Our dog always comes back super happy and calm after staying with them as if she was staying at home with us the whole time, they are really nice people and you can tell they actually care about your animal. Because our cat needs an insulin shot twice daily, she came over to learn how to give the shot and then came another day to practice giving the shot. Mariela communicates well and always let us know when she was on her way. She did great and we headed out of town. She always checked in on time and sent us 4-5 pictures from every visit. I can’t express enough how much we all enjoyed the photos of our cat! She gave clear written reports from each visit. We already booked for this Saturday and will be booking another time soon. Sadly, she passed away in April, and while I’m not ready to welcome another dog into my life just yet, I realized how much I miss spending time with them. “My dog had a blast with Rachelle and Sam! My dog gets medication twice a day and needs to be closely watched, she made sure he got the supervision he needed and was never alone. She walked him and he got to play with her dog Sam. I was able to enjoy my trip and watch his adventures with Sam and Rachelle. We will definitely be booking again! He also loves to roll in mud and get himself into trouble and she gave him a bath! He came back clean and happy!”

I sent her a pretty long note which definitely wasn’t expecting her to read it all but not only did she read it, she also was pertaining it to Zoe’s stay like with what Zoe is used to which I thought was so nice to see.
