“Not enough words to express how great Trevor is with our pets!!! Our kitty Joy positively loves Trevor! We have an older cat that does come out to say hi to him. Trevor plays with the “girls” a lot. He has such an animal spirit and our girls are so calm when we come home. For 3 days our Joy kitty kept waiting at the window for him to come back!! Trevor takes pictures at “play time” and sends them on to us!!! Very helpful:-) Joy escaped once when Trevor was here. Now, I’m the ONLY ONE she’ll come to and he found her and let her lead him home!! Joy won’t even do that for my husband! If you want peace of mind when you leave for a trip Trevor is the right person. So conscientious and so aware of your animal and its needs. He will be our forever “cat man”. So much appreciation for him.”

There were a lot of delays the day I was supposed to be heading home and it wasn’t clear that I would make it home the day I was supposed to. Charlene offered to do whatever she could to check in on my cat and make sure she was looked after still if I didn’t end up making it home. About: I am a local pet sitter here in Murphys, CA. I have grown up with cats and dogs all my life. I have several years of pet sitting experience. It all started with a coworker asking me to watch her lovely Golden Retriever, and by word of mouth my clientele grew! Typically during the work week I can either so a small walk or some playtime and feed pets their breakfast before I leave for work. If the job is close enough I can stop by on my lunch and do potty breaks or playtime. After work I enjoy walking dogs and playing with them to get their energy out. :) I typically stay in the client's home with their pets, but that all depends on their preference. About: I have always had the responsibility of caring for my own animals, but I love getting to help other people care for their pets. I love meeting new animals and have lots of experience in this area. I have been walking dogs around my neighborhood since I was about 10 years old. About: I have had many years of housesitting experience with came with caring for pets. I have also worked at a pet store and handled bathing dogs. I am free weekdays and weekends and am open to staying at a home for multiple days. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be attending class 9:40 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. I have a friendly dog, a kitten and two outdoor cats as well as a fenced yard with tons of dog toys, treats and a small kennel. About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

About: I have always been in love with animals, and so from a young age I have always been the one to help a person babysit there fur babies if needed, and what better way to spend time making money, taking care of different amazing animals. It brings me pure joy!:) I am pretty flexible and could do it any day of the week, but I prefer not to do over nights unless you are gone for long periods of time. About: Hi, I’m Maddy! Throughout my life I have had dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and bunnies. At 12 years old, I personally trained my Labrador retriever to work as a therapy dog. We visited schools in our area, and children with reading disabilities had the opportunity to read to her without feeling the pressure of an average classroom setting. I gained my true love for dogs through Lila. I sadly had to put her down about 6 years ago, and have moved to the city of Oakdale. I saw what amazing companions they can be, and how they deserve the very best. My husband is a local firefighter and gone a lot, so I have the flexibility and time to care for your pets as if they were my own. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. I am reliable, responsible and have a "knack" with most pets. I do need to know about any behavioral issues (likes to chew on things that aren't their toys for example). I spend a lot of my time cooking and blogging I cook for seniors in my community. If I'm gardening outside the dogs are welcome to be with me. I have a double lot so plenty of play room . Half of it is fenced for plenty of play room . I have a crate if needed . Your dog will have free roaming access in my home and allowed on the furniture . If I'm sitting your pet in your home it's your home and your rules that I follow . I have passed my Background check here on Rover to take care of your fur babies. I have passed my 2nd Government Background check to take care of children. I have passed my 3rd Goverment Background check to take care of elders . The point is I want you to be assured your fur babies are safe with me .
“As reluctant as I was to allow a stranger to come into my home, I was that much more hesitant to allow a stranger to walk my three dogs, in the end I knew I had no other choice but to hire someone due to my work schedule. While searching I came across Jef’s profile and I decided to go with him in booking dog walking for my three dogs. Jef even came to meet my dogs before he was to begin walking them the following day. From the initial message to the first time meeting, Jef maintained great communication and updated me each day after their walks. Jef definitely has something about him that made my dogs very comfortable around him. He quickly gained their trust and vice versa. I love meeting new animals and have lots of experience in this area. I have been walking dogs around my neighborhood since I was about 10 years old. I loved this experience which is why I have decided to dedicate myself to this line of work so I can always be available to help an animal in need. Currently I work an evening shift at a restaurant 4 nights a week so I have the day open before 5 pm Friday through Monday and Tuesday Wednesday Thursday I am completely available. My schedule also will be opening up more soon. I have a very large area for dogs to run around and two very friendly dogs of my own. I always start by making sure the space is free of any hazards, like toxic plants or loose wires and that they have a cozy spot just for them. Building trust is key, so I take things slow, using positive reinforcement like treats and praise to create a bond. Whether it's playtime or just chilling, I'm all about keeping their routine consistent to minimize stress.
About: I have had many years of housesitting experience with came with caring for pets. I have also worked at a pet store and handled bathing dogs. I am free weekdays and weekends and am open to staying at a home for multiple days. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be attending class 9:40 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. I have a friendly dog, a kitten and two outdoor cats as well as a fenced yard with tons of dog toys, treats and a small kennel. I make sure any hazardous things such as cleaning products and other harmful substances are out of the pet’s way and give frequent potty breaks. I take into account their feeding schedule and any medicine they may need.

I have a fenced large yard with two separate deck areas, I am open to bringing the pets over and housing them or going to a clients house and pet sitting, walking or even bathing if needed in a comfortable and familiar place for the pet.

About: I have always been in love with animals, and so from a young age I have always been the one to help a person babysit there fur babies if needed, and what better way to spend time making money, taking care of different amazing animals. It brings me pure joy!:) I am pretty flexible and could do it any day of the week, but I prefer not to do over nights unless you are gone for long periods of time. I always make sure that other peoples pets are comfortable with me, and have everything that they need, and more. One on one time with the animals are also important to me as the bond clicks faster. I will always make sure everyone’s animals are 100% being taken of with only the best care! And loved!!!!
