About: Hello animal lovers - I have benefitted from Rover for dog sitting and realize it's something I'd love to do myself. My husband (a social worker) and I are both dog lovers and have a dog (a Frenchie) as well. I work from home (I run a marketing agency I started 12 year ago) and alas much of typical day I'm on zoom, and treasure the breaks for walking and loving on the dogs. While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. Currently offering to sit or board one dog at a time or arrange prescheduled walks. I'll treat them like family. Comfortable with dogs of many sizes and personalities, and happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! Our dog Fiona, a frenchie, plays well with others and has some unique needs including no rough play + daily medicine needs so we're familiar with special rules and medical needs. We do a morning walk, a mid day walk, an "after work" walk and a before bed walk. I work from home so am genrrally around all day. While flexible, I imagine at least initially the primary offering will be to host and care for your dog at our place but am open to house sitting if there's a great fit, I work from home. I can host your dog weekdays and weekends but know on weekends we may have friends (and sometimes friends with dogs) stop by. We have a fenced in deck otherwise for excercise we take leashed walks. I currently am only offering care in my own home and plan to only host one additional dog overnight at a time. Ask me any questions you'd like.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life and understand them well. My sweet kitty just passed away at 20 years old and I’d love to help take care of yours. I frequently travel for work for weeks on end, but when I am home and able to cat-sit, my schedule can be completely flexible. Day / night. Since I only offer cat-sitting, I doubt that this section about my own house will matter much. Cats don’t like to be relocated for temporary purposes.

About: I have cared for dogs since I was ten years old and I got my first puppy. After my college graduation I wanted another dog so bad but because of my travel for work I was always the one to just visit and baby sit my parents dogs for about the past 7 years. However, I'm changing careers now to be home more and have my very own puppy and luckily the chance to look after some other cute dogs as well! I live on a 7 acre property and have experience taking care of goats and chickens as well! I'm currently going back to school, mostly online so I have lots of time to drive to and play with your dog. On some days I do have to be at the SRJC in person but never for more than 4 hours at a time. I am an outdoorsy person and I love to go on long walks. I also have a SUV so if a walk in a park further away is desired I can easily transport them. About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! I have Sundays and Mondays off from my full time job, but I can fit in a nice walk after 4 pm most other days. When I have someone's dog, they get my full attention; we play, exercise, snuggle. My focus is providing an enriching experience for your dog .

About: I love all animals, especially dogs. I'm a very active person so walking a lot is no issue for me. I enjoy hiking with dogs. I’ve worked in many dog shelters taking care of dogs of all different ages. I have also been a dog walker/sitter with rover and wag for about 6 years now. With me your puppers are in good hands :) I am working on a farm from 8-4 M-Th so weekends are more ideal. I like to take pups out first thing in the morning for a little stroll and on weekends I usually spend more time relaxing at home. I’m always checking in on them and giving them love whether that looks like playing with them or giving them a cuddle. I also check the water bowl multiple times a day to make sure they are hydrated. I try to have regular feeding times as well.

About: I had two dogs growing up and had to train them all on my own. I am not a professional trainer, but I am very patient and open to teaching your dog some new things. my work shifts are 7 days on and 14 days off. So I have a lot of free time to fill and have availability for longer stays. I live on a 5 acre property with three other homes next door. There is a fenced yard in the back and lots of free space to let your dog roam with my Nina.

About: I love all animals, especially dogs. I'm a very active person so walking a lot is no issue for me. I enjoy hiking with dogs. I’ve worked in many dog shelters taking care of dogs of all different ages. I have also been a dog walker/sitter with rover and wag for about 6 years now. With me your puppers are in good hands :) I am working on a farm from 8-4 M-Th so weekends are more ideal. I like to take pups out first thing in the morning for a little stroll and on weekends I usually spend more time relaxing at home. I’m always checking in on them and giving them love whether that looks like playing with them or giving them a cuddle. I also check the water bowl multiple times a day to make sure they are hydrated. I try to have regular feeding times as well.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs for 30 years. I have two Pittbull mixes , one boxer Pitt and one Pitt bulldog. The Pitt Bull Dog has intervertebral disk disease and used my training in occupational therapy and massage and did physical therapy with him myself so he could use his back legs again, after being paralyzed and needing a wheelchair. He’s now able to walk without his wheelchair. I’ve also taken pittbull training classes with them and am knowledgeable about training cues. I currently work as a distribution sales executive, and work from home, so have free time in the afternoons and weekends. I have a baby and two dogs of my own and would still be able to take some time to visit other dogs in my area. I can check on pets during the day or while clients are on vacation . I can take them on walks, let them out in the yard, play fetch , feed them , snuggle them, and even give medicine.

This means keeping things clean and making sure that nothing is destroyed. If something does get broken (which is uncommon) you will always know and if it was my fault I will, of course, replace it. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim!
