When caring for your pup, I’ll keep interactions with my own pets limited at first and will have my pets in a separate space when needed so your dog can settle in and feel comfortable without being overwhelmed. If you’re comfortable with it and your pup seems like a good match, I’d also be more than happy to gradually introduce them to my dogs after they’ve had some time to settle in. I do live in an apartment, but I have access to a fenced-in yard where I regularly take my own dogs to potty, stretch their legs, and get some outdoor playtime. I’m happy to give your pup plenty of opportunities to get outside as well, depending on their routine and needs.
