Constant love and affection would be given to ensure your fur babies feel right at home as if you’ve never left. Hello I’m Melissa a newly FT stay at home mom of 2. I homeschool during the morning and have fun by mid afternoon so adding some visitors to my day would be my pleasure! Both my Bombay cat and Deer Chihuahua were rescued. I work with many rescues in the surrounding areas to make sure all strays brought home find their forever homes. I do live in a rental so I do request that they are potty trained! Both my cat and dog are fully house broke and getting up in the night for those midnight tinkle breaks are possible since my dog is a senior and needs to go too. I hope that gives you a little insight to my life and allows you to be comfortable in choosing me as your fur babies mini vaca destination. I have a fully fenced decent size back yard with cameras for lots of room to run and get their wiggles out or just explore and sunbathe. I have a large crate if they prefer some quiet time alone just request you bring their favorite bed or blanket so they have a piece of home to comfort them.
About: I owned two dogs throughout my 17 years here in the US. One of them I raised since pup and potty trained her and taught her tricks such as rolling over, sit, lay down, catch, handshake, turn around, she also fetch sticks in the water and barks when she sees animals on tv. Yes I taught my dog how to watch tv 🥹! She was my best friend she is no longer with us now I lost her back in 2024 she developed a liver disease at 13 years old. I have one more dog that I rescued back in 2011 he is now my senior dog and still lives with me and he is about 19 years old. He might be actually older than that though I had no proof of how old he really is. I assumed he was about 4 years old when I found him back in 2011. So we can do the math from that right? All my dogs are indoor dogs and can be on my bed though they have their own beds as well. All doggies will be treated with love affection and care and all welcome in my home 🥹❤️ Stay at home so I have plenty of time for your pups. I’m available for boarding week days anytime and overnight. One message away I have a fenced yard. I live by a walking path I could easily take pups for walks. Pups stays inside the house and uses the doggy door to go potty in the yard. Feeding schedule may vary depending on instructions.

I currently have two spayed Shih Tzus and a friendly Doberman, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. “I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough! From the moment Olive arrived, she kept me updated with frequent messages, adorable photos, and little updates about what they were doing throughout the day. Her communication was honestly incredible, and it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was how comfortable Olive became with her. Olive is usually very shy and reserved in new environments, and whenever I’ve boarded her before, I noticed in photos that her tail was almost always down. With Elizabeth, though, her tail was wagging in so many of the pictures! It made me so happy to see her looking so relaxed, confident, and genuinely happy. That alone spoke volumes about how loved and comfortable she felt. Elizabeth’s dog was also the sweetest companion for Olive. They bonded so well, and I truly think having another friendly dog around made such a positive difference for her. Olive normally gets very carsick, but while she was with Elizabeth, she didn’t have a single episode of nausea, which honestly surprised me. I really think being so comfortable and having such great company helped her tremendously. Elizabeth is a true dog person through and through. She cared for Olive as if she were one of her own, and that kind of love and attention is something you can’t teach. She was always quick to respond, happy to answer every question I had, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I would absolutely book with Elizabeth again in a heartbeat, and I’m so grateful I found her. Seeing how happy and comfortable Olive was makes me confident she’d be just as excited to see Elizabeth again. About: I’ve taken care of three dogs at one house and house sat. I’ve taken care of three other different breeds of dogs at one house and house sat. I’ve then let two different families bring their dogs here at different times and sat them for a month in the summer. Iva also went to a house and dog sat an old dog and a baby cat. For the summer, I’m free all the time! During the school year, I go to community college so after 1pm, I am almost always free, I can also wake up early to check in. About: I have always been my neighborhoods care-taker for pets when everybody went on vacation because I had built a good reputation for outstanding pet care! I work at the stockton airport full time, from 5am-1:30pm so I am able to be there during most of the day. My schedule is fairly flexible! I keep a close eye on all my pets (including my family members pets) to ensure a healthy lifestyle and make sure they are getting the love & attention needed. She is more than 50 lbs, and always very enthusiastic, her energy always makes me want to be positive like her. With animals, I never feel stress, and to be around with dogs is the best therapy. Also, I am volunteering in an animal shelter, there are many tasks I can work on, I can walk dogs, groom the dogs or I can set a stow into the kennel, sit there and chat with the dogs. I am currently working full time at Stockton Animal Shelter Friday to Monday 8AM-6:30PM. My brother and father will be 24/7 home looking after the pups. When I am not home, my family will take over and supervise the pups at home. We been working together as I have began my Rover journey. I have fenced yard. Pups in house will have their own space. Feeding time will be separate. My two gentle girls mind their own business, and willing to keep the pups staying in the house in company.

“Ronald and his wife were wonderful! We boarded our two Frenchies with them. On day one, soon after arriving to their home, one of our pups got diarrhea and had 2 episodes INSIDE of their home. I felt so bad! I really thought this was the end of their stay and that we’d need to cancel our plans, however, when I explained to Ronald that this may be nerves for the pup, he was very accommodating. He didn’t seem frustrated in any way. He was just making sure I was in the loop. I advised him to give pumpkin purée which he had and pup was back to normal. After that initial fiasco, Ronald sent me updates multiple times a day which helped ease my first time Rover jitters. The pups were so cozy and cuddly with him. They were very well taken care of and I would absolutely use Ronald and his wife to board our pups again.”

“I just want to thank Melissa Because she and Beau Did a great job taking care of our dog Ivy. Ivy is about 9 months old, and this was the first time we let somebody else taking care of her. But in the meet and greet session, at Melissa's house, first, Ivy wasn't sure what was going on, 3 minutes later she was walking and sniffing in the living room. what surprised us was when that in less than 10 minutes our dog let Beau hug her.
