And while I haven't owned horses, I have spent a good amount of time with them and their owners, and feel capable of looking after them for a while. About: I love all animals, but have a particularly fond spot for dogs. I grew up caring for and training my own Carolina dog from a puppy. We learned over 30 commands and tricks in his lifetime. I've been sitting and walking friends and neighbors dogs and other pets since I was a teen. I've cared for a wide range of breeds from toy to large "bully" breeds as well as those with special or behavioral needs, such as medical issues and leash aggression. I love getting to know each dog's personality and quirks and it's always a special feeling seeing how excited they are to see a friendly face come to visit them. I learned more positive reinforcement training techniques in an internship with the Oakland Zoo. And just recently been able to pick the brain of a long time professional dog walker for safety and behavioral cues of dogs and have gotten some great resources to continue developing training and work with dogs. I have a lot of open time currently. Much of my other work is online and/or flexible. Dogs and cats are at the forefront currently. I’ve been told I have a calming personality, animals usually gravitate to me. I am careful to follow all guidelines for your unique pet. I make sure to give them lots of attention and affection as well.

About: I have worked with dogs at a dog shelter and have walked them, fed them, bathed them and much more. I always watch my families dogs when they are out of town and make sure they have everything they need. I am in college but it’s all online so my time is completely free. I am available almost every day!! I don’t have a job right now and this would be perfect for me. I do have one dog who is very friendly towards all animals. I have a fenced yard but my land is very big so they can roam around and have a blast with my dog and make friends. That is if you are considering having them stay at my home. If I’m caring for the animal in your home they will get lots of attention and the things they need.
