“Second time booking with Raquel and she is the best! Her whole setup is very professional from check in to pick up! I love that she is able to board many dogs and safely keep them separated if needed since my dog is unpredictable with others. I often worry when I leave him with sitters but I have no worries at all when he’s at Raquel’s! I know he is safe and loved. We plan to keep Raquel as our go-to sitter especially when our new baby comes in a few weeks :) since she can board many dogs there’s not as much anxiety that she won’t have space for him when we need her. About: Hello🤗! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a little girl. I’ve honestly always had some type of dog in my life. My first dog was a schnauzer, and I cared for her all the way into her senior years, so I’m comfortable with both playful pups and older dogs who need extra patience and attentiveness. During COVID, our lab had a litter of six puppies, so I have hands on experience with puppy care, feeding schedules, and managing lots of energy in the cutest way possible. I’ve also been around cats for many years. Before I moved away, my family rescued a Siamese kitten who still needed milk from her mother. “Nervous about leaving your new puppy in the care of a stranger? Don’t be when it’s Betty! My Cooper is 3 months old, naturally shy with strangers, and normally suffers with separation anxiety. The morning I dropped him off, I placed Cooper down on the pavement to see how he would react. To my amazement, Betty’s kind spirit attracted him like a moth to a flame. He ran over, pounced into her open arms, and followed her into her the house without so much as a cry. When I picked him up he that evening he gave her a million kisses before leaving. The following day, he did the same but with even more gusto. I have my own at home (human & fur) which i'm grateful to have an awesome support system so i'm able to work with and help others. I have a 4 year old pit who i rescued from the shelter and she is very scared of other people so we have specific training and care for her. We live in a happy environment and she is the most spoiled girl I know.

“Lori watched our dog Hana for four nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

“Taylor and Andrew spoiled Rafi! They gave her extra treats, made sure she ate, gave her run of their home and yard, took her for walks, and gave her affection. They were good about providing updates and sent photos. Rafi was with them for 2 wks., and when I picked her up I witnessed her seek attention and affection from them, she interacted well with their dogs, and had no initial interest in my return. “Second time booking with Raquel and she is the best! Her whole setup is very professional from check in to pick up! I love that she is able to board many dogs and safely keep them separated if needed since my dog is unpredictable with others. I often worry when I leave him with sitters but I have no worries at all when he’s at Raquel’s! I know he is safe and loved. We plan to keep Raquel as our go-to sitter especially when our new baby comes in a few weeks :) since she can board many dogs there’s not as much anxiety that she won’t have space for him when we need her. All around best experience!”

“Honestly I would never leave my two dogs with anyone else. Kirsten always takes good care of my two boys as if they were her own. She always communicated and sent updates during their stay, which allowed me to relax and truly enjoy my trip knowing Zuko and Dante were in great hands. My dogs absolutely love Kirsten and her family. Whenever I drop them off, you can tell they feel comfortable and happy with her. Her dog Jack loves to play with them, and my dogs also adore spending time with her daughter. It really gives me peace of mind knowing they are treated like part of the family. This is my fourth or fifth time leaving them in Kirsten’s care, and every single time I feel completely confident that they are being well taken care of.
