“Being returning customer speaks volumes of the quality of the job business performed, and whether goods/service was worth the money. We are exceptionally pleased with Ron after first time dog sitting experience, and did not hesitate to bring our precious baby Pedro (12 y/old Chihuahua) for another boarding weekend with Ron. Pedro loves his pals (Ron’s 2 adorable dogs), and enjoys spending time at Ron’s house. We are so grateful for Ron, and feel we could not have found a better caregiver for our precious baby Pedro, and hoping to continue being customers for years to come!”

“Exceptional! Carly is a shy dog with others but because Sheila and David are such "dog people", they sent pics every day of Carly, peacefully laying on their laps! This was the first time ever boarding Carly and she is not used to having other dogs around her but, their own dogs, Mellow and Jaxon were well behaved and welcomed Carly. Mellow even shared his crate with Carly when she wanted a quiet place of "her own". The daily texts and pics were fun and welcome. Their home is perfectly set up for boarding multiple dogs if needed. The outdoor spaces are perfect! Plenty of shade and spacious enough to lounge or run around. I can't recommend Shiela and David more highly. If it is your first time boarding your fur-baby, and you are nervous about it, choose Shiela and David. You can rest assured that your baby, even a baby as shy as Carly, is well cared for with Shiela and David.”

“Vicky was absolutely amazing! She cared for our 2 dogs the week of our wedding and helped coordinate to get our dogs to the wedding. She sent many updates and pictures, showing our dogs were happy and healthy. I would recommend Vicky to anyone looking for a pup sitter, she was just the best.”

“Beth is amazing! She took excellent care of my pup and sent me pictures while we were gone. I will always use Beth because I know my pup will be taken care of and happy when she’s there.”

“Murphy is no ordinary dog, and has had quite a lot of mal treatment in the past. Barbara made him feel right at home. She truly is a dog whisperer. She even added some calming lavender scent in her home to help soothe him. By the end of the first stay, he was begging for pets and love, which is crazy coming from such a scared doggie. I don’t have enough good things to say about her! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“Sylvie is a wonderful sitter! She takes amazing care of our senior pups and gives them love while we are away! I’m so happy to have found her as she does a great job!”

“Victoria was the perfect rover for our dog Popeye. He had a little anxiety in the beginning but she kept us updated with photos and videos along the stay. She was very accommodating as well!”

“I am so grateful we found Christina to watch our German Shorthair Pointer, Pepper. Pepper doesn’t get along with other dogs, since she will only take one client at a time this was ideal! I loved the daily pictures and videos, I could see that Pepper enjoyed staying with her and her husband. They spoiled her, treated her like she was their own. We will definitely use Christina again for future care!”

“Gail is just incredible. Moxxi loves to head over, willingly walks in to her home. This speaks volumes! Recently, we had plane delays and I didn’t have enough food for Moxxi and Gail went to get more food for her and was incredibly pleasant and positive. I always know Moxxi is cared for greatly when I leave and that brings me so much ease.”

“Dana is wonderful. I left my dog with her while I was out of the country. The WiFi was less reliable than expected at most of my accommodations so I was unable to communicate as often as I would have liked. However, I didn’t worry about my dog at all during the periods of no communication. I knew she was safe and well looked after with Dana. I would recommend Dana’s services to a friend. Thank you for taking such great care of my girl! 🐶 💕”

“Torta never wants to leave when I come to pick her up! She has such a wonderful time at Regina’s, she loves her dog and has plenty of time for play and for down time. They are such a nice family and we are happy repeat customers!! Regina always sends pictures of Torta while I’m away too which helps me when I miss her!”

“Katarina is a warm and caring dog owner and host. She has a wonderful house and yard and two friendly dogs. My dog loved exploring her interesting yard. I will definitely use her again and recommend her to others. I know my dog was happy and well cared for there.”

“Rich and Jeanette were a perfect fit for Jack. They stayed in touch with us and sent pictures of Jack chilling. If you want your fur baby loved and cared for as you would yourself, Rich and Jeanette are a no brainer. We’ve used Rover.com in other states while traveling and have never been disappointed. Thank you again Rich and Jeanette.”

“Quedamos muy contentos mi esposo y yo con el cuidado que Erika dio a nuestra mascota Erika se encargo de enviarnos fotos y videos de las actividades que realizaban y mi mascota se veía muy divertida Con gusto regresaremos a ella para el cuidado de mi mascota así que también la recomendamos al 100%”

“Courtney was extremely accommodating, especially on a short notice! I received some photos and videos throughout the stay and my dog had such a wonderful time playing in her beautiful yard along with her dogs and family. She was in great hands!”

“David was graciously flexible with drop off/pick up time which allowed us to do a late night stargazing program. He also has a great yard that my dogs seemed to thoroughly enjoy. We were very pleased and booked a second day.”

“Julie was so patient with my 10 month old puppy, she kept me updated through text messages and pictures every day! That gave me the confidence to enjoy my trip without having to worry if my pup was being treated well. I will continue to book with Julie for as long as she is available!”

“Can’t say enough great things. Ashley is very sweet has great vibes to her. Friendly dogs and my pup loved it there with her. It was her first over night with someone new and she did really there. Ashley made it very comfortable for me to have her watch my pup. Thank you so much and will be seeing you very soon”

“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! Your dog will be in good hands.”

“Colby watched our 2 cats over the weekend and I am very happy with her. She sent a lot of pictures and detailed description of how the girls were doing (something I missed in my previous sitter). The girls seemed very happy to have Colby to check on them. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her!”

“Second time having Logan take care of our cats and bird. He did a fantastic job and continues to be a great communicator. Will continue to ask Logan for pet sitting!”

About: I have been around animals for my entire life! I have pet sit for neighbors and family friends since I was young, and have been working professionally and volunteering with animals for about one year, feeding, training, coaching, and shanking animals in shelter, daycare, and boarding environments all ranging from pets ages newborn to elderly. I have the most experience with dogs, but I do have experience with cats and a love for both.
“By the end of the week she was able to get all three of my very anxious and shy cats to share space with her. She was even able to give them all loves. I couldn’t have asked for more. My poor babies were all rescued from rough situations so they are always very timid”

“Heidi is great with the cat, communicates really well, clarifies and asks questions, and goes above and beyond. I feel comfortable leaving two of the most important things in my life to her when I travel.”

“We had never used Rover before and were nervous about leaving our babies for so long, but Mikayla absolutely exceeded our expectations! She was incredibly attentive to our kitties and consistently shared adorable photos along with important updates at every check-in. She was always responsive when I had questions, and Frankie and Brandy clearly adored her. If you need someone you can truly trust to care for your fur babies while you’re away, I couldn’t recommend Mikayla enough!”

“Outstanding Cat and tarantula Sitter , easy to work with. Loved all the updates and pictures of my pet family sent to me while I was serving in the Army far away from home , will definitely hire again.”

“Isabella took care of my two cats, Felix and Fritz, with twice-daily drop-ins while I was gone for 5 days. I was a little worried about them because they're still skittish from our recent move, but Isabella made huge efforts to befriend both of them. In addition to handling their meals and litter care, she got to know them, gave them treats, and played with them, handling each according to their own personalities. By the time I got home they were comfortable with her and very relaxed. She did a wonderful job, and I won't hesitate to have her take care of them again!”

“El was so sweet and a wonderful sitter for my kitty over the weekend. Excellent communication and lots of photos in the daily updates. I came back to a very tidy apartment and happy cat. I would definitely book her again!”

“Brie has amazing vibes and connected with my elder dog right away! I feel like I hit the jackpot to connect with someone experienced with canine seizures and dogs with mobility issues. Sterm is so looking forward to her visits!”

“Amazing sitter! This is the second time we have booked with Shaina and will continue to do so. Her communication through pictures, the Rover Card, and updates make us feel at ease knowing are fur babies are well loved and taken care of.”

Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. Good communication about arrival times too, that helped me get Bella ready for her walk ahead of time. Thank you Logan from both Bella & myself.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs for many years, especially my German Shepherd growing up, who was mainly my responsibility. She was trained as a security dog and needed a lot of structure, consistency, and control, so I learned how to confidently handle strong, high energy dogs and maintain training over time. I genuinely love spending time with pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m currently a college student with a flexible schedule, so I have time throughout the week to care for pets. I’m available most afternoons, evenings, and weekends for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I enjoy being active, so daily walks and playtime easily fit into my routine. I’m also responsible and organized, which helps me stay consistent with feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any specific instructions your pet may need. Growing up with a trained German Shepherd taught me how important structure, patience, and awareness are when caring for animals, especially dogs with strong personalities or special needs. I always pay close attention during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I work hard to create a calm and trusting environment so pets feel secure and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I’ve always been that person who helps out with family pets just because I love taking care of them. A few years ago, I finally got a dog of my own, and that’s when I really got into training—learning how to communicate with her, build routines, and understand how she thinks. Now, I bring that same care and attention to every pet I watch, making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I am a college student with a flexible schedule. This means i can adjust my availability based on your pets' needs, whether it's check-ins throughout the day or last minute help. I do not do stays in my own home at the moment as my dog is not always good with other dogs/animals, but I am able to make it out to you to do care in your own home. I learn quickly, and i use this to my advantage as i learn to give each pet their best individualized care.

I have experience de-escalating situations between dogs and reading dog and cat behavior. I've spent my entire life around animals, from dogs to birds to horses, and I absolutely love all of them! I am currently enrolled in night classes at cosmetology school, but I am available all day Fridays-Sundays. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. I am the person that always walks other people's dogs since they don't have the time for it. The well-being of pets, even those I don't own, is always something that I pay close attention to. I have taken care of my pregnant dog twice, helping her deliver and tending to newborn puppies. I have also taken care of sick dogs and dogs who recently had surgery, all of which was very demanding. I also rescued a cat from the street which currently lives with me. Right now I am in between jobs so I'm very free, which is why I'm very flexible and taking care of your pets will be my priority. There might be an occasional weekend once a month where I might be busy but that would the only conflicting issue. The rest of the time I will be very flexible and work with your needs. My home is mostly suitable for cats or dogs that live indoors. There's a lot of green areas right outside my home and in the community for a dog to play in but it's not a fenced yard. For a cat, my house has cat trees, litter box, plenty of toys and everything they might need. I do have a cat and a dog if your pet does good with other pets.
About: With lifelong experience caring for animals, friends and family often trust me with their pets’ needs. I’ve worked in a vet clinic, on ranches, and in homes with pets, and I’m comfortable providing medical care and some first aid. I’m responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to treating your pets like my own and doing things right for your pet and home. My current schedule is flexible and allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the day and week. This makes it easy for me to maintain routines, provide attentive care, and accommodate longer stays or mid-day visits when needed. I don’t currently board pets in my own home, but I focus on making pets feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow your routine closely and ensure pets always have clean water, enrichment, and a calm, attentive presence. I prefer a free meet-and-greet before booking, especially for households with dogs. For cats, I respect their individual rhythms — whether that means affection, play, or quiet companionship — and I keep litter areas clean and well maintained.

“The "happy dogs" enviroment Miriam has created is perfect for our very social Husky Keesha and her playmates. Each stay is like an extra long playdate for her. Now it will take a full day of sleeping it off for her to recuperate. Excellent!!”

“Annie and her husband are extraordinary people. They took care of Roscoe, like he was there own. Annie took Roscoe on hour long walks, her husband hung out with him on the couch watching tv. Roscoe had a wonderful weekend. I had a wonderful vacation knowing that he was in good hands.I would highly recommend Annie her husband to watch your dog! Roscoe will definitely be going back to visit when I go on another vacation!”

“Kiana and Klayton were very friendly and easy to work with. After a successful Meet and Greet we felt comfortable leaving Luna for a long stay. Everything went well according to the frequent updates and photos. Our dog enjoyed spending time indoors with their dog, in their yard, and the family included her on walks around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Kiana and Klayton.”

“This was our dog’s 2nd time with Patrick and he had a great stay! Patrick was great at sending updates and was so kind when we had to adjust our drop off time.”

“Christie and Daniel took excellent care of Luna. Luna really enjoyed their family and dog friends. We think she misses them and we will definitely entrust Luna to them again.”

“Thanks for taking such great care of Clancy again Lara. I love all the photos and videos you supply. It is such a comfort knowing he’s having as good a time as we are! See you the next time we plan a get away.”

“Water and John were very good with communication and took care of my girl like she was one of their own. It was my first time leaving my newly adopted older dog at a sitters, and I knew she was going to have some ptsd and worries of abandonment, but my girl ended up relaxing and enjoying her time with Water and John. I appreciated the pictures and daily check ins. I’ll definitely be using them again!”
