About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so being around them has always felt natural to me. I recently graduated from Chico state and currently have two dogs of my own a 6 year old toy poodle and a 5 months old border collie mix. As a pet owner myself, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog or cat with someone else. That’s why I do my best to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me. Whether your pet loves to play, go for walks, or just relax and get cuddles, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and care. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family, and I’ll always keep you updated so you can have peace of mind while you’re away! I currently work part time at Bath & Body Works and usually only have 2–3 shifts a week, so my schedule is very flexible. When I’m not working, I’m home spending time with my own dogs. This allows me to be available for different drop-off and pick-up times and gives me plenty of time to provide walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. About: I've had cats since I was 5. My grandparents also has a farm so I have lots of experience with farm cats and feral cats. I've also worked for 10+ years with a local rescue, raising kittens only days or weeks old until they are old enough to be fixed and adopted - feeding them milk on a regular schedule and then weaning them onto wet food, then dry food, also teaching them how to be a cat by interacting with my cats. During the course of my volunteering I have also been taught various first aid treatments as well as how to administer medications and injections.

Growing up our cats were only out doors but I always made sure they were OK. 4 while growing up, 3 i fostered in high school, a mom and her 2 babies, 1 when I came to college, and then an additional 7 when I was older, I rescued a liter of 6 and a separate 2 yr old! Then a little one who didn't make it long, another rescue, and I now have yet another rescue from my uncle's orchard and my wife's cat so that is a total of 18 cats!!! I often would care for my neighbors dog since he was a puppy, parents worked full time and puppies need all the attention they can get so I helped train him. I also trained my own puppy Melo, he’s still growing and learning but I love being his mom. I take extra care of his supplements and nutrition so I know the importance of taking the extra time to do all of that. About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Long story short I moved to Alaska with my pet dog from Yuba City where I learned to be a dog musher and she learned to be sled dog. About: I am a retired veterinary professional and lifelong animal lover. I have two extremely friendly pups, Pukka and Tildon, that are happy to share their space if your kiddo would enjoy it. I have a fenced back yard. Our household goes on one (if not more) walks a day. My boys are well leash trained and would welcome a walking buddy. Depending on your location I'd also be happy to walk your pup solo. We love cats and I am happy to give anything from a few water and kibble top offs and litter box changes as needed to nightly cuddles and adoration. I offer a love and care for all critters (snakes, birds, rabbits, turtles, fish, dogs, cats, horses, you name it!), 10+ years of experience in the veterinary field, and an understanding of animal handling that I know will bring you comfort in my work. If your pet requires special care such as insulin injections, oral medications, SQ fluids, etc please notify me. I am comfortable with medical procedures but reserve the right to adjust my pricing according (upon discussion of course). I work 8-4:30 most days. I am two minutes away from home and always come home to check on the critters on my lunch. We go for walks in them morning before work and there is a dog door into the back yard that can be open if needed. Fenced (6+ feet) back yard with locked gate. I have door dog insert on my back door so everyone can come and go as they please. I live in a small one room studio with a yard about four times its size. Dogs are allowed on the bed and there is a step up onto the bed for senior citizens. It is a small but very comfortable space.
