Duke suffers from "only-dog" syndrome and doesn't socialize with other dogs much, so he gets anxious and doesn't always have the best manners at first. Madison and Moses took the time to work with him and teach him how to be part of the pack. She stayed in contact with us with regular updates and pictures and always reassured us that he was meeting the expectations they were setting for him. We were confident that he was safe, well cared for, and in the very best hands that he could be in while we were away. “Nervous about leaving your new puppy in the care of a stranger? Don’t be when it’s Betty! My Cooper is 3 months old, naturally shy with strangers, and normally suffers with separation anxiety. The morning I dropped him off, I placed Cooper down on the pavement to see how he would react. To my amazement, Betty’s kind spirit attracted him like a moth to a flame. He ran over, pounced into her open arms, and followed her into her the house without so much as a cry. When I picked him up he that evening he gave her a million kisses before leaving. The following day, he did the same but with even more gusto. About: I’ve actually had all kinds of pets my whole life, dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, hamsters, turtles so I can confidently say I’m attentive to each one’s personality, habits, needs. I’ve welcomed many stray dogs and cats into my home to care for them and feed them and rehome them. I’ve potty/litter trained countless times and I can train them for meal times, to sit or give paw(dogs), to not scratch the couch(cats). In the last 4 years in particular, family members have asked me to pop by and check on and feed their babies. One household has two very loving and hyper dogs ages 2 & 3 yrs old that have a specific diet and meal times. They are potty trained outside so I walk them 2-3x a day depending on the hours I watch them. Second household has one 14 yr old dog and a 2 yr old cat, also with their own diets and meal times. The dog uses pee pads as she’s older and potty trained outside as well. Third household has 7 cats that range from 1 yr old to 7 yrs old. They’re all more free spirited and independent as they look after each other, they all eat at the same time and have indoor and outdoor privileges. I currently have full and open availability. I’d love to gain more experience looking after pets. My cat is very independent and clean, as long as I feed him in the morning and evening and keep his litter box clean, he’s a very good boy. It gives me the confidence to be able to help someone else with their fur babies either for work or trips. I can do from simply check-ins or stay in nights at a time with them. Im super flexible. As of right now, unfortunately I don’t have the proper space to bring others pets in ): but I am more than dependable and respectful to care for furbabies in their own home. Anything from simple and winging it to a list of instructions, your furbaby won’t see me as an intruder, but as their company.

About: I had multiple animals growing up from a Shit Zu to a German Shepard, rabbit to a ferret, and I developed a love for animals at a young age. I believe pet care goes beyond simply providing food and shelter, it involves forming a deep bond and understanding their unique needs to ensure their physical and emotional wellbeing. “Taylor and Andrew spoiled Rafi! They gave her extra treats, made sure she ate, gave her run of their home and yard, took her for walks, and gave her affection. Rafi was with them for 2 wks., and when I picked her up I witnessed her seek attention and affection from them, she interacted well with their dogs, and had no initial interest in my return. “We were so lucky to have Madison take care of our dog over our 13 day vacation. Duke suffers from "only-dog" syndrome and doesn't socialize with other dogs much, so he gets anxious and doesn't always have the best manners at first. Madison and Moses took the time to work with him and teach him how to be part of the pack. She stayed in contact with us with regular updates and pictures and always reassured us that he was meeting the expectations they were setting for him. We were confident that he was safe, well cared for, and in the very best hands that he could be in while we were away. I can not recommend Madison highly enough if you need someone to take care of your fur baby.”

I was very concerned about him using the bathroom and being comfortable since it’s the first time I boarded him anywhere. She was incredibly helpful and did a meet & greet with us to see how he would do. We discussed the best set-up for him ahead of time and she really put my worries at ease. She sent me plenty of updates about his situation and pictures of him. He warmed up to them way quicker than I thought he would! He was incredibly comfortable with them after about a day. They really treated him like he was a part of the family!”
