About: Hi everyone! My name is Maida and I have had pets since a young age and have experience with dog training. I absolutely love all animals and will truly cherish any opportunity to take care of your baby. I have two little kids (2- and 4-year-old girl and boy) and one senior dog (13-year-old husky). We would assess how your baby would do with the kiddos and my dog for overnight boarding. For daycare or potty breaks, this should not be an issue as the kids are in school during the day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most days. I live in Oceanside in the Arrwood community and have a fully fenced-in yard and beautiful sidewalks and trails near me for adventures. My dog (Bandit) gets along with most dogs, gets along great with cats, and the kids love cats and dogs too. If this sounds good to you, I'd love an opportunity to meet your baby and see how I can be helpful to your family. I work from home so basically your baby would be my sidekick. We have a fenced in yard which they would have access to as long as you are okay with that. We can start the day with a walk and then hang out together -- if I go anywhere they can tag along with me or would be safe inside my home. I have a crate if needed, a fully fenced in backyard and because I work from home they would be under my supervision all day. If I have to step out they would either join me, I would crate them, or leave them to roam free in the home depending on what your preference is and what's best for the pet.

Our Golden Retriever loves company of other dogs and we toss the ball for him everyday. After working there for four years I worked at at animal hospital for ten years and also owned my own pet sitting business during that time. Being around animals is second nature to me! I am currently a stay at home mom. The only times I am really unavailable is when dropping off my own children at school in between the hours of 730-8am and school pick ups between the hours of 130-230. I have a large fenced in yard. I have a sliding glass door that has a built in doggie door so they animals all have access to enter the home or head outside at their own will. I also have a side yard that is fenced away from my large yard for those animals that need extra time to adjust or would prefer to be on their own instead of with the pack. The side yard has half artificial grass and half concrete that is fully shaded.There is AC in the summer and a heater for the cold winters that your pet can enjoy.

I am working part time and college part time with a flexible afternoon schedule. Mornings on Friday-Sundays are always great and give me lots of free time. That means I follow your written instructions, as far their feeding time, walk time, etc. Though, I also want your vacation to feel like a staycation for your pet. Also, please note that you can hire me for overnights, dog walks, or both. So, my price for overnight stays is to stay in your home and care for your pet, but dog walking is separate from overnight stays. During my stay, as much as I will care for you pet(s), I will also care for your home. I’m happy to water any plants, bring in any deliveries/mail, take out the trash and other light chores (I won’t mow your lawn). I work for myself writing online content for people, so my work goes where I go. The only thing I ask is that you have an Internet connection and someplace where I can set up my computer. As far as caring for pets in my home, I am only able to board certain breeds of dogs, and that is contingent on the permission of the homeowner. I am unable to care for cats in my home, but I would be able to come to your home.. In general, I always care for your pet according to your schedule and preference. And I am always sure to adjust my schedule according to the schedule you set for me to ensure your pet receives optimal care. But the key to pet sitting is to emulate the routine to which the dog is already accustomed. My goal is that when you go on vacation your pet(s) will feel like they're on a staycation. In addition, I have rescued a total of three dogs. My two current rescue dogs are part of the family and make me smile everyday. I am currently working part-time at an elementary school in Oceanside and can work with pets in the morning, on the weekends, and during my many breaks from school. My goal is to eventually dedicate all my time to working with pets. I will follow my client’s instructions on caring for their pet and will make sure their pet is safe with me out on walks. I have two bigs dogs of my own and know how to make sure that they never escape.

He loves it and I’m sure your dogs would too! I’m a runner and would love to take your active dog with me on a training run if you’d like. I would love to give your pets my attention and love! I’m organized and understand the necessity some pets have for consistency. If your pet has a particular route they are used to, or a specific route they like to walk. I’m happy to do your routine! I also am an experienced pets house sitter and can stay at your home, your pets will be comfortable with their usual environment and routines. Your home will be safe and maintained, mail will be picked up every couple days. I always clean up after myself before leaving your home so that it's as clean as you left it and I respect your home while I'm there. About: I've been around dogs and other animals for as long as I can remember. Currently I have a kitten and 2 dogs who I walk regularly; one being a lab and the other a small poodle/chihuahua mix so I have experience with both small and big dog!
