Growing up our cats were only out doors but I always made sure they were OK. 4 while growing up, 3 i fostered in high school, a mom and her 2 babies, 1 when I came to college, and then an additional 7 when I was older, I rescued a liter of 6 and a separate 2 yr old! Then a little one who didn't make it long, another rescue, and I now have yet another rescue from my uncle's orchard and my wife's cat so that is a total of 18 cats!!! About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for years. I’ve been trusted to house sit/pet sit multiple times with no issues. Everyone is always happy. I work full time from 2:30 pm-1 am, currently I am on baby bonding leave and am fully available until August 3rd. I have been able to have more free time and availability to care for my animals and help friends/family with their animals. I play with my pets and have done crate training in the past. If there is a yard I take them outside and play fetch. About: I've looked after pets of all kinds including, cats, dogs, pigs, chickens and ducks to name a few. I have a good 7.5 years of experience under my belt and I have a high attention to detail to make sure that your fuzzy member of the family is getting top quality care. I am available Saturday through Tuesday, as those are my current days off. A typical day with your pet would include walks as many times a day as necessary, meals whenever they are typically had and plenty of play and relaxation throughout the day. If I have a meeting/appointment or need to leave the house for a bit, your pet won't be left alone for more than four hours. When I come to stay with your pet, I'll make it seem as though you never left. I'll do my absolute best to ensure they can continue their daily routines as they always do without skipping a beat. Animals usually warm up to me quickly. I think it’s the beard. My friends and family call me the animal whisperer, but I just really enjoy caring for animals. I work for the Post Office. I am usually working Monday-Saturday with the average hours being around 5-8 a day. Some days I am off by early afternoon, leaving the day open for me. I have a girlfriend who loves animals as well. She has the weekends off and can be home before most evenings. We take pride in our care.
About: I’ve had family dogs my entire life (usually Great Danes or labs), I fostered a litter of puppies in college (that was a learning experience for sure), and then got my own dog, Chewy, 3 years ago. I have always loved having a furry friend around and am constantly taking chewy on walks to get him some fresh air and exercise. I think it’s important for animals to have a satisfying level of mental and physical stimulation in their day to day. If your schedule doesn’t allow for this and I can help you achieve it, i would LOVE to meet you and your fur baby! I work full time Monday-Friday from 8-5 pm in Chico. I take my dog out for walks after work everyday and would love to have yours join! I have weekends off and am available for sitting those days. If you are looking for drop ins, I can do that locally during the week on my lunch breaks or anytime on the weekends :) I can adhere to any guidelines you have for your fur baby in your house. I would require you provide the leash for your dogs walks and food to match their normal diet for sitting and drop ins. Other than that, I hav plenty of toys I can bring and if you would like, I have my own dog that I can bring for a play date or walks to keep you pup extra entertained and Comfortable!
About: Growing up I have lived with all different breeds and temperaments, from a feisty Chihuahua to a sensitive Rottweiler and I currently have a tripod standard poodle. I believe that all dogs are extremely different and take require a caring approach. When in your pets space I make sure to constantly read their body language and listen to what they have to say. Your pets comfort is my priority! I currently work a seasonal job that is on call, so I tend to have many days off that I would love to fill with four (or less) legged friends. When in the pets home I will always make sure to read body language of the pet to ensure a smooth transition to either me being in their space or to a walk. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for years. I’ve been trusted to house sit/pet sit multiple times with no issues. Everyone is always happy. I work full time from 2:30 pm-1 am, currently I am on baby bonding leave and am fully available until August 3rd. I have been able to have more free time and availability to care for my animals and help friends/family with their animals. I play with my pets and have done crate training in the past. If there is a yard I take them outside and play fetch. I keep distance when walking dogs and always keep them on a leash to provide a safe environment for the dog and others around in case a change happens.
