This was my first time leaving Rocky due to a last minute family emergency and it was a great success :) we came by for a meet and greet prior to drop off and it felt great to be so confident Rocky would be in great hands. He had so much fun, lots of activities and play time. Tasha was communicative and sent lots of adorable pictures and videos. Rocky is not great with recall so Tasha’s husband made a zip line so Rocky could easily explore as much of their property as possible! They really went above and beyond in so many ways. Thank you so much will definitely reach out to Tasha again if Rocky needs a sitter in the area!”

I am comfortable with pets in all shapes and sizes, and have extensive experience with anxious animals, as my own dog is quite the shy guy. I live in Alpine Meadows and work at Palisades Tahoe, and am happy to give your pets the care they deserve on my off days and before/after work! I work at Palisades Tahoe as a ski instructor and live in the Donner Lake area. I typically work Friday-Sunday with evenings off. I can be flexible if needed! My dog is super friendly and he gets taken out every 3-5 hours if possible. I try to walk him every day, as well as letting him socialize with other pups!

She asked a bunch of questions to make sure she knew how to best handle Taquito (on/off leash, if she liked the water, how to best feed, etc) and Taquito was immediately comfortable around her and her pup which is always a relief. She was communicative, sent us a bunch of pictures and flexible with scheduling pick up and drop off. Taquito had the best time and I highly recommend Nayla!”

I'm recently retired from a long career as a professional equestrian and horse trainer, and I'm excited to begin this journey of offering pet care services to the community! I have experience with all types and ages of pets ... from very young to very senior. I have experience administering medications, giving injections, and basic first aid. My lifestyle is active, and I'm happy to provide whatever exercise that your pet needs, whether that is a long trail hike, or simply walks around the neighborhood. And lots of love and snuggles of course :) I also have extensive horse experience, and limited experience with other livestock, and I'm happy to provide services for those animals as well. I currently work from home and have an extremely flexible schedule, which allows me to work around whatever your pet care needs are. I have a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle, so I can get to some of the further out Nevada County destinations no problem. About: I've had animals my whole life. I currently have 2 cats of my own. I've worked in a vet and I've taken care of many of my friends and family's pets as well. I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to care and play with your fur babies. I am available morning, afternoon and night. I make sure your babies are fed and have plenty of water, I can take them out 3-4 times a day depending how they are. I also make sure I play with them as much as possible.

About: My name is Carrie Anne, and I am a Momma to our my special older boy Balloo who has made it to 15 years old ! Baloo is a pit plot hound mix and one of the great loves of my life! I have raise my two children with our animals and have a vast experience with both young and elderly care for them in our home. I am a woman of integrity and heart currently finishing my degree and serve weekly at my church in several ministry areas including music and with our youth. My animals and my home are my place of peace. I would love nothing more than to be able to create that same sense of peace for clients needing trustworthy animal care in their home and work done with integrity. I have been a Nevada resident now for 15 years and have recently moved to the fenominal city of Reno. Each week I fine new things to love and explore about my city! I understand what it is like to have the need for animal care when working long hours or needing time away from home to share with family and the need to have confidence that your home and well beloved critters are taken care of with competence. About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working full time as a CNA, my schedule is kinda wacky. I work PM shifts from 2:30pm-10:30pm, on a four on and two off rotation. In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. Any opportunity to play and have some fun, we’re doing it! If they’re more laid back and want to snooze next to me, I will relax with them.
