Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs for 33 years. Including but not limited to walking, feeding, hygiene care and administrating multiple medicines. Familiar with seizures as well. Your dog will stay inside of my home, we can section off separate areas depending on how well your dog is adjusting to our pack. If your dog prefers to keep to himself he might score his own private bedroom! If he/she prefers a crate, that is ok too! We are experienced in knowing how to adjust for each personality type. We have a fenced in yard outside, and if you are comfortable with it, your dog is welcome to roam our 20-acre property (with supervision of course) during bathroom and exercise breaks. They may even get lucky and meet one of friendly ranch livestock (with supervision of course) that are all accustomed to dogs!

“Couldn’t be happier! Melissa & Sabatian were amazing at taking care of our French Bulldog, Kratos. The communication along with pics and video of him while we were out of state calmed our hearts as we were nervous as this was our 1st time using a pet sitter. Kratos went swimming and played so much that when we got him home he slept for hours! Thank you both again and now we know we have an amazing couple that will take care of our pup and love him while we are gone😊”

She provided us with regular updates and pictures / videos, allowed him to swim in their pool when he jumped in (and even gave him a bath after!), and treated him as one of their own when they dressed him up in Christmas clothes with their other dogs. “The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

“We left our Shiba Inu over a long weekend with Stacey. Our experience was wonderful. The house is great and Stacey’s whole family was so accommodating and loving to our dog. The back yard is large and all fenced in, and our dog was allowed both in and outside. Stacey spent lots of time playing fetch with our dog, taught her a new trick ( to lay down), and spent lots of time giving her pets and cuddles. This was the first time we have ever left our dog and we were nervous but Stacey sent us so many pictures and updates, and she really took care to make us feel at ease. We were able to have a nice vacation away and our dog was safe and loved while we were gone. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!”
