About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon! I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in. I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).

“First time using rover and let me tell you Jaycee was AMAZING we had left for 9 days and honestly was pretty worried at first but days came and went and every time Jaycee went to check on my 2 cats it went very well, I went out of country and lost service and my villa lost WiFi but 3 day later when I got it back I checked on my cats and they were sad but healthy and content. Jaycee even watered my fiancés plant that has nothing to do with cats. About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!

About: I've loved dogs my whole life! When I was born my mom had a chocolate lab and a doberman. Then my dad got a rescue pitbull and a husky mix. Right now my family has a mini golden doodle who's been with us for 14 years and a mini Aussie doodle. I also have a pitbull mix named nova! She's two years old. About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My first dog was a Chihuahua who lived to be 18, so I learned a lot about caring for senior dogs and making sure they stay comfortable as they grow older. I've also grown up around horses and farm animals, and I even had a leopard gecko for a couple years. About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.

I work part time, my shifts usually being from 6 am - 1 pm on weekdays, which gives me much of my day to take care of your pets! Weekends are a bit more difficult due to the fluctuations in my work schedule but I'm pretty casual when it comes to working around things! I have a fenced yard, its not too big but there is space! I can also take your pet for a walk if they yard is not good enough! I will not leave your pet in a crate but instead allow them to roam freely (Unless you specifically want them to be crated).

It looked like they had a wonderful time and were so happy/tired when picked up. She communicates quickly with any questions/concerns. Would love to have our dogs stay with her again!”
“This is my first time using the service, and I am more than happy with Ashley! We were gone for a week, and I was really nervous about leaving my boy James with someone he didn’t know. But let me just say how incredibly comfortable, Ashley made him feel,( as well as me! ) She constantly sent daily videos and pictures, along with updates! It made me feel so relaxed and I was able to enjoy my vacation! James has special-needs, and he is elderly, Ashley was so accommodating to his needs! She has given me great advice on how to care for him once he got home. her expertise and experience with special needs dogs is very helpful and I trust her knowledge . The love that she shows to her animals is so beautiful, and I loves that she treated James just like her own!
