“We had such a fantastic experience with Juanyi and truly couldn’t have asked for better care for our dog! From the very beginning, communication was enthusiastic, warm, and reassuring. We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. Juanyi made the entire process seamless and convenient for us, which we deeply appreciated. It genuinely felt like she cared for our dog as if they were her own. Bagel and Panda become best friends!! As well as my entire life my family has always had pets growing up. I am currently working full time at a dental office however I have a set schedule. The water is very high in natural minerals and has Magnesium, which helps keep us and our pups very mellow/calm during their stay. We are up 4000ft in elevation and up here we get SNOW in the winter, which makes for great pics. We have been working with dogs for 10+ years. We accommodate all different types of pups from Tea-cups to Malamutes. (2-100+lbs) we’ve done it all. We try very hard to accommodate you and are willing to go the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. We do ask you give us their food for them. It’s very important to us that your dog remains safe and secure at all times. The more information you can tell us about your pup the better! We do have AirTags/Drones and other toys if they have issues with trying to escape. Your pup will get an experience up here that they can’t get anywhere else. We treat them like family, because to us they are! They will see all different types of animals from birds to tons of squirrels, rabbits and’s quails. They might even get to see cattle/horses at the bottom of the hill. They will never be able to interact with any of them. We send pictures/videos normally everyday. We do send updates everyday!!! I get my coffee and start preparing food. Everyone gets fed separately or in their kennels. Then, around 8am we go on our first hike. Usually between 30/60 min. Then after their first hike they get to either come inside the main house or hang out in the play area. Around noon we play some games, work on training techniques, or play mind games where they work on their smell or obedience. Depending on the weather we go for another pack walk. Time again varies between 4-7pm. Then DINNER TIME!!! That usually also consists of me firing up the BBQ and give them a little bit of what we’re eating. After dinner we give them a few hours to digestion and poop and pee and then everyone gets their nice warm blanket for bed around 9pm. We do vary in our days if it’s hot I pull out the pool and fill it up. If it’s cold and snowing we pull out the heaters and snuggle on our bed and watch a movie. To be honest I have the best job ever! All of the dogs I’ve ever met have a personality of their own. They usually take after their owner lol. I’m constantly surrounded by my dogs, stimulating them with something, music or movies, podcasts. When your dog comes up here we treat them just like they were our own.

I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. Since our dogs crossed the rainbow bridge, our house is now prepared and ready for the sound pattering paws and snuffling wet noses once again. We have a legacy of clean toys my dogs have left behind, waiting to be loved again by a new furbaby. The house is safe and pet proof, in an environment free of hazards. I have a dedicated doggie door to a full sized fenced back yard where your dog can run and play to their heart's content. My neighborhood is in a very safe and enclosed cul-de-sac that is further from any busy main roads, making walking worry free.

“We left both our dogs with Brandie for 5 days. She took great care of them with regular updates and tons of photos. One of dogs’ a little scared of larger dogs but Brandie managed the interacts and everything went smoothly. She has pool which our Labrador loves swimming in.”
