brittany went above and beyond when taking care of our pets. Every day she visited, she truly spent quality time with our pets, making the most of her visit and being sure to leave a special note on how they were doing and send us lots of pictures. I am so appreciate of her kindness and love for animals. Thank you so much Brittany! 😊”

“This was our third time booking with Vanessa, and we couldn't be happier. Our cat absolutely adores her, and seeing how well she treats our 'little man' gives us so much peace of mind while we're away. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled, and her 100% professional approach makes the whole process seamless. We trust her implicitly with our little dude!”

About: I have been taking care of cats professionally for roughly 2 or so years. I have cat sit multiple times for 2 older cats with disabilities. I've done quick check ins with feeding and cleaning as well as longer check ins to provide medicine, care and love to the not so shy kitties.
“Abigail was wonderful! She came to our house twice a day to take care of our dogs. We have a Labradoodle and a Lab. They are both high energy big dogs. She took them for walks every morning and spent pool time with them in the evening. They loved her and we are so grateful that she was able to help us out! This was our first time trying Rover and we highly recommend Abi!”

About: Specializing in gentle, professional care to elderly and disabled dogs and cats. I started my professional career in animal care at the East Bay SPCA Veterinary Clinic in Oakland. Inspired by the importance of animal welfare, I would complete an eight-week internship at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, where I gained valuable skills in veterinary pre- and post-op care. Following that remarkable experience, I was a veterinary assistant for a holistic veterinarian at a private practice. Later, I returned to shelter medicine as a veterinary technician at the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society. This span of 25 years allowed me to develop and strengthen my skills and expertise in animal care, specializing in the needs of senior dogs and cats. I am an active foster parent volunteer for Tulare County Animal Services specializing in bottle-feeding neonatal orphaned kittens. I have five cats - it's probably not surprising that they are all "foster failure" Bottle Babies! One cat had an eye removed after it was damaged from severe conjunctivitis. Another cat was born with a leg deformity that impaired her walking ability, so she is my little "tripod" buddy.

About: As growing up, I had many types of pet bunny’s, dogs, cats, fishes! I loved every single one of them. My favorite moments of my life. I have a soft spot for dachshunds but I’m comfortable with all breads, puppies, and seniors animals! I can handle feeding schedules and lots of belly rubs. :) I’m currently working part time, so I have a flexible schedule. I’m available for boarding on weekdays and weekends for walks in/drops in! I love to spend my extra time with animals! I believe I am a trustworthy person! I love helping and taking care of people. I used to babysit in my free time, and I’m currently majoring in child life specialist. I want to be more out going in learning how to help more people in needs! :)
“My first time using Rover service. It was a holiday and short notice because my original plan for pet care did not work out. I was a little hesitant, but after meeting Ariel she put my mind at ease. Ariel is very personable and professional. She followed all the instructions, stayed in contact and went above and beyond to provide good pet care. With confidence I would highly recommend Ariel’s services. Sincerely, Diana C.”

“Kailyn did a great job watching our cat while we were away! She was very responsive, sent us pictures and updates during each visit, and took care of everything exactly as we asked. We also really appreciated that she left our house clean and tidy. It gave us peace of mind knowing our cat was in good hands, and we would definitely book with her again!”

“I have used Arianna 2 times now and have been more than thrilled! This time she did drop ins for my 2 cats twice a day. I have also had her do house sitting for 2 cats and one dog. She is responsible and reliable. I will be using her again no question in my mind about her ability to take care of my pets. Rover has been nothing short of a blessing to lower the anxiety level of leaving your pets and home. Thank You from the bottom of my heart ❤️”

“Carola was a great person to watch my cat "Baby". This is the first time that I ever boarded a pet. Carola made sure my cat was safe and well taken care of and she would text me notes and photos everyday/evening to keep me updated. Carola provided a nice room for Baby to live in (at my house she's an outdoor cat). Baby did well in her safe indoor place. I'm sure the next time she is boarded with Carola, my cat will have a big smile on her heart and face and so will I!!! Thank you Carola, for all your kindness!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I am so thankful I did! Sandra was amazing with my kitten Cheeto. When he arrived he had an adorable welcome sign, she was so friendly and kept me informed with and updates and pictures throughout my trip! It put my heart at ease leaving my little baby for a few days because I knew he was in great hands! Thank you Sandra, I will definitely be booking with you in the future 🥰❤️”

“Jelly Bean had a great time with Cassidy! He got all the attention and snuggles he so desperately, and annoyingly, wanted. I definitely recommend Cassidy for your pet sitting needs!”
About: Hi there, my name’s Sarah! I’m a part-time Rover sitter and full-time dog lover! I have two dogs of my own and have fostered over 15 dogs of all ages/breeds/backgrounds. I understand the importance of respecting each dog as an individual with their own specific needs and preferences. I promise to take the time to get to know your pups in order to give them a personalized experience and spoil them with love while you’re away! Thanks for taking the time to review my profile to see if I could be a good fit for your fur baby! Here’s a quick overview of the services I can provide: Walks/Drop-Ins - Let me take some stress off you by giving your fur baby a break/exercise while you’re at work or just unable to do so yourself! I’ll be sure to enrich your pet’s day with engagement and my undivided attention, and will ensure your pet’s safety the entire time. Boarding – This is where your pup comes to my home for a vacation of their own while you’re away! You’re more than welcome to stop by for a visit beforehand to see where your pup will be staying, get to know myself and my husband, and introduce your pup(s) to mine! We have two dogs – Stella is a 7-year-old chocolate lab mix and Aspen is a 4-year-old amstaff mix (scroll to the bottom of my profile to check them both out). They’re both easy going and love making new friends! We live on 2 acres, part of which is a wetland that your pup can explore! Although our yard is not fenced at the moment, our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and we have multiple 100ft long leashes that we can use for extra safety if your pup likes to wander (although we will always be outside when the pups are outside). Since my husband and I both work from home, we can provide frequent potty breaks and regular walks. In order to not burn out our dogs and our house, we just ask that your pups are house-trained, dog-friendly, and do not have any major destructive traits (we understand accidents happen 😊). Please send your pup with any supplies they may need (food, bed, favorite toys, crate if they use one, a clothing item with your smell, etc.). For these types of bookings, I can either pick up your dog from your house and drop them back off on the last day, or you can drop them off at my house – whatever is easier for you! Sitting – This is where I watch your pup in your home where they are already comfortable! The standard sitting involves me staying in your home overnight and basically standing in for you while you’re gone. I can adapt to your pup’s schedule and routines whether that’s breakfast under the kitchen table or an evening cuddle session on the couch! I will bring my work with me during the week and will bring my own food (no need to stock your pantry/fridge). I’ll be self-sufficient while also keeping up with your house – let me know if I’ll be staying on trash day and can put your bins out or if you’d like me to bring in your mail so it doesn’t pile up in the mailbox! This type of booking is great for families with a space for me to stay and pups who love being homebodies! Some more notes: I’m a “dogs allowed anywhere” person so if your pup is staying in our home, they’re welcome on the couch and bed! If you have a different standard for your pups, especially if I’m staying in your home, please let me know so I can keep up with your routine and training! Pet photography is a passion of mine so you can trust your pup will have their own personal photo shoot (if they’re up for it) and you’ll get all the good pics!

“The only person I trust with our dogs. It’s always so nice knowing our dogs are going to be happy and taken care of when we are out of town. I never worry when they are with Mel and her family.”

“Laurel did a great job taking care of Zeus. She was very sweet, responsive and communicative with his doggie day care. She kept me updated with the stay throughout day. Zeus had a great time while in her care. I would definitely recommend and rebook again. Thank you again! :)”

I'm currently off work for the summer and have availability to check in multiple times on your pet! I will treat them as my own. I have a fenced in backyard, doggy door in one of my rooms, I can easily let pets in and out of my slider door.
“Our 5 month old, very energetic puppy had a great playdate today, starting with a very cute “Welcome” sign, just for her. Beautiful, pet friendly home, with a fenced dog area. We got several videos of her playing throughout the day, which put our minds at ease. It was such a great experience that we’ve already booked an overnight stay.”

About: I’d be more than happy to welcome your baby into my home! They will have as many potty breaks as needed ,they will be fed, and they will have fun. I aim to give your fur baby the best experience available. I’m sure your baby would fit right in. I offer special treatment/services if needed for your fur baby also! I look forward to hearing from you and I’m usually quick to reply back. If you have any questions or concerns, I’m just one message away. Thank you so much and I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! I tend to form around most fur babies schedules. Some may sleep perfectly during the night and others may not. So my schedule really depends on your fur babies schedules. I typically like to ask for your fur babies favorite toy or snack this way each pet has a part of home with them. I like to get information on each baby about their typical day at home so that I can try my best to replicate that and keep them comfortable.

About: I’ve been dog sitting & providing services for over 10 years now! For 5+ years I’ve dog sat Gracie the pit bull (see photos) as her father is always traveling for work for extended periods of time prior to coming back to this platform. I would dog sit on multiple occasions for weeks or months at a time, therefore I'm comfortable working extended periods of time with multiple animals. I treat every animal as if they were my own so I understand on a personal note how sentimental they mean to their owners! I pride myself in my patience & professionalism. I carry myself with a lot of compassion & empathy however, which is why I wanted to begin working & applying more of my time with animals again! Complete availability Monday through Friday, I’m open between 7:30am-10:30pm for any doggie daycare needs, dog walking or drop ins! Very easy going & willing to do weekends for repeated clients! ❤️ I currently have a huge fenced backyard & will always make sure they’re monitored. I love to be present with every animal I watch so I always ensure the doggies are safe while they’re playing or resting. I’ll never leave them unattended!
About: Pet Care Experience Hi! I’m Guadalupe. Most people call me Lupe or Lu 😊. Thanks for stopping by! What sets me apart is that I intentionally take on only a small number of pets at a time. I keep my pet count small to ensure every pet receives my full attention and a calm, stress-free stay. My Care Style (What Your Pet Can Expect) I’ve always been an animal lover and enjoy staying active with pets. I provide multiple daily walks, playtime, and quiet companionship so your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule, which allows for plenty of one-on-one time and occasional last-minute requests. I’m a great fit for: • Dogs who prefer a calm, low-stress environment • Senior dogs • Shy or anxious pets • Cat-friendly dogs preferred but not required. About My Home I live in a house with a small, enclosed yard, perfect for safe potty breaks and fresh air. Pets are welcome to relax and lounge throughout my home. I have one resident cat, a lazy, easygoing guy, and I’m happy to manage space or keep pets separated as needed so everyone feels comfortable. There are no children in the home, which helps keep the environment calm and predictable. Walks & Outdoor Time In addition to yard time, I live near parks and walking trails, so your dog will enjoy regular walks, enrichment, and plenty of sniff time. Ideal Fit I’m a great match for pet parents who value quality over quantity and want their pet to receive attentive, personalized care in a peaceful home setting. Important Notes • Please bring your pet’s food, bowls, leash, collar or harness, medications, and any comfort items needed for their stay. • For safety reasons, I’m unable to accommodate overly aggressive dogs. Your pet will be cared for with patience, kindness, and genuine attention, just like family 🤍🐾 My schedule is pretty flexible as a work-from-home. I occasionally have to go into the office but I will let you know in advance. My husband is also available in case we need to make any accommodations to our schedule. I provide a calm, attentive environment and intentionally limit the number of pets I care for so each pet receives close supervision and individualized care. In my home, pets are monitored throughout the day and cared for according to your instructions, including feeding, walks, medications, and routines. I live in a house with a small, enclosed yard for safe potty breaks and also provide regular walks. I have one calm resident cat and can manage space or keep pets separated as needed to ensure everyone stays comfortable. When caring for pets in your home, I respect your space and follow your routines carefully. I provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for.

“I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my furry friend to Davisha & Donald’s care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Davisha & Donald took great care of my dog, providing plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. My dog had a blast during their stay, and I could tell that they truly love animals and enjoy spending time with them. Davisha was also very communicative throughout the process, sending me updates and photos to keep me informed and reassured. I highly recommend Davisha & Donald to anyone looking for a caring and responsible pet sitter!”
About: Hi! I'm a passionate and attentive pet caregiver with 5+ years of personal experience and 1 year of professional dog-sitting under my belt. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and energy levels—from high-energy pups who love a good run, to mellow seniors who just want a snuggle buddy. One of my own dogs experiences focal seizures, so I’m very familiar with providing calm, capable care in medical situations. I’m also experienced with administering medications (pills, drops, etc.) and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable during the process. My dog Mr. Peanutbutter has had bad experiences with larger dogs so I understand pups who need a little extra care with anxiety. I’ve worked with a variety of animals, including ducks, and I’d be happy to check in on other pets (like cats, birds, or small animals) or care for your plants while you’re away. Whether your pet needs a quick drop-in, an energetic walk, or overnight care, I bring patience, responsibility, and plenty of love to every visit. I treat every animal like they’re my own—and I can’t wait to meet yours! Pet care is my passion and my full time focus while saving up for higher education. Pet care is what I'm focused on when not studying. I only have late night class for 2 hours 1 night a week and at home studying so I have much time to focus on specific needs. My home has a fenced yard with plenty of space to run and and play with a patio area and another fenced off pool area.

Whether you have dogs, cats, birds, or small mammals, I’m comfortable, educated, and ready to treat your pets like my own I do work as a youth service partner with adopted kids, but that position is intermittent, so I have flexibility and dedication to provide care for your pets. I will provide reliable, safe, loving care in your home. I will strictly follow all routines to make sure your pets stay happy and secure.
“We were in town to visit the National Parks and Kendra did an incredible job with our skittish dog. She was able to build trust quickly and get her the exercise she needed. This span of 25 years allowed me to develop and strengthen my skills and expertise in animal care, specializing in the needs of senior dogs and cats. I am currently accepting new senior or disabled pets for slow strolls and other enrichment activities. My availability is flexible on Saturdays and Sundays, while weekdays are limited to only evening visits. Your pet's trust is important to me. I will arrive into your home with a warm and calm voice, assuring your beloved pets that I am gentle and kind. Being a former vet tech, I am also trained and skilled at giving medication*, which can be done in the comfort of your home. *All medications must be veterinarian-prescribed with dosage instructions. No exceptions.

About: I have strong experience working with dogs, providing attentive care, regular exercise, and lots of affection. I’m comfortable with different breeds and temperaments, and I focus on keeping dogs safe, happy, and well cared for while maintaining their routines. I am currently a graduate student looking for a nice little side job to keep me busy and make some extra money to help with my bills. I love animals and this is the perfect way to keep myself busy. I care for pets by keeping a consistent routine, making sure they have fresh food and water, and providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I pay close attention to their behavior and give them plenty of affection, playtime, and exercise. When I’m in someone else’s home, I follow their instructions carefully, respect their space, and keep them updated so they know their pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, personalities, and needs. I recently rescued my own dog from a backyard breeding situation, which strengthened my understanding of patience, trust-building, and providing a safe, loving environment for animals who need extra care. Beyond my own pets, I have regularly helped friends and family care for their dogs whenever they needed support, including feeding, walking, playtime, and keeping up with their daily routines. I treat every dog with the same compassion, attention, and respect I give my own, and I am committed to making sure every pup feels comfortable, happy, and cared for. I am currently a part-time college student, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to dedicate time and attention to your pets. I’m able to work around different routines and provide reliable, consistent care when you need it. I love having the opportunity to spend extra time with animals and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I provide dependable, attentive, and compassionate care while keeping their routine, comfort, and well-being my top priority. I understand that every pet has their own personality, needs, and habits, so I take the time to learn what makes them feel safe and happy. I provide consistent feeding, exercise, playtime, enrichment, medication support if needed, and plenty of love and attention. I also treat every home with respect and care, ensuring it stays clean, secure, and comfortable. My goal is to give pets the same patience, protection, and affection I give my own animals, so owners can have complete peace of mind while they’re away.
“Our meet and greet and first walk with Isabelle was wonderful! She was very kind and receptive of our goals for socialization with these walks. I am looking forward to the many more walks to come for our puppy!”

“Mel & Co.

“Hudson has stayed with Veronica three times in the past 8 months. He enjoys his time there and Veronica keeps me updated on him with texts, pictures and videos. He is happy and healthy when I pick him up. I recommend her!”

“Tania and her family are wonderful! They took such great care of my dogs and Tania was very responsive and communicative. I loved the updates I got every day and my dogs were super happy. I will absolutely book with Tania again!!”
“Ashley is great! She’s very good at communicating while she’s in the care of our fur baby! I genuinely feel that Bailey was happy and felt at home. I will definitely book with her in the future! Thank you Ashley!”

“Brittany cared for our pup Millie for several nights. We got daily updates and pictures which was greatly appreciated. Millie seemed happy and relaxed when we picked her up. I would definitely rebook with Brittany!”

“Our two-day dog boarding with Keota was absolutely wonderful! Our dog settled in quickly and happily interacted with the hosts and their other pets. A huge thank you to Keota and her family for taking such great care of our dog while we were able to explore Sequoia Park. Keota was very attentive, regularly keeping us posted and sharing pictures and video of our dog. We definitely recommend them—an excellent place to leave your beloved four-legged pet!”

“Davisha & Donald were awesome! I booked them last minute and got a response in a timely manner. They asked questions on how to take care of my two dogs and I could tell that the really cared to make the boys stay in their home comfortable and really wanted to follow their normal routine. I got pictures and videos daily and any questions or concerns that I had were answered within minutes. They are super flexible! I opted for the pick up and drop off service, they were kind enough to send the boys home clean with a free bath service. Finding good dog care is hard, but both of them reassured us that our fur babies were in good hands! Definitely would use them again!”

“Our dogs, Lulu and Zumi, had such a good time with Yetta and her sons! We left them over the weekend and I was a little anxious because Lulu takes different medication multiple times a day.
