Even though she watches multiple dogs, she carefully groups dogs that get along well and makes sure everyone has a safe, positive experience. Her home is very clean and well-maintained, which gave us additional peace of mind. “My lab mix Steinbeck had a great relaxed time at his first overnight stretch (3 nights and days) at Camp Mita, after previously spending several good doggy daycare days there. He is a rescue with a trauma history so he can become quite nervous when I am away-- but not so at all when with MIta and family!--who gave him so much TLC as well as lovely walks. MIta's calm and friendly older yellow lab also clearly was a very reassuring presence to him. I loved receiving the gracious daily photos so I could see how "at home" he was making himself. He came home completely grounded. I was able to enjoy my time away so much more because he clearly enjoyed his time with Madhumita. Thanks for your attentiveness to a sensitive dog, Mita!”

We booked a meet & greet a week before to get everyone familiar with each other. Their house is very puppy proofed and they have great indoor and outdoor space for the dogs to hang out and play. They even helped Reggie work on some homework exercises for his puppy class he's in (practicing down, stay, leave it, etc). They sent photo and video updates daily. Super smooth experience. About: Experienced dog owner and sitter. Studied dog psychology to become a good dog parent. Had two female spaniels who passed earlier this year. We used to compete in dog frisbee and hunt. Also have experience working in a grooming salon, as well as walking and boarding various size dogs - from labs and German shepherds to Jack Russel terriers and mini Aussies. Additionally at no cost I can provide basic behavioural training and teach new tricks - I love to communicate with dogs of any breed and move in one rhythm with them. And I really feel their needs and able to connect with dogs of all ages. I can board puppies and older dogs, take them for a walk someplace new and play ball or frisbee. But safety and well-being is my main focus and if your dog doesn't want too much activity, I can provide a more mellow experience, too. Available on weekdays and weekends but please make appointments at least 2 days in advance. I would love to meet your furry friend! I'm working remotely from home part-time, so have lots of time to spend with doggies. I'm available both weekends and weekdays and rarely leave home for more than a couple hours, so your dog won't be alone for too long. “Kendra, our sitter, was maximally sweet! The setting was a bit rough. Our kitty lived upstairs in a private room without furniture but well heated. So make sure you bring bedding your kitty will be comfortable with. Also, the household has a large friendly dog that likes to bark at strangers. Our kitty wouldn't be comfortable hanging around with him. But if your cat likes dawgs, this is the place for them! Doggie lives downstairs; kitty was upstairs. Never the twain would meet! Overall, definitely recommended. The pricing is affordable, the setting comfortable, and we know the sitter gave our kitty all the attention she wanted.”

About: I've had dogs most of my adult life and currently have a little Shichon named Ruby. We have a smoke free home with a fenced yard and doggie door. We take our pup out for daily walks. I'm home full time unless I'm working in Canada in the healthcare field and so would need to work around that. I usually work 2-3 weeks every 2 months. “Qi took amazing care of our dogs, Pebbles and Luna, while we were away. Both of our girls are on the anxious side, so finding someone we trust is incredibly important. Qi was patient, attentive, and made them feel comfortable and cared for. We also appreciated how thoughtfully she manages the dogs in her care. Even though she watches multiple dogs, she carefully groups dogs that get along well and makes sure everyone has a safe, positive experience. Her home is very clean and well-maintained, which gave us additional peace of mind. Qi was also fantastic with communication, sending frequent photos and videos so we could see how Pebbles and Luna were doing. We always felt informed and reassured. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!”

“Kara is amazing and took such good care of my two pups and truly provided them with their own vacation while I took mine. Kara is a dog lover and will take very good care of your animals and give them a truly unique experience of enjoying a pack and having an adventure. She sent pictures and videos every day enjoying adventures in Boulder Creek with other dogs. They got to go on hikes and swim and she took time to work with my littlest one teaching him how to be braver as he is a bit shy. I will definitely be taking my pups to her again in the future. “Hi, I can tell when my dog was not stressed upon return from a boarding experience and our dog, was happy when no the caring hands of Steve and co. I got regular updates and My dog went on long walks and hikes. He had the company of other dogs and behaved in Steve’s presence- him being a trainer himself. Both the parties felt that it was a good fit - before boarding. Will not hesitate to recommend Steve with a glowing 5-stars!”
“My lab mix Steinbeck had a great relaxed time at his first overnight stretch (3 nights and days) at Camp Mita, after previously spending several good doggy daycare days there. He is a rescue with a trauma history so he can become quite nervous when I am away-- but not so at all when with MIta and family!--who gave him so much TLC as well as lovely walks. MIta's calm and friendly older yellow lab also clearly was a very reassuring presence to him. I loved receiving the gracious daily photos so I could see how "at home" he was making himself. He came home completely grounded. I was able to enjoy my time away so much more because he clearly enjoyed his time with Madhumita. Thanks for your attentiveness to a sensitive dog, Mita!”
“Norelvis and Chris did a great job watching our pup, Reggie. He's a 7 mo old puppy and this was his first overnight away from home since we adopted him 2 months ago. We booked a meet & greet a week before to get everyone familiar with each other. Their house is very puppy proofed and they have great indoor and outdoor space for the dogs to hang out and play. They even helped Reggie work on some homework exercises for his puppy class he's in (practicing down, stay, leave it, etc). They sent photo and video updates daily. Super smooth experience. We'd definitely book again!”

He communicated with us throughout the booking and sent us videos of our pups playing. They always looked like they were having a great time! I appreciated that he gave us tips and tricks when we did a meet and greet on how to handle our dog walks more efficiently. He is knowledgeable about dog behavior which also made us feel better. About: I’ve had dogs in my life for 30 years. I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for over 20 years. My own dogs have graduated top of their class in puppy training school. I currently work from home, so I can arrange my schedule to make sure dogs in my care get all the love, affection, and attention they need and deserve. I have a small fenced in yard, good for small and medium dogs. My dog is friendly and even shares some toys. I can crate your dog if preferred. I am also within walking distance to a dog park, and an easy drive to dog beaches
