About: I have been watching friends pets since I have had dogs. I also was a trainer for Remedy Retrievers so I know what it’s like to be around a puppy 24/7. I currently work from home. And when I am working, regardless if I’m at home or out in the field, my boyfriend will take over. I have a fenced yard with two very friend golden retrievers. Georgia is 2 and Randy is 1. We have a dog door for frequent potty breaks and our yard is very secure so there’s no chance of your dog getting out. I have extensive knowledge of dog behavior and welfare, and am able to confidently care for many different types of personalities. I will start veterinary school in the fall, and plan to fit visits in around my class schedule. I commute from Esparto to Davis/Woodland daily and am easily able to make stops anywhere near this commute. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life. I had a chihuahua and boxer. I began walking and sitting dogs fall quarter 2025 and I have experience caring for pets of different sizes and personalities. I also adopted a kitten a year ago and I would love the opportunity to care for them as well. During the summer I am taking courses online that are self paced. This makes my availability to care for your pets very flexible. When it comes to walks in the summer I prefer early mornings to protect their paws. I really do love animals and I would always treat your pet as if it was my own. I always try to keep pets comfortable by sticking to the routine they’re used to and the one that has been communicated to me. To ensure the owners comfort I always send update messages and photos.

About: I have had animals since I was 12. I personally have 4 cats. 3 of the 4 are related. Mama Kitty was a porch kitty and she had a litter of 6 kittens. I raised them all and adopted them out at 12 weeks. I kept two, Archie & Cali. I then foster failed Munchkin. I’ve had 3 dogs in my life and loved them all. I have fostered 2 dogs in the past 3 years and 1 cat. Suffice to say I will always have an animal in the home. I currently work full time from home. I am available at all times during the day and evening. For now my availability will be pretty open to everyone’s needs. I am looking to get out of the house. “I give Lena my highest recommendation as a dog sitter! I am writing this review in reference to our experiences on two separate occasions. The first time we had Lena sit for our dog Daisy (a 4 yo pit mix) was a great experience. We always look for someone to watch Daisy who enjoys spending time with her and wants to have fun and Lena went above and beyond by not only taking Daisy on walks but also all sorts of hikes and adventures (we even got a cool photo of her wearing sunglasses!). Lena also dealt with some issues of Daisy having to go potty in the middle of the night very competently and professionally. She watched Daisy for 11 days and Daisy was well taken care of and happy when we picked her back up. The second time we had scheduled with Lena to watch Daisy for one night and Lena had a family emergency come up (a totally valid reason to cancel). Instead of simply leaving it to us to find a backup, Lena helped coordinate with her roommate to watch Daisy, which worked out great. Lena that she is not only able to take great care of dogs, but she is also a thoughtful and responsible person.”
