One of the reasons why I initially chose Sara, was the experience she listed as working in a veterinary's office and the fact that she put together a very thorough bio describing her background in working with animals. With Sara's veterinary experience, she felt that a quieter home environment would be easier on a senior dog, without me bringing up this concern of mine. My spoiled boy is demanding of being brushed daily. I clip his nails myself. I can recognize when not to try bathing a cat. My current boy will be traumatized if I try. But I could tell his brother would tolerate it. I can have other pets for sleep overs for cats only. I would keep them separate from my current spoiled boy as he needs to be an only child right now.

“Anne is brand new to Rover, but she performed as if she has been doing it for 10 years. I was EXTREMELY pleased with her care of our Basset Hound in her home while we were away. Her home is fully secure and provides a very safe environment for a dog out of it's normal space. She walked Chester through her neighborhood and provided him plenty of opportunity for exercise as well as sent me numerous photos throughout his stay with her. Anne is pleasant, mature, and shows great judgement. Chester came home happy and content and is looking forward to the next time I need a sitter so he can go back and visit with her! I will use Anne for all future needs we have with Chester and would highly recommend her to others.”

“I cannot be more pleased with the care Sara provided for my very senior dog, Kona. Kona stayed with Sara for 5 days and appeared to adapt quickly to Sara and her house. Without asking, Sara took the initiative sending updates and images of Kona throughout her stay. Sara quickly replied to my inquiries before and during Kona's stay. One of the reasons why I initially chose Sara, was the experience she listed as working in a veterinary's office and the fact that she put together a very thorough bio describing her background in working with animals. I was initially considering a kennel in Arroyo Grande but was concerned that being in a large kennel environment would be hard on a senior dog like my Kona. With Sara's veterinary experience, she felt that a quieter home environment would be easier on a senior dog, without me bringing up this concern of mine. If you are looking for good quality care for your pet, I highly recommend Sara! Kona will be returning soon to Sara's home when I travel out of state.”
“Lauren and her family are nothing short of fantastic. They watched our 14 year old pupper, Duke, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were a bit nervous- but Lauren and her family made it such a positive, comforting experience. Lauren was incredibly communicative throughout the planning, and even during Duke's stay. Her family has a genuine love for animals- I can't even begin to overstate it. One of the sweetest moments? I came to pick Duke up from his sleepover and, as we were walking out the door, Duke actually walked back in just to say goodbye to the kids. That's how we knew he felt safe and happy there. We already have plans for Duke to have future sleepovers with Lauren and her family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and attentive pet sitter. She and her family are absolute gems.”
