About: I have had around thirteen years of cat care experience, having owned four cats, a tarantula, and a snake throughout my entire life, and currently volunteer at an animal shelter. About: I have over 10 years of experience with dog sitting, helping family and friends’ dogs. I have two dogs myself, a pug and a terrier mixed. They are both well behaved and trained, they love having friends over. I do work on the weekdays, but weekends are usually free with the dogs and kids at home. When our Weimaraner got ill and died suddenly I needed to switch from having our pet sitter staying at our house to the sitter's house so Dustin wouldn't be alone several hours each day. He also needs canine friends but is often reactive (growl, bark, snap if he is scared enough) and needs exposure, time and patience when meeting a new dog. He is not comfortable being handled (he is 14 pounds) by new people. Nancy and Roxy have been wonderful in keeping him in his comfort zone and gaining his trust. After several successful short daycare sessions we will start short boarding stays before our out of town trip. Needless to say I give Nancy the highest recommendation.”

My chihuahua-minpin mix Lo was an unplanned rescue (she was thrown out of a moving car in front of me) when she was about 6 weeks old. A previous roommate in San Diego had a malanois mix and I’d take her on mini hikes and spend a lot of time outside playing. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I plan my schedule to make sure I can give each pet consistent, focused attention. I am available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and on Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. These morning and early afternoon hours are perfect for walks, feeding schedules, playtime, check-ins, and maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I prioritize being punctual and dependable, so you can count on me to be there when your pet needs care. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress free as possible. I follow feeding schedules carefully, provide fresh water, take them on walks, clean up after them, and spend quality time playing or simply keeping them company. I also make sure the home stays clean and secure, and I always send updates so owners feel reassured while they’re away. If caring for pets in my own home, I create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where they can feel comfortable. I maintain consistent feeding and potty schedules, provide supervised playtime, and give them plenty of attention and affection. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs whether that means extra exercise, basic training reinforcement, or gentle care for senior pets so they feel at home and well cared for at all times.

About: Hi! I'm Gabby, a recent CSU Channel Islands graduate with a B. A. in Psychology. I'll be starting my Master's in Counseling Psychology (MFT emphasis) at California Lutheran University this fall. I'm currently looking for part-time dog walking, dog boarding, and drop-in visits that work well with my graduate school schedule. I've loved animals my whole life and began volunteering with Ventura County Animal Services as soon as I turned 18, where I volunteered for about three years. I also started pet sitting in 2019 and have experience with dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight house and pet sitting, and boarding dogs in my home. I have two female Labradoodles and two cats, so any dogs staying in my home must be friendly with both dogs and cats. I'm comfortable caring for pets overnight and always strive to make them feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away! Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule while I’m in graduate school, so I’m available for daytime and overnight boarding any day of the week, as well as dog walking and drop-in visits. Since I have pets of my own, caring for animals is already a big part of my everyday life, and I enjoy making sure every pet gets the attention, exercise, and love they need while their owners are away. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My two Labradoodles are indoor dogs, but they have access to a large, securely fenced yard where I let them out throughout the day to run, play, and get plenty of exercise. I don’t have a doggie door because my two cats are indoor-only, so all outdoor time is supervised. My dogs are very friendly and love meeting new dog friends, and my cats are comfortable around dogs, so I only board pets that are friendly with both dogs and cats. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and lots of love and attention. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. At night, my pets have their own comfortable sleeping routines. My older Labradoodle sleeps with my parents, and my younger Labradoodle sleeps with me. Any dog boarding in my home is welcome to sleep in my room if that helps them feel more comfortable, or I’m happy to follow whatever routine works best for them and their owner, such as sleeping in a crate or their own designated sleeping space.
About: I am very caring for animals, I talk to them like they are humans and treat with love and care. So if you think I would be fit to watch you animals while away I can babysit your animals, I can care for your animals at your home if you are going on Vacation or out of town and I am more then welcome to babysit your animals until you get home, i can stop to your house and feed the make sure they have food, and if they are indoor dogs I can make sure to stop in to let them out, to go to the bathroom, play with them and put them back in. They have two energetic dogs of their own and our dog, Winston, gets lots of play time with them and lots of balls to fetch from the family!
