About: I have experience with many different types of animals. I have cats, dogs, a snake, a lizard, snails, and fish. I also lived on a farm and have experience with farm animals. I am good at training dogs and have experience with animal's medication management. My dog has an anxiety disorder, and one of my cats had an intense medical scare which required medication three times a day. Work to provide the best for all my animals, and I'll work to provide the best for yours as well. I currently work part-time during the days. There is never a time where my house is unsupervised for more than a few hours at a time to go out and eat or run errands. With my dogs, I typically crate them when I leave to prevent them from causing problems like digging in the trash, but that is up to your discretion for your animal. I live in a house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have a fenced in yard that my two dogs frequently run around in. I have a small inflatable pool for the animals to play in during the heat. I will take care to attend to each animal's individualized needs, so if your dogs needs to be crated at certain times or has specific triggers please let me know.

From the meet and greet and drop off it was obvious that she is very kind and loves animals. She gets down on their level and pets them and gives them love an attention. It felt very good to leave them with someone who cared while we went on vacation. She also only takes one pet family at a time which means your pet is getting her full attention and love. I was not able to drop my dog off , but she was more willing to take my smaller dog in and cage him in a quiet room so he would feel safe. She also agreed to take him out for a walk. Due to the weather the same day we confirmed, but on the way cancelled and paid for the day care as this is her livelihood. We could have asked to cancel, but that is not what good pet parents do. They make sure people like Mrs. Achara are taken care of as well. I will use her in the future when we are in West Sacramento. About: I’ve lived with pets my whole life, and I am a very attentive and patient care giver. Any pet staying with me will get lots of attention and love. I will ensure timely feedings, plenty of fresh water, and lots of safety and love. I grew up on a ranch with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and sheep. I have volunteered at my local animal shelter off and on for a few years and was in 4-H for many years. I have experience with extremely large dogs to tea cup chihuahuas, three legged dogs, dogs needing end of life care (medication administration, pet inhalers), puppies who haven’t been house trained and even service animals. I always talk to the owners to ensure that I am following their routine and keeping an eye out for any bad habits the dog may have- chewing on cords, digging by fences. I am aware of what food is toxic to dogs and never leave it out. I avoid other dogs on walks and look out for unknown food on the sidewalks that they may be tempted to eat.

About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. About: I grew up here in Northern California with many different loyal pet dogs. After high school I joined the Army and got out of active duty in 2017. Long story short I moved to Alaska with my pet dog from Yuba City where I learned to be a dog musher and she learned to be sled dog. I’ve worked for various different high level sled dog kennels, thousands of different dogs, thousands of hours with dogs, thousands of miles with dogs, and even spent a year working at an Athletic & Longevity Canine Research Facility under the mentorship of some of best veterinarians and scientists. My knowledge and experience in general canine medical care, psychology, and training is advanced. I currently work from home & have a flexible schedule. I open to the special needs & care of your beloved pet from all ages. Each pet is individually unique when it comes to specific pet care, so I will work diligently with owners to best understand their pet. I have 1 spayed female 8 y/o Shepherd/Husky mix who is well tempered, a lead sled dog, well socialized to keep your pet company(friendly with both dogs & cats). I have a dog door that leads to a fenced in backyard. Regularly scheduled feeding, walks, & bathroom breaks.
About: I grew up with pets most of my life, and attended dog training classes with my mom starting at a young age. I have had my own pets the last 13 years (dogs, cat and bunny). I have trained and titled one of my dogs in AKC Rally and Waterworks ( something specific to my dogs breed), she is also a grand champion. I would be willing to help train puppies, even though I am not a certified trainer. I can also assist in training to loose leash walk, crate training, etc. Willing to do limited bathing and grooming for an additional fee, to be determined upon request, detailed request needed. I have been grooming my Portuguese water dogs most of my adult life, I have had to maintain a show quality coat. I'm not a professional groomer, but I know my way around clippers and scissors. I was recently laid off, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I am available pretty much anytime currently, weekdays and weekends. I treat all animals in my care as my own, with respect and love, whether they need a play buddy or just someone to cuddle, I try to give them what they need
About: It’s like camp for dogs! Your dog can have a great vacation too. We know how important it is to have the fury family taken care of in order to relax while on vacation. We have always had our own pets and we have taken care of other peoples furry family members for years, We have fostered for Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue for the last 25 years. If your pup is used to sleeping on a dog bed, or on the couch, or with people, they can do the same here with us. We won’t change the rules on them. We are well-versed in taking care of dogs with special needs or just simply providing TLC. When we have had fosters, we helped pups recover from surgery, given medications, adjusted pups to family life, trained and more. We just lost our sweet pup Cooper so we don’t have any pets at our house. This might be helpful if you have a dog that likes people all to themselves or if you have multiple dogs. Walks, car ride (wind in their hair) treats, playtime, attention, lounging in the fenced yard are all available. We both work at home so pups don’t have to be alone and can have all of their needs met. Reach out and tell us about your furry family and what they might need while you’re away. We would be thrilled to have them. We can work our schedule around what you furry family needs. Since we Work at hime and there are two of us someone can always be here if needed. We only serve one Family at a time. We don’t have meet and greets while your dog is with us. It’s all about them when they are here. We follow your instructions for walk, food, routines. You can read our references but it might be best to come to the house to meet us and see for yourself. It’s important to feel comfortable so you can relax while you are away. We take extra measures to lock the latch on the gate and use a double door system if we go in and out of the house.

About: I have experience with many different types of animals. I have cats, dogs, a snake, a lizard, snails, and fish. I also lived on a farm and have experience with farm animals. I am good at training dogs and have experience with animal's medication management. My dog has an anxiety disorder, and one of my cats had an intense medical scare which required medication three times a day. Work to provide the best for all my animals, and I'll work to provide the best for yours as well. I currently work part-time during the days. There is never a time where my house is unsupervised for more than a few hours at a time to go out and eat or run errands. With my dogs, I typically crate them when I leave to prevent them from causing problems like digging in the trash, but that is up to your discretion for your animal. I live in a house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have a fenced in yard that my two dogs frequently run around in. I have a small inflatable pool for the animals to play in during the heat. I will take care to attend to each animal's individualized needs, so if your dogs needs to be crated at certain times or has specific triggers please let me know.
