“So glad Teeda was available for our 5 day stay in a non- dog house in Tahoe. She is such a great person and did a great job with my big 40lb puppy. In fact, when we took our pup for one of the days in the middle of her stay and then brought her back in the evening, our pup was excited and so willing to go back w Teeda and went right into her car! Teeda's house is dog paradise and you can tell she is such a dog lover. She is kind, funny and down to earth. As a first time puppy mommy it meant the world to me that Teeda sent lots of pictures and texts. I had such confidence that my baby was being well taken care of. Teeda was also flexible and caring, understanding that our schedule was a little up in the air. She is the equivalent of Mary Poppins for dogs- she was like the magic solution to all of my worries last week.”

I wasn't sure how she would do with new folks since we had not had her with other dogs or people. Our get acquainted visit was the best experience for both of us. About: I have experience working at a doggy day-care. I was responsible for watching and entertaining up to 25 dogs at a time of all ages and sizes! I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week Tues-Fri. I am not home for pick ups/drop-offs between 7:15 AM-6:30 PM on those days. However my 3-day weekend gives me plenty of time to give your pup the love and attention they deserve! I hope to find some canine friends to hike with me on the weekends. I can cater to whatever your dog needs as I have plenty of experience working with different breeds, sizes, and ages. I wouldn’t dare call myself a cat expert because all cats are extremely special and specific, though I would venture to say that I can make even the most shy cats enjoy their stay with me! About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have two very friendly dogs. They have both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

About: Since high school I have had experience with normal pets to the exotic! I can honestly say that each animal is an individual that deserves their specific needs acknowledged and met. I do have experience with senior animals that need medication as well as special needs, there hasn’t been an experience that I haven’t learned from! I’ve even read books like Caesar’s Way in order to better understand my own pets and help them. I’ve even been known to be a bit of a perfectionist although that was in my earlier years now I can gladly say am a seasoned sitter!
