I had a cat with hyperthyroidism that I treated with medicine daily for two years until she was 18 years old. One of my current fur babies has seizures that I monitored until becoming under control. At the animal shelter I volunteered for both Orcutt and Santa Maria and I was there for about 2 years. I now work at the Santa Barbara Humane where I handle several different temperaments of animals and about to hit my 2 years working there. About: I’ve taken care of every animal that i’ve ever met! I grew up with 7 dogs and 6 cats! All of our family friends trusted me to stay and watch their loved ones when they couldn’t take them on vacation with them. I was on bathing and feeding duty but really just listened to what the animal wants whether it’s all the pets in the world, a lap to sit on, a friend to play with, or to silently judge from the other side of the room either way both of us are enjoying each others company. I’m currently a part time college student! My schedule is very flexible, late hours, nights, weekends, holidays i’m available to meet your needs and your cats. My two girls Annie and Daisy both sleep on top of me every night. They have running water fountains a litter robot in the room they go in when supervised and a regular robot for unsupervised time. My cats have daily routines built. For example they know what rooms to be in and when! They also have access to their catio at peak sun time!

About: I've had the gift of house/pet sitting for over 10 years, and it is without a doubt the most rewarding job I've ever experienced! Personally, I've had dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, horses, and hermit crabs as pets, besides the odd rescued baby bird, bunny, or mouse.
