“It was first time boarding my dogs at all. We had met Derek when he watched at our dogs once at the house and really liked him. He has a great attitude, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about dogs, and my dogs were relaxed with him. It took them time to get comfortable at his place, but it didn’t take long. Both were very tired when we picked them up. I would recommend him whether it’s watching them during the day or boarding your dogs with him. We have 2 happy pups and hoping to do it again.”

About: I’m a full time registered veterinary technician. I’m mostly available during the weekend. During the week I’m available after work on the weekdays. I have four animals in my home, two dogs, two cats, and sometimes fosters. animals in general are my passion. I’d rather much spend my days with animals than anything else. In my care your pet will be throughly loved and cared for. As of right now I am free any day of the week. I am more then willing to do holidays as well as weekends. I am pretty flexible time wise, but do wish for dates to be final set. I am very mindful of pets security and animal behaviors. About: Animal care has always been a passion of mine. Currently taking care of a pack of French Bulldogs Growing up I had 5-6 dogs I was responsible for feeding,grooming, exercising ect. Professionally I have worked in kennels for about 6-8years, ranging in groups of 2-50. As a kennel technician I was responsible for maintaining a leveled space for everyone to play and exercise or even relax. I do have experience in medication administration, oral, topical, rectum, shots. I have also a year of being a veterinary assistant which is what I'm currently pursuing and absolutely love it. My schedule is wide open currently! I just moved back to the Central Valley and I'm flexible. I have school online for Veterinary Technology and have started school for LVN as well. While doing a house sitting or drop-in, I always greet the animals check food and water bowls, make my way to the yard and ALWAYS check the yard before letting out animals. I will walk around the house to make sure there were no accidents or anything out of sorts really. I make sure doors are closed that need to be and always give the love that's needed.
