About: I have owned dogs - big and small dogs- and cats all my life! I love animals, domestic pets and farm animals… they are a passion of mine. I truly believe everyone should know and experience the love of a pet! I went to school studying wildlife biology and animal behavior. I have worked with rescues from all over NorCal and at a dog daycare in Chico (in one day would be with 30-40 dogs of all breeds and sizes) and had my own business caring for and whelping new dog moms and their newborn puppies- including special needs pups (pups needing tube feeding, oxygen, etc). Animals are a huge part of my daily life and I hope always will be. They are not only a love but also a passion of mine as long as I can remember. I often would care for my neighbors dog since he was a puppy, parents worked full time and puppies need all the attention they can get so I helped train him. I also trained my own puppy Melo, he’s still growing and learning but I love being his mom. About: I have grown up with Dogs and cats as a child. Also had bunny’s, reptiles, and gerbils for that matter! LOL! I’ve had the same Beautiful Most Awesome cat named Gizmo for 15 years until October of last year when cancer took him from me! I’m deeply saddened still. And please believe me when I say. “It was the hardest thing I ever had to do or went thru”. He was my best bud and I loved saying hello when I got home but when he was gone it has been my hardest goodbye! I now dog/New puppy sit for a good family friend. And love every minuet of it! I also clean and make sure the home is presentable and reasonably ready for their mom to get home and not have to worry about cleaning their mess. Or her own. If client is comfortable with that. Then I would do anything that was asked of me! I’m very punctual and respectful and take into account what the client needs not what I think they need. It’s your family member. I also have 1 dog named Bella and 2 cats named Abel and Mozart in our family. Update: Bella past from cancer a few weeks ago, and Mozart passed 2 weeks ago due to kidney disease ! We have suffered so much loss in the past 8 months. We now have Abel and Delilah. Delilah is a 3 month old kitten and Abel is a 1 yr old! Lots of fun! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I have experience with dogs who have special needs, specifically, neurological disorders requiring medication administration. I’ve spent the last two years training my dog, Bubba, through separation anxiety and reactive aggression. He went from chasing cats to occasionally taking naps with them.
