His house is pet-friendly and charming, with a doggy door to the front patio and another to the back, so Ella could choose where to lounge. He limits the number of dogs he watches, sent regular photos and updates, and was wonderfully flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. Ella looked so happy and relaxed in every picture. He has his steps to make sure my dog would be safe and comfortable under his care. The house is clean and safe. He was really gentle with her. Tuna was anxious since I left her there after a long drive. But Mike handled her so well. He allowed her to be on his lap, his bed, even his office desk. Full time attention! He is soo kind and truly loves animals, we have gold fish here too, even thou we were feeding them pebbles with the automatic feeder he noticed the fish and added some bounce flacks when he visited (out of the kindness of his heart). SO NICE! If you are looking for someone to care for your pets, I HIGHLY recommend Cesar he is very knowledgeable and caring, he followed every step I gave him and went beyond that. Nuvea was available last minute to care for Huckleberry in her home. He enjoyed a play date with a few fellow canines and a cat. Nuvea was able to accommodate treat time and dinner for him and excursions in her backyard. When we returned Huckleberry was happy and ready to resume his care for his girl. Bacteria is especially rampant in outdoor areas, so I make sure my dogs are clean in the area they sleep/eat.
“This was our first time using Rover, and therefore our first time having Jon walk our dog. We asked Jon to come by each day at 7, as it gets pretty hot here in the desert quite early in the morning. Sammi is used to hour long walks as well. We can say Jon did not disappoint! He was at our house every morning at 7 on the nose and gave our Sammi a full hour walk each day. They walked a mile plus on each journey and Sammi looked forward to seeing him every day. Could not have asked for a better experience!”
