“Camo's first stay with Ron and his pups went fantastic! Camo took to Ron and his dogs right away and despite Camo being a moma's boy, he seemed to get comfortable quickly and became Ron's little shadow. Lily and Canoli were very gracious to let Camo steal some of their balls and Ron's attention and bed space! Thank you Ron family for taking such good care of my little man!”

“Erica is absolutely the best. Rickey felt right at home and was able to socialize and go on walks and get plenty of love. We could not be happier with her stay and can’t wait to have Erica watch her again.”

“Vicky was very sweet and I felt comfortable leaving my pet there knowing she would be well taken care of. I was given updates and received pictures throughout the time Jane was away. Would recommend and would book with Vicky again. Thanks!”
“Leo and Rosie get excited when we pull up to Beth’s house. She takes great care of them and sends me pictures to let me know how they are doing. They have lots of fun with her!”

“Sheila and Dave were wonderful with my little dog. They welcomed her warmly and sent frequent photos and text updates. Sheila sets a high standard of care and I'm grateful that she had an opening when I needed to board my dog. Her home is ideally arranged for dog sitting with a nice, safe, fenced back yard, two well-adjusted little dogs of their own, and a comfortable, safe interior. My dog learned to use their pet door and was very comfortable in their care. I would have no hesitation leaving my small dog there again in the future.”

“Words cannot express my gratitude to Ashley for accomodating my chiweenie Coochie last minute on Easter weekend. Coochie was untrained and antisocial and Ashley worked her magic and taught her how to sit and socialize, even with bigger dogs! If I could give seven out of five stars, I would. This woman and her kiddo are a wonder team of dog trainers that you don't want to miss if you need someone to trust with your 4-legged baby. What a relief and a delight! Thanks Auntie Ashley!”

“Gail was absolutely wonderful with my puppy. He is a very high energy Aussie but he came home so exhausted from a wonderful time with her. he got so much outdoor and play time which was perfect for him. I highly recommend Gail!!”

“Kat took excellent care of my little Reina. I received updates on her quite frequently. Reina was taken on several walks and appeared to get a long well with Kat’s small pups. Thank you for all the care!”

“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! Your dog will be in good hands.”

“After reading the reviews I felt Sylvie would be a great dog sitter for my little Rocco. She sent me pics and videos of rocco while I was gone and it made me miss him more lol I was happy to know that he was in good hands and got to play with a few more dogs while on his stay. I would recommend her and would definitely use her again. Thank you sylvie for taking care of my little Rocco.”

“Murphy is no ordinary dog, and has had quite a lot of mal treatment in the past. Barbara made him feel right at home. She truly is a dog whisperer. She even added some calming lavender scent in her home to help soothe him. By the end of the first stay, he was begging for pets and love, which is crazy coming from such a scared doggie. I don’t have enough good things to say about her! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“We really got a good feeling from Regina, she's very caring and figured out some foods I didn't even know my dog liked to stimulate his appetite. He can be so picky! Daily pics and feedback made us feel secure that he was happy and healthy. Thank you Regina!!”

“My high energy dog had such a great time staying with Brittani! She really makes her guests feel at home and gave him the attention and socialization that he needs.”

“Perfect! Very professional and experienced with energetic dogs! And very accommodating and attentive too! It was my first time leaving my freshly adopted puppy to a dogsitter and I was a bit stressed but she reassured me instantly! I'm pretty sure my puppy had a good time”

“Our dog, Shelby, had a great stay with Richard while we were at a family reunion. We returned to a happy, healthy dog who had been very well cared for while we were gone. Richard and his wife sent us updates and pictures of Shelby while we were gone which we loved. I highly recommend Richard as a kind, conscientious pet-sitter. ”

“This was our first experience using Rover. Carina and Santiago help us and our dog feel very comfortable with the experience. We sent updates while we were away and we knew Marty was well taken care of!”

“Jose kept my cat for a long weekend, and I couldn’t be happier. Jose gave me updates and sent pictures. My sweet girl is shy and cautious so it takes a day or so for her to warm up. By the third day, she was sunbathing on her side which means she was very comfortable. He provided a calm safe space for her. I will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him. Jose, thank you again!”

“Sara did an amazing job taking care of our kitties! This was our first time having someone watch them while we were away and Sara made us feel so at ease. Our cats loved her and we received daily pictures and updates. Thank you Sara!!!”

“Logan was helpful, communicative, and took great care of our cat Louie while we were abroad. The daily photos were adorable and gave us great peace of mind. I highly recommend!”

“Did a great job dropping in on my kitties! They have a specific feeding routine that requires measuring out raw food with a scale and dosing medication into one of their meals. She handled both tasks with ease and seemed incredibly comfortable with the routine. She even went the extra mile by turning my plant lights on and off! She is very friendly, offers highly competitive pricing, and left me feeling completely confident that my cats were in good hands. I look forward to booking with her again!”

“Tiffany was perfect for checking in on our kitty for her first time being at home without us. Tiffany made sure she understood everything well before we left, and then did an amazing job doing exactly as promised. Plus, her daily check-ins and photos were thorough and much appreciated. It's hard to photograph a black cat but she did great! We were nervous since our cat can be a bit anxious and we hadn't left her overnight, but Tiffany ended up being the perfect cat sitter to make sure she was ok.”
“Sidney is just tremendous. She must be because my notoriously shy and skittish cat came out to greet her on the couch. That’s never happened with any sitter, so I appreciate her obvious skills with felines! Very easy to communicate with as well. Very highly recommend!”

“Rachel was great. She was responsive and enjoyed spending time with my cat, Winnie. She was always punctual and followed instructions. I would definitely book her again.”

“Sarah is wonderful! I loved all the pictures she sent me of my kitties and she gave them so much love and attention even though I just booked for a once a day drop-in. I will be booking with her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Alex was very thorough and easily handled our rather complex cat instructions and made sure to give the cats lots of play time and attention. They take excellent photos. We have no hesitation to enthusiastically hire them again.”

“Fantastic! We are repeat customers and Zack my cat loves Xochitl. I could tell by how happy and contented Zack looked in the visit photos that he remembered Xochitl and that he felt very safe and taken care of. Highly highly recommended.”

“El was so sweet and a wonderful sitter for my kitty over the weekend. Excellent communication and lots of photos in the daily updates. I came back to a very tidy apartment and happy cat. I would definitely book her again!”

“This was the second time Heidi took care of our kitties! Appreciated her thorough daily updates and pics. Thrilled and surprised that Violet warmed up so quickly! Heidi truly has the magic touch”

“Kara was a great cat sitter. Kara communicated well (and quickly) and I know my cat Mouna was happy with her visitor! I will definitely try to book Kara again! Thanks!”

“Barbara was so kind and easy to work with. She sent pictures and updates of our pup throughout his stay which made me feel relaxed knowing he was safe and having a good time. He got play time and walks and was tuckered out when he got home. It was clear Barbara enjoys what she is doing, which really makes a difference. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“So glad I found Beth and her doggie haven. Ollie recently lost his best friend and needs some extra love and support while I am away long hours at work. Beth was able to accommodate my times and I loved meeting her and her pups. Ollie had a great time and will be coming back soon!”

About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!
“Chris was great! Super flexible to work with and sent plenty of update pictures and videos showing me how much fun Pickles was having! I will definitely be using him again next time I’m in town!”

“Very nice young woman! My Ranger seemed very calm and relaxed in her home when I went to pick him up. He is just a young pup and she was able to manage him. I was really happy with her quick response to my last minute request, it was a life saver! Would recommend!”

“Kat has taken care of my large dog on multiple occasions, always treating him with love and patience. He is loving but excitable, and Kat always knows how to calm him and provide him a happy space.”

“Steve is a reliable dog sitter who gives honest and detailed feedback, which is important to me. I feel confident leaving my dog in his experienced hands and always appreciate the photos he sends.”

About: I grew up with dogs and have been caring for them since I was young, so being around them feels natural to me. I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with walking, feeding, bathing, and giving their dogs attention and exercise. I’m reliable, patient, and make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I wanted to become a Conservation Biologist at one point of my life instead I went into Public Health! My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting, and I make sure they get lots of attention, playtime, and care while you’re away. I'm a PhD student and do a lot of work from home. Live close to campus. I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment in my pet-friendly apartment, with access to a small yard and nearby Himmel Park for regular walks and exercise. I carefully follow all care instructions, monitor pets closely, and ensure they feel secure and comfortable at all times. I'm a traveler and can't have my own pets but a temporary pet companion is always welcome and adored!
About: I've loved dogs my whole life! When I was born my mom had a chocolate lab and a doberman. Then my dad got a rescue pitbull and a husky mix. Right now my family has a mini golden doodle who's been with us for 14 years and a mini Aussie doodle. I also have a pitbull mix named nova! She's two years old. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me! I just graduated esthetician school and I’m currently starting my business. Everything I make on rover goes towards my career! Im currently starting my entrepreneurial journey. Right now I’m a full time pet care giver. I also work a weekend night job. I do not have a set schedule so I have open availability. I prefer to care for pets in my home but I’m always happy to accommodate whatever the client needs. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for play and accessible paths for walks. During sittings I make sure to not only take great care of the pet but the clients home as well.

About: I have lots of experience with dogs and cats. Throughout my childhood animals were my escape from reality. My dad bred dogs and I always loved them so much it was hard to say goodbye. In high school I took in a stray cat and it kept getting pregnant so I raised like 5 litters of kittens as well. To be honest I like animals more than people your babies are in good hands. I like to walk and get my steps in everyday so it won’t be much different walking with the doggos. I have dog and catsit for close friends and family but never strangers. Excited to do it! I work from home and my job is very flexible. I am my own boss so I can pretty much take breaks whenever I need to take your fur baby on walks or feed them as well as give them lots of attention when needed. My availability is very open and I love all animals. Since I work from home I’ll always be here to make sure your animal is well cared for and happy. I also go on multiple walks daily anyways to try and stay active so its perfect!!

About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.
“Logan is Hank's favorite friend when I can't be home to give him the love he deserves! I so appreciate the thorough photo updates and trustworthy, punctual treatment of my furry son!”

“She’s amazing! A huge life saver able to do a half hour cat check in and dog walks last minute after I hurt my foot. Sarah is absolutely wonderful with animals, her genuine passion and love shows in everything she does. I’d recommend her to anyone and will be using her services again!”

About: Hi! I've been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember and have over 10 years of official pet-sitting experience. From family and friends' pets to Rover clients, I've always loved providing a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for every dog. While I took a break from actively booking through Rover for a few years, I'm excited to be back and look forward to meeting new pets and their owners. I work a full-time job Monday through Friday and work from home on Mondays and Fridays, allowing for extra attention and flexibility those days. I also have a dog and cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet. Whether your dog enjoys walks, playtime, or relaxing at home, I'll treat them like part of my own family and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I work full time from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. Mondays and Fridays are work-from-home days, so I am available to give extra attention to any pets in my care. I am up early and stay up moderately late, so I can accommodate early morning or nighttime walks that avoid the heat. I have a very friendly Australian Shepherd that loves to play with other dogs. Our home is multi-level, so best for dogs that are physically comfortable going up and down stairs. Our location has a lot of areas for walks, and park play, which is a part of our routine whenever watching a client in our home. When caring for a pet in their own home, I make every effort to mimic any routines they are used to. This assists in helping dogs feel safe and comfortable, and leads to a better overall experience. I am a very clean person, so it is important to me to keep others' spaces that way as well.
About: I have hands-on experience fostering rescue dogs for the past two years—especially puppies. I’ve helped rehabilitate malnourished, abandoned dogs and guided them into loving forever homes. My own dog is a foster fail I nursed back to health at just 2 months old after she was found on the street. Since then, I’ve fostered an entire litter of five puppies, all of whom were successfully adopted. I specialize in caring for young dogs and have a deep understanding of their needs—whether it’s feeding, socializing, crate training, or just giving them the love and patience they deserve. That said, I truly adore dogs of all ages and personalities. I’m currently studying from home, so your dog will never be left alone, and I live near two fully fenced parks for safe, fun playtime. Since I’m studying from home, I have the flexibility and time to give dogs my full attention throughout the day. My own dog has set a great routine for me—morning walks, playtime in the nearby fenced parks, feeding, training moments, and lots of cuddles in between. I love staying active and making sure dogs are both mentally and physically stimulated. Whether it’s short potty breaks, long sniffy walks, or just hanging out together while I study, caring for dogs blends seamlessly into my day. In my home, pets have a cozy and safe environment to relax and play. I have a crate available for those who are crate-trained or need a quiet space to rest, along with plenty of toys to keep them entertained. I also have access to two fully fenced parks just a short walk away, perfect for playtime and exercise, plus a fenced front porch for fresh air and people-watching in a safe spot. I keep a clean, calm space and follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that means meal schedules, medications, or snuggle time. Your dog will be treated like one of my own!

“Mikayla is very reliable and professional. Luke has enjoyed his long walks. It usually takes a few walks for him to relax with a new person walking him but he seems to have taken a quick liking to Mikayla!”

About: I have experience taking care of boarding dogs and cats at an animal hospital. I worked for them for a little over a year and have gotten lots of experience with dogs and cats. I used to raise puppies and train them how to sit and have manners for about two years with my parent. I have dog sitting experience and house sitting experience. I am currently going to school at the UofA full time during the weekdays (my class schedule is listed below keep reading) and would be available most days to come and play with the animals for 30 minutes to an hour in the afternoons and overnight sitting. And on weekends I would be free to play with and walk the animals as needed. Class schedule: Mon 1pm-2pm Tue 9:30am-1pm then 3pm-5pm Wed 9am-2pm then 4pm-5pm Thur 9:30am-4pm Fri 1pm-2pm I do also have a job at the animal shelter for part time. That work schedule will vary but will be no more the 4-6 hours a day. Likely to be on the weekends to avoid conflict with school :) For my personal home, I will not be able to board any pets. Although I am very safe and responsible. My person pet uses a crate just for her safety when I am gone. I am good with crate training as needed for your pets as well. I make sure I clean up after every day and leave the house as clean as I can before you arrive back home to your happy animals!

About: I have fostered 8 dogs (so far!) and helped them find homes. Caring for dogs of different ages, temperaments and needs has taught me so much. I have experience with both dogs and cats (and birds and fish!). I work as a substitute teacher, giving me flexibility to take pet-sitting jobs on short notice. I am also available for overnight pet-sitting and longer house-sitting bookings. As a dog foster, I have learned to be exceptionally careful with new dogs. Respecting their space, while being friendly and encouraging. Taking extra precautions when leaving the house or letting them out into the yard. I understand that change and new people can be stressful to a dog and am careful to avoid additional stressors. I feel immense responsibility for the pets in my care, as well as other pets and people we encounter on walks. I also want the dogs to have fun and relax when we are at home. I really enjoy getting to know new dogs and hope they see me as a new friend ☺️

About: I have been a babysitter for 5 years and during that time have taken up dog walking and cat/dog sitting for the families I babysat for. Right now I have no other job and am on summer break from college so I have all the time available to work on Rover. I am vigilant with pets so no escaping on my watch, I love animals so I am very attentive. I have owned multiple pets of my own as well.
“Jenn was great with our yellow lab Zane, she walked him every day for a week and sent great photos. She’s extremely prompt in communication and we definitely hope to utilize her services regularly!”

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My first dog was a Chihuahua who lived to be 18, so I learned a lot about caring for senior dogs and making sure they stay comfortable as they grow older. I've also grown up around horses and farm animals, and I even had a leopard gecko for a couple years. Most of my friends and family have dogs too, so I've spent plenty of time around all kinds of personalities and energy levels. Being around animals has always been something I enjoy! I'm a full time college student, so I have lots of extra time to care for your beloved companions! I have my own transportation and extremely flexible times. I live in an apartment with my Belgian Malinois, so I know firsthand how important exercise, structure, and routine can be, especially for high-energy dogs! I'm very organized and always do my best to stick to each pet's normal schedule so they feel comfortable and at home.
About: I have a chocolate lab back home that I miss dearly, but while I'm in college I'd love to spend my free time loving and caring for your babies! I’ve been a pet person as long as I can remember. From the day I met my kitten Percy at age nine to the moment I brought home my puppy Lois, animals have been the center of my world. With 12 years of pet care experience, my passion is to now provide your pets with the same level of devotion I give my own. I've spent a great amount of time training my pets and can contribute to maintaining your training process as well. I pride myself on adaptability with each pet and their owners, catering to your pet's age and energy levels. This can vary from long walks with some running, to gentle strolls and a quiet environment. I have experience with my dog being in heat as well as older dogs that need extra care. I can also provide any medications needed for mouth, ears, or paws with treats and calmly talking to the baby. Lastly, I have experience with reactive dogs, this includes hyper awareness of our surroundings on walks and creating distance for comfort, also always carrying treats with me for positive reinforcement and a reward after walks. I have a very open schedule for the next few months and would love to keep your cat or dog company. I'm very flexible and can come and go when they need me and walks can be at their normal times based on each pets personalized schedule. I live in a gated community with a large amount of pets living on the property, there's a community yard area that wraps around the buildings with many spots for dogs to do their business. I'll also be walking them around the neighborhood if they need a longer walk. I also have a back porch leading to the yard area where I can sit with your pet on a long leash to relax and spend time outside. Your pet will always be supervised if outside since we have no fence.
“Azul loves Rachel she walks at her pace and Rachel is very responsible. Azul seems happy when she comes back home and when Rachel comes to pick her up for her walk Azul is very happy.”

“Christina and her husband were absolutely wonderful, multiple photos and updates through the day, lots of walks, and very kind and patient with our 2 year old Rottweiler. We could tell our doggie had a fabulous time. We will definitely use them again!”

“What a wonderful experience we had with Dave and Becky! Lots of pictures, stories, and adventures! We knew she would be very happy in their beautiful home and huge backyard! She will miss the squirrels and helping Dave with the new floors though! :) So very grateful we found Dave and Becky and will definitely use their services again!!”

“Dana is wonderful. I left my dog with her while I was out of the country. The WiFi was less reliable than expected at most of my accommodations so I was unable to communicate as often as I would have liked. However, I didn’t worry about my dog at all during the periods of no communication. I knew she was safe and well looked after with Dana. I would recommend Dana’s services to a friend. Thank you for taking such great care of my girl! 🐶 💕”

“I never once felt worried while Ashton was in Michelle’s care. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. It was clear how much Ashton was genuinely cared for - my dog was happy, well-loved, and treated like their own. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can truly trust and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, reliable puppy babysitter.”

“Amazing! Lauren was super communicative, sweet, shared pictures, and stories about Copper each day. It was so adorable how he bonded with her little one. We will definitely be booking with her again. :) Thank you!”

“The best dog sitter, with a beautiful family. We were traveling Tuscon & she took care of our baby Deebo. We appreciate the responsiveness in communication and sending us updates regarding our dog.”

“Lara was great! This was our first time using a Rover in the Tucson area and we were very happy. Lara let us do a meet and greet before our boarding. She gave us a nice tour of her home/property and made sure our doodle was comfortable. Lara sent lots of updates and photos. We would definitely use Lara again.”

“Scout had a great time interacting and playing with all the other dogs. He was well taken care of and got lots of attention. I greatly appreciated the daily updates and pictures. Would book again!”
