First off, very calm and approachable demeanor making my dog at ease and peace of mind on my end. Great communication with me throughout day and even told us to take our time and enjoy the day out if needed—so cool! If i am ever in the Central Coast again making a road trip through PCH, I will not hesitate to use her again. Also note, if you lodge with one of the hotels nearby Cambria, they have a list of sitters that are highly recommended. Keep in mind, Jennifer is just as close by to the referrals given and is definitely a more competitive and suitable option.”

Without asking, Sara took the initiative sending updates and images of Kona throughout her stay. Sara quickly replied to my inquiries before and during Kona's stay. One of the reasons why I initially chose Sara, was the experience she listed as working in a veterinary's office and the fact that she put together a very thorough bio describing her background in working with animals. I was initially considering a kennel in Arroyo Grande but was concerned that being in a large kennel environment would be hard on a senior dog like my Kona. With Sara's veterinary experience, she felt that a quieter home environment would be easier on a senior dog, without me bringing up this concern of mine. If you are looking for good quality care for your pet, I highly recommend Sara! Kona will be returning soon to Sara's home when I travel out of state.”

Hotels do not allow you to leave animals behind in the hotel room, so we made arrangements ahead of time using the Rover App. Edina watched our cat in her home while my husband and I toured Hearst Castle. I brought a large kennel with food, water, bedding and a litterbox so my cat had everything she needed. Edina stayed home to watch our cat and played soothing music for her. There is an enclosed fenced locked area here that I am able to access to allow the dogs to run and play off leash. It’s not a dog park so there will not be other dogs there. It’s basically a private area and the all the dogs love it! It’s about 75 yards in length & approximately 20 feet wide . All grass. We also take walks to the pool where there’s a rock jacuzzi and lots of grass around the pool. Dogs are welcome to be there with me on their leash and they all seem to really enjoy it . Your dogs safety is my priority.
