Personalized care for your dog or cat - Winona

Highly-rated overnight sitters - Winona
“We were visiting the area from out of state with our pup but couldn’t have him with us for a couple of days. Jacob hosted Bentley on those two days and took great care of him. We absolutely would recommend Jacob. He’s a very responsible and caring young man. Thank you again!”

“Dannie was very flexible with a last minute booking to watch our pup after checking out of an Airbnb so we could ski before leaving town. Our dog had lots of friends to play with and came home happy and tired.”

“Franklin had an amazing time with Rebecca and her pups! I got lots of picture updates and Rebecca had fantastic communication. I would definitely have Franklin stay with her again next time we are in the area.”

“We loved having Bree and her family watch our dog Ollie. Bree was thorough in taking notes about our dog’s routines and took the best care her, taking Ollie to baseball practice, out for walks, and giving Ollie plenary of belly rubs. We were so impressed by Bree’s care that we rebooked for a following trip. Our dog Ollie was sad to return home to us following her stay at Bree’s.”

“My Luna appeared to have a great time! The sitter was very responsive and had great communication. I would definitely recommend. My Luna will be looking forward to another stay!”

“My (very skiddish) dog has been to Brett’s house a couple times now and my dog has had zero hesitations walking into Brett’s house the first time we got there (which is rare) and did her happy cry the second time we pulled up to the house. I know my dog is in really good hands when I drop her off and love how well taken cared of and happy she seems when I reunite with my dog. Thank you, Brett!”

“Park and Jacob were able to take in my big fluffy German shepherd for two nights with very little notice, and took great care of her. This is a wonderful spot for a dog to be a dog and be loved while you are off doing things they can’t join you for. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing pet care in Flagstaff and hope they will be available for my next annual trip to the area!”

“This was Gracie dog's 5th stay and of course it was a stellar vacation for her with lots of hikes and hugs. I think she looks at it as her home away from home. The wild card this time was Trudy cat. She's a nervous little scaredy cat, and we weren't sure how she would do in a new environment, especially for 2 weeks. We needn't have worried! Ana Maria's sweet, gentle way with animals won Trudy over in no time. We were astounded by all the photos showing Trudy hanging out with the family and enjoying her princess status in their home. Both pets are worn out from their excellent vacation and have basically slept since they got home...no doubt dreaming about when they can stay with Ana Maria again!”

“Claire provided excellent care for Barney while I was out of town. She was attentive and gave updates with some great pictures! I also appreciate the little thank you note with a Polaroid of Barney when I picked him up.”

“Moran was so wonderful to work with. Right off the bat, she was so kind and engaged with my dogs. They took a liking to her right away! I also got daily photos and updates of my fur babes, which definitely kept my nerves down while we were away. Cyrus and Milly were so worn out from all the walks and play time, they slept the entire rest of the day after we picked them up. We could tell they had so much fun! I would 100% recommend Moran if you’re looking for someone to watch over your pet(s). She seriously was amazing.”

She kept me informed of Miso's daily habits and eating schedule and was able to make adaptations in her home environment to make sure Miso felt comfortable and happy during her stay. 😺 I will definitely be trusting Valentina to care for my critters in the future!”

About: I grew up with cats. At one point I even thought I was strictly a cat person. Then as an adult I adopted wonderful dogs, and so many of my beliefs changed. I am an animal person through and through, but no one loves a whisper like a kitty.
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life, ranging from bigger/ medium sized dogs such as German shorthair pointers, to tiny dogs such as a mini yorkie. I know how to feed, play with, and clean up after dogs as those tasks were given to me and my siblings as chores. I am able to adapt to any kind of dog, and any special instructions for pets will be followed 🫡. I am less experienced with cats, but I love them a ton and always wished to have one (family was allergic) but I promise I am a fast learner and will do whatever I can to give your pet the best care. I am a college student who is going to classes. Monday and Wednesday I have classes from 12:45-4:00, and Thursday I have classes from 11:10 to 4:00. I am unavailable on Tuesdays after 11:10 until 8 pm. Fridays and weekends I am completely free. When taking care of your pet I will follow any schedule with feeding and walks that you know works for your pet, and I will play with them as much as possible to ensure that both of you have a great experience.

About: Cats deserve a sitter who reads their body language and respects their boundaries. I am highly experienced in managing everything from playtime and feeding schedules to the crucial details like immaculate litter box maintenance. Whether your cat is an active social butterfly or a bit more reserved, I provide calm, reliable, and loving care. tailored just to them

“Ashlee did a phenomenal job taking care of my cats while I was out of state! I have 1 cat that's very skittish with strangers, but she sent me lots of photos on the first day of her playing and cuddling with him :) Ashlee was very communicative, sending lots of photos and videos. Definitely rebooking with her for my next trip, and would recommend her to all my friends!”

“Dannie was very flexible with our last-minute change of plans. It was so easy to drop off and pick up. Our pup was very relaxed and happy after her visit. Dannie even sent a cute photo!”

“Moran was the most amazing caregiver for our puppy, Ruby. Extremely communicative, friendly, understanding and patient with us and with Ruby (lol). She sent photos and updates during the day and offered suggestions and advice upon pickup, for which we were very grateful. She was so kind to my young kids and spent time answering their questions and making sure they felt included. Moran is awesome and will be my first call when we’re back in the Flagstaff area!”

“Jenna was amazing! We needed last-minute help with our new pup, June, for doggy daycare, and she completely saved the day. She was so responsive, sent the sweetest updates and photos, and went way above and beyond - June has separation anxiety, and Jenna arranged for someone to be with her during the one class of the day. She showed so much care, flexibility, and accomodation - not to mention how much June loved her. I can’t recommend her highly enough - she’ll be my go-to from now on. 100/10!”

We love to walk usually in the park through walking trails and I also have a back yard for potty breaks or play time. I want to make sure that your pup gets love and attention while you are away. About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember, and taking care of them has always come naturally to me. Over the years, that love turned into a real passion. Working at an ER veterinary hospital for several years was such a meaningful experience—it challenged me, taught me so much, and really confirmed that this is exactly what I’m meant to do. Since recently relocating for my husband’s job, I’ve been home full-time with my own fur babies—and I love it! Being home 24/7 means I can give pets plenty of attention, love, and care. They enjoy frequent potty breaks and supervised playtime in our secure, fenced yard. I’m always right there with them, making sure they’re safe, happy, and having fun. In our home, your pet will be treated just like one of our own! They’re welcome on the furniture and even the bed—because life’s too short for anything less cozy. They'll have access to all the dog toys we have, and plenty of time to run and play in our secure, fenced yard. I want every pet to feel safe, happy, and completely at home while they’re here.

About: I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes—from dogs and cats to even raising pigs! This lifelong exposure has given me a deep understanding of animal behavior, routines, and needs. I know how important it is for dogs to get regular exercise, consistent structure, and plenty of love. Whether your pup needs high-energy playtime, long walks, or just a calm companion to keep them company, I treat every pet like a member of my own family As an online graduate student and mom, I manage my own schedule and have incredible flexibility throughout the day. Because I study from home, my routine is highly adaptable, allowing me to easily step away for frequent dog walking, potty breaks, and mid-day play sessions. I can structure my mornings, afternoons, or evenings around your pet's specific routine to ensure they get consistent care and attention. Safety and clear communication are my top priorities. When caring for your dog on walks or during drop-ins, I provide a highly responsible, focused, and nurturing environment. I am incredibly detail-oriented, respectful of your home, and strictly adhere to any specific training, feeding, or safety guidelines you provide. About: I grew up in a household full of dogs, cats and a variety of other animals. In my youth I volunteered at a number of animal sancuataries and had even planned to be in animal care as a career which led me to an internship with the Cincinnati Zoo. Since that time I have cared for a variety of pets for family, friends and coworkers. This has included care for multiple dogs or cats at the same time as well as care for a variety of other animals when house sitting. I do have experience with operant conditioning and can provide sitting for both puppies and elderly animals. I am currently a federal employee with USGS placed on furlough, therefore my schedule is currently open for availability from monday-friday, with weekends being potentially available on request. I can either sit your pets from your home or bring them to my house which includes a spacious fenced in yard. There are two other dogs in the household but they are both friendly and there is enough to separate them from any other animals if necessary.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs as well as working with two different doggy daycare’s ranging in size of dogs and their energy levels. I am currently doing work at night. Always willing to work around schedules. Everyone has their busy schedules but I work my way around it for furry friends. I care for the animal like they are my own, i want them to feel safe when a new person comes into their home as well helping them adopt to my environment.
About: I have experience taking care of mostly dogs in all stages of their life, from 3 month old puppy to 12 year old lady. I’ve been around animals more years than I’ve not been, and I’ve been taking care of animals for just as many. I have experience caring for fish, dogs, and cats. Both of my cats I’ve adopted at 2 years old and 1.5 years old, so no practical kitten experience. I am looking for part time work as I finish my associates degree, so pet care can be front and center, as the classes I need are online. I have two cats inside of my apartment to keep your fur baby company if I need to leave. I can walk your dog multiple times a day (30+ minute walks with one 60+ minute walk), on top of multiple potty breaks a day. I understand the limitations of having an apartment without a yard, which is why I do not have my own dog. That being said, I have dog sat for two different friends, multiple times. Both dogs got more than double the daily walks with me than they did normally at home.

I have been watching pets for friends and family whenever I could since I was in middle school!! I grew up with two incredible kitties and always watched my neighbors goldens and lab! I hated being away from my pets growing up and always wanted to make sure they were cared for when we were gone, I would love to do that for your amazing pets too!! I have lived with cats and dogs in both houses and apartments and take care to always do what's best for them depending on the space! I'll be sure to make them happy and comfortable at home even if the amazing owners they love can't be around!

About: “ I’ve taken care of dogs ever sense I was about 14, i volunteered every summer at the humane society working, walking, playing and giving the animals there daily needs! I have also worked at a doggy day care called dogtopia! I work at the uptown location, this job includes watching and caring for dogs! I know a lot about body language and the needs to diffrent dog breeds! I have seen 100 of dogs come in and out of day care and I’d love to help you out!!! I’m open all day! I’m home for the summer from college and love animals. I am willing to work around anyone schedule. I’m very Flexible with my hours I have two dogs of my own! I have a very active dog ( Australian shepherd) so I know how to take care of high energy dogs! I take my dogs swimming, walk them, feed them and give them lots to love!
About: I’ve grown up around all kinds of pets since age 10 and I always love meeting the different personalities that these animals carry with them. I’m currently working part time from friday -saturday to 9-6pm. During the week I am free most days after 4 but thursdays i am free after 11. I am always paying attention to the pets because they are my entertainment. I live in an apartment so the pet cannot run off and If needed i am able to crate your pet.
“Mattison was a great dog sitter! She met us at the park for a meet and greet in advance and took good care of the girls while she had them, even though it sounds like my girls kept her on her toes (sorry Mattison)!”

“Hannah is the best! She not only communicates with an owner, but inherently knows how to handle dogs. We have a Great Dane/mastif puppy who weighs in at 115 pounds. He is a lot to handle but Hannah took care of him for two days and two nights like it was ole hat! We are very selective on who cares for our pup and we couldn’t recommend Hannah enough.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting since high school and have around 5 years of experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends. I’m available for morning, lunchtime, and evening walks/check-ins depending on your pet’s needs. I’m happy to adjust my availability and work around your schedule to make sure your pet gets consistent care and attention. Whether it’s regular walks, drop-ins, or last minute needs, I can be flexible and reliable!! I have over 5 years of experience caring for pets of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I previously worked as a pet sitter in North Central Phoenix before moving to Flagstaff to continue my education. When I’m caring for pets, I stick closely to their normal routine so they feel comfortable and relaxed. That includes feeding, walks, playtime, and anything else they’re used to. Safety and making sure your pet is taken care of is always my main priority. I also treat your home with respect and make sure everything is left the way I found it. I like sending updates and photos while you’re away so you know how things are going (sometimes more than you probably need, but I like to keep you in the loop haha). I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting, and I’m easy to reach if you ever have questions or concerns.
