About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon! I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in. I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).

About: I've loved dogs my whole life! When I was born my mom had a chocolate lab and a doberman. Then my dad got a rescue pitbull and a husky mix. Right now my family has a mini golden doodle who's been with us for 14 years and a mini Aussie doodle. I also have a pitbull mix named nova! She's two years old. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me! I just graduated esthetician school and I’m currently starting my business. Everything I make on rover goes towards my career! About: I’m open to last minute bookings. I’ve been petsetting since I was very young for all types of dogs, cats, etc. with various needs. Pets are family, and I intend to treat your pets as my own. I am fully available during the week and on weekends. I must stop at home periodically to care for my own cat. I can also do overnights. Early/late hours are good as well. Here to keep pets accompanied, occupied, cared for, loved, and respected by walking, playing, feeding, reenforcing training, snuggling, being present with and administering any required medication for the furry ones.

I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. “Jennifer is really great. She took really great care of St Bernard suri for the weekend and I felt alot better knowing that my dog friend was being well taken care of. Jennifer even help me adjust suri diet to help with some stomach problems she was having. Jenifer is really great and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a good pet sitter”
“I had to leave last minute to Phoenix to help take care of my mom while my dad was away for work. Since the stay home order has been really hard on everyone, I didn’t think I would be able to find someone to take care of my dog. He’s very skittish, and gets stressed out and scared around men, so not many people I talked to could take him. Vicky was AMAZING. She sent me pictures 2-3 times daily and updated me on how he was doing. She even sent me a few videos! I was so scared to leave him with someone he had never met before, but he adjusted so well to Vicky’s kind and gentle nature and let him have exploring time in her home. I will forever be deeply grateful for what Vicky has done for me and Magnum, and her genuine kindness and passion she has for this work! I will be coming to Vicky for any dog boarding I need for Magnum! Honestly, I think if you’re reading this review that you should too. Vicky is incredibly kind and loving towards your pet, and always keeps you updated, so I will repeat with her again!!”
“Julie was such a fantastic sitter for our two medium sized dogs. She provided daily’s updates and pictures, and was very responsive in all comms. She gave a detailed description of how the dogs did during the stay and was overall a complete joy to work with. She also was able to get us in on an extremely last minute request. Thank you Julie!!”

“Wow! What great fortune to find Seth, Connie and their daughters to take care of our loveable but rather problematic Stella. They did a fantastic job and we are very grateful to them.
