About: I may not have dogs of my own but I sure do love being around them. Before moving I use to volunteer at an animal shelter and I loved it there just to see how dogs were able to have at least a couple of minutes of happiness from pups to seniors. I also foster kitties and have two of my own! I am currently attending nursing school, so can’t fit a full time job into my schedule. This is the best option because it’s something I love and I can still complete my studies! I would first build trust with the animal ensuring they are not frightened by me. About: I grew up on a farm, animals galore. I was always with the animals, they are incredible companions, as well as teachers. I have been on the birthing end of Dogs, Birds, Fish, Turtles Horses, Cows and sheep. Unfortunately I have been on the departure side as well. My love of animals is only second to my love of Life. When your pets are under my care, rest assured that I will act as an extension of you. I also have a very extensive medical education, no not vetinary, but this is the one time I am glad they can't talk. People give way to much information, where as animal will give you indications as to the possible problems. It has been my experience that diet is usually the culprit, but not always. If your pet likes outings during the stay we will go walking too. I really want to know what your pet enjoys so I can accommodate them to make them feel more comfortable. I have greater availability for those weekend getaways. I recommend pet sitters like myself over dog boarding facilities as your pet will get the care that you would give. During the stay you can get your pets daily updates and pictures to know your pet is in good hands. I am a huge advocate on low stress environments for pets who stay in my home to make their stay more pleasant. I utilize techniques that the veterinary field has also incorporated. I work from home so your pet is never alone. I customize your pets stay to their needs as each pet has their own personality. I have 2 fenced yards if your pet wants to sunbathe or play with their favorite toys. I can also keep your pet in there own room if they prefer quiet relaxation.
About: I have been taking care of and loving animals my whole life. Different sizes breads. I have always been able to have something special with animals Currently working part-time. On my own time. Which leaves me plenty of quality time to spend with your loved ones. Also leaves lots of time to get them outside to play and walk that poop right out of them. I do always have my dog JoJo with me. About: I have always had a dog or some sort of animal around my home since I was a kid but know how difficult it can be to sometimes balance having adult responsibilities and take care of your pets, so I’m here to offer a way that you can have your life AND know your pet is always loved and cared for even when you’re away. I myself have a dog reactive dog and semi-stranger reactive dog so I am comfortable working with reactive dogs! My cat is now in remission but was diabetic so I am comfortable and knowledgeable in caring for diabetic pets. My history with caring for animals has been taking care of my own through a variety of things, and when staying with friends I have assisted them with their 13+ dogs along with other animals. I have worked in the veterinary field for a year at a large specialty GP/ER clinic so am familiar with health care for pets. I am very attentive to animals and am careful to notice anything out of the ordinary so you know your animal is in safe hands. In addition to my own dog and cat, I've also owned & cared for horses for 10+ years and have 4 snakes as well as arachnids if you find yourself needing care for more unique pets! I am a college student so have a slightly more flexible schedule & just have requirements to be able to care for my own dog, cat and horse but am able to add in your pets comfortably! I understand during drop in visits and walks you want to make sure your pets are getting maximized attention and energy requirements fulfilled and I am hear to do that for you!
