About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with about five years of hands-on pet sitting experience. Growing up around animals has given me a natural comfort with them, and over the years I've cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Some of the breeds I've looked after include Golden Retrievers, Chihuahuas, Beagles, Corgis, and plenty of wonderful mixed breeds. I've also cared for cats here and there—and while I'm slightly allergic, that has never stopped me from giving them the love and attention they deserve. One of my most memorable experiences was caring for nine pets at the same time alongside my girlfriend: two cats, three adult rescue dogs, and four brand-new puppies. About: We are excellent dog, cat, bird, poultry, reptile, and fish caretakers as we have raised most of these, and a few years ago, we had a thriving Rover business taking care of folks' animal babies. We can take care of medications if your pet needs: We have administered medicine to most of the animals on our list, including oral medication for a rooster and injections for a snake. We have had some experience in training our current dog as a service animal. While we have not had the chance to care for farm animals on our own, we love them and have had experience being around them (horses, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, alpaca). About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets (fish, dogs, hamsters) and have since expanded my love for animals by dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family in the neighborhood. Raised on a farm and on a pre-vet track from a young age, I’ve spent decades caring for animals of all kinds—from house pets to livestock to wildlife. Starting at 14, I volunteered in local vet clinics and wildlife rehab centers, gaining hands-on experience with everything from cats and dogs to peacocks, horses, goats, snakes, fish, birds, and cattle. At UC Davis, I deepened my care skills while working at the world-renowned Vet Hospital, tending to cats and dogs during the swing shift. I also worked with campus goats, pigs, sheep, fish, cattle, and horses—and even fostered cats for the hospital. Now in my 30s, I’m an education professional and dedicated pet mom to both cats and dogs. I continue to care for friends’ and neighbors’ pets with the same compassion, attention, and responsibility that’s guided me my whole life. About: I’ve had pets my whole life and worked with animals extensively when working on several different farms as well and woofing! I have cared for dogs cats and farm animals. I volunteered on a goat farm in Oregon where I cared for dogs, cats, chickens, alpacas, bunnies, and many other animals. I volunteered at 2 different turtle conservation organizations in Tulum and Mahahual, Mexico. About: I have three cats and one dog of my own! I’m used to all and any antics they can get up to. I’ve got a crazy routine for my pets, so no requests are too much for me :) Typically I am free in the morning or afternoon most days. My weekends are usually free with a usual trip to the Saturday farmers market when it happens. I regularly take care of my cats which includes feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, cleaning their areas, brushing them, and generally heeding their every need. I like to make enrichment toys using cardboard boxes/paper towel tubes or by teaching them tricks like spin and high five! When taking dogs out, I try to make sure to wipe their paws down with a wet paper towel prior to entering the house, especially after going in more muddy areas. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets (fish, dogs, hamsters) and have since expanded my love for animals by dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family in the neighborhood. About: Hello, I have always been an animal lover since visiting my Grandma's farm as a kid. My first job for that I held for 4 years in High School was at a Vet hospital, where I fed, cleaned, walked, cared for and groomed the boarding dogs and cats. As an adult, I have loved animal watching/walking for friends and family. As a volunteer, I fed and cleaned the farm animals at a non-profit ranch for autistic children. I work full time in the medical field and enjoy being active so I am excited to get outside for walks and visit your pets on my days off.
