“Jill and Liz are fantastic! We were driving from SF to LA for a long weekend and wanted to give our 2 chihuahua mixed pups a little vacation of their own—Jill and Liz's home was just the ticket! Their backyard is truly a pup's paradise—large enough to run and play with some shade to hang out in and even a water feature to splash around. They were really great about sending tons of pictures as updates and very patient and understanding with Frankie who was a little stressed at being left, so initially he wasn't eating his food—they coaxed him with some shredded chicken, and he came around by the end of the second day. We could tell our pups were getting TLC with the pics of them snuggled in Liz's lap or blankets while hanging out on the couch and bed. To top it all off, when we came to pick up our babies, Jill and Liz surprised us with a framed photo of each dog! It was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we ever do another road trip to LA (if they were closer to SF, we'd re-book in a heartbeat!!) About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. About: As someone who has owned pets, I have years of experience in caring for both cats, dogs, lizards, and bunnies! When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dog’s hair and clip his nails. When I owned cats, I did extensive research on diet to ensure they had all the nutrition they needed. “Jill and Liz are fantastic! We were driving from SF to LA for a long weekend and wanted to give our 2 chihuahua mixed pups a little vacation of their own—Jill and Liz's home was just the ticket! Their backyard is truly a pup's paradise—large enough to run and play with some shade to hang out in and even a water feature to splash around. They were really great about sending tons of pictures as updates and very patient and understanding with Frankie who was a little stressed at being left, so initially he wasn't eating his food—they coaxed him with some shredded chicken, and he came around by the end of the second day. We could tell our pups were getting TLC with the pics of them snuggled in Liz's lap or blankets while hanging out on the couch and bed. To top it all off, when we came to pick up our babies, Jill and Liz surprised us with a framed photo of each dog! It was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we ever do another road trip to LA (if they were closer to SF, we'd re-book in a heartbeat!!)
