“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. “Melissa provided wonderful home for my Westie! He was welcomed as part of her family and was obviously very well cared for. This was my first experience with Rover.com & I was very nervous until I met Melissa after interviewing a few others. She made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog for the weekend & sent several updates each day. I don’t think he wanted to come home! Highly recommend Melissa!”
About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have a dog in my life. I have had many years of experience watching and taking care of mine and others dogs. I have watched my family’s and close friends dogs many times throughout the years. I have dog sitted and had multiple doggy sleepovers up to a month before. I have watched dogs as small as Chihuahuas all the way up to German Shepherds. There is no task I can’t handle! (: I can’t wait to meet your baby and becoming their new friend! I m currently unemployed and have more than most my time available for dog care. I spend most my time with my own dogs and or family members and friends. I have a great back yard where dogs can run around and feel safe. I am pretty minimal when it comes to furniture but do have plenty of room for dogs to lay around. I wash all couch covers twice a week, sweep & vacuum everyday, and mop as needed. I am very big on keeping poop cleaned up and making sure things are cleaned up regularly like toys or trash that might be out. Bathroom doors stay closed and cleaning supplies are locked up.
