“I boarded my Vizsla (Gunner) with Charles and Rachael over a four day span. This was the second time I’ve boarded my four year old dog. After the first boarding (not with Charles and Rachael), my dog was visibly anxious and distressed. He slept for almost two days after getting back. I could tell Gunner had a much better time. He was the same dog coming out of the service as he was going in. Gunner got a ton of walks and even went out to breakfast with Charles and Rachael. Rachael was excellent in handling all the daily ritual quirks of my dog. Communication and scheduled was absolutely easy. I would 100% recommend Charles and Rachael to anyone. And I will definitely rebook when it comes time.”

A typical day at my house will consist of play time indoors/outdoors, several outdoor breaks to play, have fun, expend energy & go to the bathroom, snuggling, and a walk or run every 2-4hours. Some of the breeds I'm very well acquainted with and commonly care for are: doodles, maltese, maltipoo, shih tzu, schnauzers, terrier, cockapoo, bichon, havanese ... the list goes on! About: I’ve been pet-sitting for my neighbor for more than 18 years and I even have experience raising puppies for Canine Companions for Independence. I absolutely love all animals and will truly cherish any opportunity to take care of your baby. I have two little kids (2- and 4-year-old girl and boy) and one senior dog (13-year-old husky). We would assess how your baby would do with the kiddos and my dog for overnight boarding. For daycare or potty breaks, this should not be an issue as the kids are in school during the day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most days. I live in Oceanside in the Arrwood community and have a fully fenced-in yard and beautiful sidewalks and trails near me for adventures. My dog (Bandit) gets along with most dogs, gets along great with cats, and the kids love cats and dogs too. If this sounds good to you, I'd love an opportunity to meet your baby and see how I can be helpful to your family. I work from home so basically your baby would be my sidekick. We have a fenced in yard which they would have access to as long as you are okay with that. We can start the day with a walk and then hang out together -- if I go anywhere they can tag along with me or would be safe inside my home. I have a crate if needed, a fully fenced in backyard and because I work from home they would be under my supervision all day. If I have to step out they would either join me, I would crate them, or leave them to roam free in the home depending on what your preference is and what's best for the pet.

About: I’ve been pet-sitting for my neighbor for more than 18 years and I even have experience raising puppies for Canine Companions for Independence. I was also a dog walker for a brief time as well. I’m currently looking for a job, so I will have plenty of time to dog/cat-sit in the afternoons and some late mornings. About: I believe in the freedom a pet has to do their business and for me to be their poop collector. I will help your senior dog get around if they need a little extra help or with your puppy to gain confidence exploring a new area. I have 3 dogs. 2 Senior at 11 years old and 1 younger at 3 years old. They are taken care of first thing in the morning and last thing at night. 1 has many allergies that we care for each day. When helping out at a pets home I follow directions of the owner. If the pet is allowed in the yard I will stay with them while they are playing and or exploring. I clean up after pets if they accidently make a mess or spill some of their food / water.

“I boarded my Vizsla (Gunner) with Charles and Rachael over a four day span. This was the second time I’ve boarded my four year old dog. After the first boarding (not with Charles and Rachael), my dog was visibly anxious and distressed. He slept for almost two days after getting back. I could tell Gunner had a much better time. He was the same dog coming out of the service as he was going in. Gunner got a ton of walks and even went out to breakfast with Charles and Rachael. Rachael was excellent in handling all the daily ritual quirks of my dog. Communication and scheduled was absolutely easy. I would 100% recommend Charles and Rachael to anyone. About: I have experience caring for any kind of dogs and cats. I foster for the PAWS of Coronado Animal Shelter, raised and trained my Labrador Ace from a puppy and owned a senior rescue dog. I know how to care for puppies, teenager and elderly dogs, as well as kittens and cats. Currently I'm fostering an extremely anxious shelter dog and have made some good progress with her. Our home has a front and back yard, both fenced and a living area plus an attached sunroom. I can separate pets if needed. I also have the ability to take active dogs on walks or runs as I am an active person and runner. I am currently staying at home, so I have a very flexible schedule. I am available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, making it easy to accommodate any pets needs . I have plenty of space for pets, including a front and back yard, both fenced, and a living area with an attached sunroom. I also have a large crate available if needed. One of the bedrooms is reserved as a no dog zone for cats.
