“Sherry and her husband Larry boarded my 2 dogs, Louie & Joey for 4 nights. This was my first Rover experience and it was very positive. Sherry responded quickly and offered to have my dogs over for a meet and greet, which we accepted, we met Sherry at her home, her two dogs were there as well and she let my dogs, Louie and Joey get familiar with their home and backyard. Sherry was very easy to communicate with, via the Rover app and I received 2 picture updates of my fur babies while I was away. I really enjoyed the fact that they are retired and home most of the day to care for all the dogs they are boarding. When I dropped off my dogs there were 5 other small dogs already there. They have a good system of getting dogs in and out of the house without causing too much excitement for the other pups. Louie & Joey will be staying here again in the future.”

“Our first time using this application/service for our furr babies. I picked Kendra and asked her if she could come over so we could meet each other and she could maybe meet our furr babies. After a quick tour and us chatting, 2 of our kitties that normally hide when “strangers” are in the home came out to investigate who she was. Our dog Penelope is a people person doggie and pretty much likes everyone. Our one cat Johnni is the most curious and will want to be seen and maybe be petted. We only needed our dog fed and potty break as the cats are on auto feeders. And after having met Kendra I was very comfortable that our animals would be well cared for and I booked her for a drop in. I left her a note for feeding Penelope and where she potties. Kendra kept me in the loop with texts and pictures of the animals. Everyone got their glamour shots but 1 kitty (she was an outdoor kitty and is weary of people until she comfortable with them). We are beyond happy with Kendra’s care of our animals, our home and will definitely be using her services again. Thank you Kendra for making me feel comfortable and knowing our furr babies would be well cared for even for a drop in. We’ll be booking again soon with you!”

“My dog spent the day at Lupe’s today and left happy. Lupe had great hospitality. She gave me a little tour of where my dog would be spending his time and asked questions about his needs/personality when I dropped him off. The indoor area is very specious and has a gate to separate some dogs from others based on temperament. My dog was showing signs of possessiveness over his toy so she was proactive about giving him his own space away from the other dogs. She said when the dogs weren’t outside playing he chose to spend his time right next to her while she worked. Lupe sent pictures and gave a recap of how he played well outside with other dogs and was fed separately.”

My dog is very high maintenance, so he gets all the brushing and teeth care one could ask for everyday. I cut his hair myself and train him. I have my own dogs and I round up strays and fosters to set them up with their forever homes. I am also a homeowner and I know what it feels like to invite a guest worker (pet sitter) into your home and have them not respect or take care of things (pet and home) the way they promised. I promise to look after your pet and your home and I can be your eyes and ears if something is up that you need to know about. I am a full time pet carer. I’m responsible, flexible and reliable. I can usually agree to same day assignments for walking, visiting or overnight care. When I’m with your dogs, I’m interacting with them, even if we’re just hanging out. Pets needs always come first! Some dogs don’t need walking… they might need a long visit with play. Sometimes they need belly rubs and snuggles. I also provide fresh water every visit so they’re never out.

About: I’ve been taking car of dogs and many other animals since I was 12. I have had many friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors rely on me to take care of their animals. I always try to keep the animals happy and safe. I don’t currently have any jobs that will conflict with house sitting, so I have tons of time to hangout with your animals and give them lots of love! I try my best to keep the owners home clean and organized and will make sure to clean up any messes the animals might make or get into. About: I've lived with dogs my whole life. Cared for many animals from birth to doggy heaven. I love animals so much I should have to pay to pet sit for people. My dog is very high maintenance, so he gets all the brushing and teeth care one could ask for everyday. I cut his hair myself and train him. About: I have been a dog mom longer than a human mom! Dogs have been part of my life for years. I am good with training, schedules, pups to seniors. I walk daily, have a huge yard, and a pool for summer day care. My 2 kids have grown up with dogs in the home and love and them just as much as I do! I work from home and set my own hours, so your pup will get plenty of love and attention! I take a walks everyday and am a frequent flyer at the park. Day care hours: Drop off between 7-8am and pick up between 4-5pm. Additional time will have an added fee. If you need different drop off/pick up times, please let me know when booking! I have a huge fenced yard for getting zoomies out and soaking up sun. Besides daily walks to the park and play, I will make sure your dog is fed, stimulated, and loved.

We are very particular about our fur babies and worry a lot whenever we leave them so it was nice to have someone who was willing to reassure us repeatedly. Achara made sure to let our 2 puppies meet her dogs through a baby gate to make sure everyone got along perfectly first which was great. Our dogs and hers got along great. She sent us lots of pictures everyday to show us how our puppies were having a great time and playing. She took them walking and made sure they got to stay active like they do at home.
