“Like most of the other reviews....our dog Emna came home tired and smiling. Jeanine took her out to the dog park and to Maffitt Reservoir to run around and get plenty of exercise. Emma is our only dog so it was nice for her to have other dogs close to her size to run around with and socialize with. She has a doggy door that the dogs can come and go as they please into the back yard. She was very flexible and willing to work with our schedule for drop off and pick ups. She even sent us home with a few doogy treats and a new dog toy. When we need her in the future we will use her services. Thanks again Jeanine!!!!!!!!”
“We were really nervous about boarding our chihuahua, Paulie Walnuts, but Kyle and Sara are so patient and really relaxed. Turns out, our little "cute, but psycho" old man had a great time! We received many wonderful pictures and videos of him having a good time walking, playing, and most of all chilling. When we needed an extra day/night due to an out-of-town emergency, we were lucky enough that they were able to keep Paulie Walnuts a little longer. What a relief. They came through in a pinch for us and it's greatly appreciated. We knew we didn't have to worry one bit. “Sholeh is very calm, attentive, and knows about dogs. My 10 month old golden retriever is timid at new places and still gets overstimulated on walks sometimes. Sholeh handled him patiently and positively. She also asked before offering the treats she prepared. She offered meet and greet before the sitting and really tried to know my dog. She read my dog’s profile and care instructions beforehand and remembered it. She always responded within a few minutes. She communicated well, she noticed any smallest discomfort in my dog, communicated with me and took great care of my dog. Overall, highly recommended.”

What inspired me to begin my journey on this app is from when I volunteered at my local shelter to foster huskies, ranging from a day trip to week long care. I like to plan fun activities in advance with the pets to do throughout the day/weeks, which can be a fun stroll to the beach to collect seashells, going to downtown, and meeting new people at events (such as the farmers markets, makers markets, and more)! I make sure they are under the best possible care while still having fun :) I’m a current student, so I would appreciate if services are scheduled in advance. At the same time, I’m overall pretty flexible and tailors to clients needs. This can be scheduling, pricing, and instructions! I’m pretty flexible! Something as easy as dog walking or drop-ins I can basically do any time, but dog/ cat sitting needs a bit more preparation. Being a student, sometimes things can come up last minute. When given instructions, I am pretty on top of it. Any requests I would be more than happy to accommodate. No need to be afraid to ask questions! I listen to instructions well.

About: Since a very young age (about 5+), I have been taking care of a myriad of animals and learned animal body language from them. I do have my own rescue pup, Río, who loves to get outside for adventures, loves other animals, and loves to be by my side whenever possible. Whether you are in need of pet sitting, exercising, a dog daycation, and/or housesitting with your beloved pet(s), my first choice is always to have Río come along so long as that is something with which you and your pet(s) will be comfortable and enjoy. I grew up on the Central Coast and love to be outdoors and adventuring whether through hikes, long walks, eating out on pet dates at the amazing restaurants nearby, trips to the off leash beaches, or more. If that’s not your pet(s)’ speed and/or favorite things, I am also very into cozying up with them on the sofa or whatever activities may be their favorites as well. If you are in need of care for your horses or livestock, whether while looking for a house sitter or other times, I have a lifetime of experience with horses and am very able to feed, muck, hotwalk, etc. while house sitting or on a drop-in basis. I have not been riding much since returning back to the Central Coast from SF but pending the temperament and experience level necessary, after learning to ride horses much around the same time I was learning to walk, I am always open for an easy ride if needed for your horse(s) as well. Just message me and we can discuss further! Please note, if you foresee last-minute requests for daycare, check-ins, and/or dog walking being necessary in the future, please reach out to schedule a formal meet and greet anytime in advance so we may know that the pups are a good match prior to any late bookings becoming necessary. For my safety and the safety of my dogs and yours, I will not accept last-minute check-ins or dog walking requests without this meet and greet completed. Río and I always make sure to take time to get outside to exercise, take potty breaks on grass, and explore daily with an hour-2.5+ hours hike in the mornings and an hour long walk/run after work. Río and I are ideally a package deal so any dog(s), cat(s), and/or whatever pet(s) you are in need of caring for and giving some love to, please advise if they are dog-friendly and enjoy a workout but also love a good lounge throughout the day. For potty breaks and a bit of engagement during the work day, I have a privately fenced yard to pop outside for some sunshine and ball play any time throughout the day and night.
