“Shawna was great with my dog, i got lots of beautiful portrait pictures, she allowed on her on the couch and bed, she even clipped her nails for me, i didnt have time to do it before i dropped Nelly off. I was very hesitant at first to drop Nelly off with anyone and not knowing she will get the same treatment or being loved on. Shawna did all that and put me at ease. Thanks again! I will book again with Shawna.”

“Olivia did a great job taking care of my cats. She was able to drop in on short notice, which I appreciated. Everything went smoothly, she arrived as planned, fed them, spent some time, sent pics. My older grouchy cat even came out, which means Olivia has a good vi be. She left the place clean. I'm glad I found her and will definitely call on her again.”

“Natalie was just what I needed to enjoy my vacation, and know my precious fur baby was in good hands! Natalie was prompt and thorough with checking in and so sweet and generous with Felicia, who I know can be a bit stranger shy! 10/10 entrust Natalie to Rover for me again, and will be recommending to my friends!”

“Tina is a very caring and responsible pet sitter. She sent daily updates with adorable photos of my cats playing and sleeping. Tina brought extra treats and toys to make my cats feel even more comfortable and happy. We are very pleased with having Tina as our pet sitter, and we have already booked her for our next vacation. 💯 recommend Tina! 🤩”

“Natalie and her kids made Moby feel very happy and easily able to let me leave him from the first instant. He was well cared for for the 8.5 hours he was there. Moby usually shows anxiety when we first leave him (even though he’s always fine after we have left) so this immediate rapport and happiness came as a surprise and big relief. I would recommend her to anyone.”

About: Loving pets and caring for them since childhood fosters a profound sense of responsibility and empathy in individuals. The nurturing relationships formed with animals contribute to emotional development, teaching valuable life skills such as compassion, patience, and commitment. These early experiences often shape one's perspective on human-animal interactions throughout adulthood. Relocating to a new town presents unique challenges, particularly for individuals who work from home. The absence of familiar social networks can lead to feelings of isolation. However, pet ownership can serve as a significant source of companionship, enhancing emotional well-being and providing opportunities for social interaction within the community. Moreover, the presence of pets in a home office environment can increase productivity and reduce stress levels. Engaging with animals during work breaks fosters mental clarity and rejuvenation. Thus, embracing both remote work and pet companionship can facilitate a smoother transition into a new locale while promoting overall life satisfaction. The ownership of a large land area provides ample space for personal activities and the well-being of pets. Specifically, two dogs can either share a sleeping arrangement with their owner or utilize a crate for rest. This flexibility enhances both companionship and security in the human-animal relationship. Sleeping alongside dogs emotional bonds and can contribute to reduced anxiety levels for both parties. Conversely, using a crate offers dogs a designated safe space, promoting independence and comfort when needed. Thus, the choice between these arrangements reflects individual preferences while ensuring the welfare of the animals involved.
“Another great experience with Tina! She came to pick our pup Sydney up for doggy day care, and I picked up a happy & tired puppy! Our girl had some great socialization with a cat and other dogs. It was the first time we have left Sydney with a sitter, but Tina made the experience truly wonderful & easy with her trustworthiness, communication & love for animals! Highly recommend-we will definitely be booking again next time we are in this area!”

About: I have worked with dogs at a dog shelter and have walked them, fed them, bathed them and much more. I always watch my families dogs when they are out of town and make sure they have everything they need. I am in college but it’s all online so my time is completely free. I am available almost every day!! I don’t have a job right now and this would be perfect for me. I do have one dog who is very friendly towards all animals. I have a fenced yard but my land is very big so they can roam around and have a blast with my dog and make friends. That is if you are considering having them stay at my home. If I’m caring for the animal in your home they will get lots of attention and the things they need.
“Tina was gracious enough to come pick up my puppy Sydney for a walk & initial meeting before their full day together (doggy day care) ! She is so thorough asking about your fur baby, explaining her plans and if there will be other dogs/cats around & what they are like. Sydney came back tuckered out from their walk-a sure sign of a happy pup who had a great walk! Thank you, Tina!”

About: I’m Natalie and I love dogs! I’ve had and connected with pups since I was a young child and even was accustomed to strays following me home on a regular basis. I also have experience with a wide variety of personalities, sizes, and breeds of pups and feel very comfortable around the many furry friends that live around here. As a full-time mom to two kids, aged nine and six, I’m home to supervise any puppy visitors as well as provide stimulating play and treats. You’ll also love that my children are gentle with and love dogs. My kids love to play fetch and can’t wait to cuddle new pups! We would be happy to host your furry family members, and make sure they feel right at home. Here at my new place, I prefer to host dogs under 70lbs and over the age of 12 months. I recently said goodbye to my rescue dog and best friend, Frank, an eleven-year-old Terrier Mix, after his battle with cancer. My family also has had rescue cats, so I am very experienced in the care of our feline friends, too! In addition to my personal experience with pups, I have completed two courses of obedience training and would be happy to share that knowledge with any of our guests. I also understand how hard it is to be away from your pet and know that finding trustworthy, reliable, and kind care is difficult. As a pet sitter and person, I’m honest, kind and friendly. I will treat your dog like a member of the family, because that's what our pets are.
