About: I worked at a boarding business for cats and dogs and was around many different breeds, sizes, and ages of cats. In this job I had to clean out their litter box, feed them their desired food, and also give medicine to the ones that needed it. I also had to play and cuddle and spend time with each cat during a shift. I have always grown up around cats, my first ever pet was a cat, and I own a cat now as well. I can pick up on their moods fairly quickly and know basic knowledge of cats health.
About: I stared dog sitting my freshman year of highschool for my neighbor, but eventually I enjoyed it so much that my friends would ask me to take care of their pets while they were out of town; from dogs, cats, and even hamsters. About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!

I can do check-ins before work and after work. For stays I am unable to stop by during the day, unless you love near downtown. In the month of June, I can work from home (your house) the second half of the day. I only provide stays at your home. I can follow whatever safety and care requirements you have, besides taking the dog out mid-day on weekdays.
