I always take her everywhere with me so the idea of me leaving her with somebody else gave me anxiety. But I knew this was gonna be the one that she wasn’t gonna be able to go with me and if I could’ve canceled my position at that event, I would have stayed with my baby! I was really nervous dropping her off. As soon as we got to the there the sitter was so wonderful & understanding. I loved her set up of her! “Daysha is a lifesaver! I came into town from over eight hours away under very stressful circumstances and had never been to the area before. When my pet sitter canceled at the last minute, I decided to bring my almost two-year-old Chinese Crested with me. My mom suggested trying Rover for doggy daycare. It was 9 PM and less than 48 hours before my arrival, but Daysha responded immediately. She was communicative, professional, and instantly put my mind at ease. She happily agreed to care for my pup on short notice, asked thoughtful questions about his routine, diet, and personality, and was incredibly flexible with an early morning drop-off and pickup time. On our way there, we discovered that the nonrefundable hotel I had booked didn’t allow pets. I had been misinformed and immediately panicked. We reached out to Daysha to ask if she could accommodate an overnight stay instead—even though we were still seven hours away and wouldn’t arrive until around 11 PM. She didn’t hesitate for a second and said, “no problem!” My dog sleeps with me every night, and this was our first time apart. I hadn’t planned for him to stay elsewhere, but Daysha was completely prepared and even had a crate available since I hadn’t brought one. She and her adorable chihuahua mix, Harlow, met us outside, and we introduced the dogs on leash first in a neutral space—such a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach. Then we moved to the backyard so they could get more comfortable off-leash. She even invited us inside briefly before I said goodbye, which I really appreciated. I was worried my pup might have a hard time adjusting, especially since he’s used to sleeping with me, but Daysha handled everything with ease. She didn’t force him into the crate (which meant a lot to me), and he ended up sleeping comfortably in the bed I brought. Throughout his stay, I received regular photo and video updates, and Daysha remained consistently communicative. Honestly, I think it was harder on me than it was on my dog! I’m so grateful for this experience—Daysha truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her again.”

It’s always been a fun experience. I am a stay at home mom, so I have a wide-open schedule that can accommodate others pet schedules, all you have to do is send in the request. I have a nice home, all hardwood and vinyl flooring. I currently do not have any pets of my own at this time, which would work well to take care of others pets. I'm currently self employed so I'll have time to work your furbaby into my schedule no problem. I can train, exercise, walk, or play dates, to drop ins and over nights. Currently I can only come over to your residence to play or watch your furkiddos, and will follow all rules you abide by to gather\drop them off. If staying overnight I am respectful of your residence, and will clean up before leaving so you can come home and relax with your pet kiddos

I’ve handled animals with many kinds of special needs, from bottle-feeding kittens to administering mediations to seniors. I also care for feral cats, so animals who are feisty don’t faze me! I truly love getting to know each pet I watch and making them feel as comfortable as possible while their family is away. I do my best to keep your pet(s) on their usual routine while you’re away, and always provide them with loving care. I’m patient and adaptable, personalizing care to each pet, whether that means playtime, cozy snuggles, or just keeping a calm presence nearby. I’m happy to communicate updates as much or as little as you prefer, and will send you photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe and comfortable. I work remotely from home. Caring for pets and spending time with them is something I have the luxury of doing throughout the day. The other work I do is flexible so caring for animals is my top priority. When boarding your pet, I provide a dedicated, comfortable space just for them, with everything they need to feel safe and at home. Each pet gets their own room (unless there are multiple from the same household) in a sanitized area, complete with cozy bedding, toys, and anything specific to their care. For dogs, I have a spacious, secure backyard where they can enjoy playtime and walks. I take the time to ensure they’re comfortable, relaxed, and loved while they’re away from home. When caring for your pet at your home, I stick to their routine, including feeding, medication, and plenty of playtime and affection. I respect your home and any guidelines you provide, making sure your pet feels safe, secure, and cherished while you’re away. And if you’d like, I’ll gladly share photo or video updates with you! About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always been something I truly enjoy. I was a dog mom to my Chihuahua, Thunder, for 16 wonderful years, raising her from a puppy through her senior years until it was time to say goodbye. Caring for her taught me patience, compassion, and how to support dogs through every stage of life. I also worked at PetSmart in Doggy Day Camp for about 10 months, where I supervised dogs of all sizes, monitored group play, recognized body language, and helped maintain a safe, positive environment. This experience gave me confidence handling a variety of temperaments and energy levels. I have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medication, as well as supporting dogs with vision loss, herniated discs, and canine cognitive dysfunction (doggy dementia). Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply wants company and affection, I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I treat every pet as if they were my own. My schedule is currently very flexible, allowing me to accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. I enjoy spending quality time with dogs through walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping them company while you’re away. I always do my best to work with each pet parent’s schedule and provide dependable, consistent care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I stay aware of my surroundings during walks and pay close attention to each dog’s body language and behavior. My experience working in PetSmart’s Doggy Day Camp taught me how to recognize signs of stress, fear, or reactivity in dogs, as well as how to avoid potentially unsafe situations. I also pay attention to other people and animals we may encounter to help ensure every walk is safe and enjoyable. During drop-in visits, I follow your pet’s routine, make sure they have fresh water, food if needed, and plenty of love and attention. I’m fully present during my visits and prioritize caring for your pet over distractions like my phone.

About: My family had puppy dog named Hazel who we had for about 3 years. I used to play fetch with her in the backyard when I’d come home from school when I was around 10. I’d help with baths, walking her, my mom taught me how bring her inside when I was home alone doing homework, she behaved great and protected me well. A few years later, she passed from choking while eating something that I think had a bone in it and that was the first experience of heartbreak/loss. A few years after that, I adopted my current pet cat on my birthday, Ace, who I love so much. I’ve always loved animals and give pets to dogs whenever I have permission to, my best friend has many dogs so when I go over her house, I get all the cuddles and get drooled on, which I’m used to at this point. I love watching dog training videos and educating myself as I get older so when I finally get a dog again, as an adult, I want to be prepared and educated on how to protect their health, feed them properly and keep them safe with proper nutrition, exercise and training. I would personally love to get myself a Doberman or German Shepherd (Like Hazel was). I often go to my aunts house who has multiple chunky french bulldogs and help her in anyway I can, I enjoy how sweet dogs are and would love to help do any training techniques you’d love your little doggo to be working on while you are away. I am also in the process of my goal of losing 100lbs! So this helps me get the exercise I need while doing something I’m passionate about! Weekday and Weekends for now, preferably during the Morning & Afternoons on Weekdays and anytime as long as there is a day notice beforehand so I can clear my schedule just for your pet. Not currently doing pet sitting or boarding at my own home, maybe I will be more likely to in the future but I’m not sure yet.
